Clean but tiny newer facilities. Only 1 set of laundry machine on the 10th floor with limited operating time. Had to wash clothes after the daily activities but they didn't allow using it after 10 pm. Located inside famous eating zone called Moj-Ja-Gol-Mok. Tons of great foods to choose. We enjoyed it

아주 친절했습니다. 1.(주차)호텔 앞 지상주차장은 2~3대 가능한듯보였지만 주차타워가 있어서 밤늦게 갔지만 주차가능했습니다. 주차는 직원분이 해주셨습니다. 2.(객실컨디션)금연객실 예약했지만 처음 배정받은 객실은 담배냄새가 많이 나서 객실 교체 받았습니다. 금연객실에서 담배피는 몰상식한 손님이 대실했었던듯합니다. 교체 받은 객실은 깨끗하고 인테리어도 좋았습니다. 욕조가 상당히 큽니다. 3.(서비스)물건을 두고 내려서 타워에서 차를 빼야했습니다. 친절히 응대해주셨습니다. 조식 룸서비스도 시간맞춰서 갖다주셨습니다. 4.(조식)볶음밥과 소세지 등 양도 적당하고 깔끔했습니다. 5.(총평)전반적으로 만족스러운 경험이였습니다.

I had a great stay at the Delight hotel. The hotel is more geared towards business travelers than tourists, so not many amenities. However it was clean, the staff were lovely and the location was great. A lot of really good options for dinner!

オリンピック公園内でライブがあるため利用しました。近いし、表通りから一つ入ったところで治安も悪くはなかったです。TVのリモコンは埃がかぶっていましたが、それ以外は特に気になりませんでした。日本語対応とありますが翻訳機通しての会話です。ランドリーは無料でした。アメニティも充分でシャンプーリンスは好みの使用感でした。コンビニ、ロッテマート、駅からも近くよかったです。

Good unique hotel. Very odd room design. Bathroom entrance direct to the shower before toilet. Good area for dining, close to the lake and lotte world. Also close to the train station. Very odd that laundry is not 24 hours and only 1 machine. It’s slightly ruining over holiday plan. Overall 7/10

Very small hotel and only 1 lift to serve up to 10th floor. My room was not clean properly as I need to bring diwn the 2 cups to exchange at the reception plus I still saw some hairs on the bed n pillow. Totally dislike the plastic mattress protector as it is so uncomfortable to sleep on it even bedsheet over it. Location walkable to lotte mall and train station about 7mins. Tons of good food around is the only plus point for me. Staffs are friendly and helpful especially Mr Oh which help me to connect my transport service for my last day to airport.

Be under no illusions if you have already booked to stay here well done, if not, book it. What a great hotel. In Korea space is a premium so there is no spa, no pool but there is loads of character. The bedroom was immaculate, the staff are amazing and the location is fantastic....what else can we say? We would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff kind, though quite reserved. It was very convenient to have a fridge and kettle in the room. The only negative thing I can really say is that it was quite hard to find on foot, which was how we arrived. I forgot something on departure, and the staff very kindly agreed to mail it to my friend. If I were in the area again, I would definitely stay there.

10月1日ー12日まで連泊しましたが、お部屋の清掃に問題があります。8日ー12日までの掃除担当の方はどなたでしょうか？トイレットペーパーが数日補充されず、困りました。シーツやアメニティの交換はされていたけれど、床掃除はされていなくてほこりがそのまま、髪の毛は多く、そのまま床に残されていました。明らかに掃除機をかけていない。その辺にホコリがあり、明らかに掃除がされていないので不愉快な思いでした。また部屋が暑くて空気の入れ換えで窓を開けたいのですがとても開けにくい窓、そして夜は窓を開けて寝ると繁華街が近いため、とてもうるさくて眠れなかったです。受付の人は皆さん笑顔でとても感じが良いのですが、とにかくお部屋の掃除に問題があります。それと、二人とも起床後、何か？数カ所刺さされてることに気づきました、、ひどいかゆさではないのでトコジラミではないと思いますが、ダニがいるのではないでしょうか？駅からも近いわけでもないので歩ける距離ではありますが毎回重い荷物を持ってホテルへ帰るのは私達には不便でした。バスタブがあったのでこのホテルにしましたが残念な思いです。

オリンピック公園利用のために宿泊しました。 ホテルからタクシーで5分ほどで着いたのでアクセスはめちゃくちゃ良いです！ 周辺の治安はあまり良くありません。夜中に警察車両が何度も通る音が聞こえました。 少し歩くと飲み屋街があり、すぐそばにはコンビニもあるので不便はないです。 フロントの方は優しくて対応も良いです。出かける時は必ず挨拶してくれます。 良くなかった点は今回スイートルームに宿泊しましたが、フローリング、浴槽に複数の髪の毛、バスローブにも髪の毛が着いていて少しびっくりしましたが、それ意外は不便なく了解させていただきました。

The bed is very uncomfortable as it is with a plastic cover on the mattress. The plastic cover makes the bed too warm, hard and noisy which you turn. There were few hairs on the blanket cover and on the bed, I requested the hotel staff to change the blanket cover , they committed but did not change😔

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Hairs in the sheets, black mold in the bathroom, food on the floor that had not been swept, some sort of sticky jelly on the furniture, the walls were completely covered in marks. The aircon did not work, the window let in street noise well after midnight. I have been to 47 countries all over the world, stayed in countless hotels and I never ever leave reviews, but this place was the exception. I would usually feel bad about leaving a bad review as I know this type of business is hard, but this hotel team so clearly did not care about the state of this room. It was not like the photos, it was disgusting. Do not stay here

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to many restaurants and bars. Within five minutes walk of Seokchon Lake and Lotte Tower and close to Olympic Park and several train stations. Room was small but functional with great bathroom and clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Our only gripe was lack of storage space but we had chosen the most basic room. It was also very mild weather and the room was hot. AC wasn’t working (it’s controlled by management and wasn’t turned on) so we had to leave the window open permanently.

We had a good stay at Jamsil Delight. I regret not buying a deluxe room as the lack of bathroom privacy was a bit unpleasant. The bed is great though, and if you plan to not spend that much time in your room it's a decent room for the price. The location is by far the best part of the hotel

The standard room was a a little small by American standards but was very comfortable. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many dining options as well as subway and bus stations. Lotte Tower is only 10 minutes away with its mall, shoppong mart (think a grocery store and more) and attractions like Lotte World and Aquarium. On my next trip to Seoul I will definitely stay here again.

飲食店の並びの奥まった所に有る立地だが、6日間、特に騒音などは感じられなかった。 最寄りの蚕室の駅より徒歩圏内で、近くのロッテワールドモールに行けばお洒落なカフェなども沢山有り、オリヤンやダイソー、ロッテマートも有るので大抵の人は困る事は無いだろう。 ワオパスのチャージャーも駅付近に有り。 掃除の札をドアにかけておけば、6泊の間、毎日タオル類やアメニティ、バスローブが交換され、無料の水も2〜3本追加された。 1度昼過ぎに出かけたので、一応札はかけて外出したが、期待せずに戻るときちんと清掃されていた。 不満と言うほどでもないが、浴槽が有れば完璧だったな、と（笑） 唯一手間だったのが、外出のたびに換気の為に開けられている窓を、ホテルに帰って来て閉める事だったくらいか。 チェックインやチェックアウトも簡単な英語で事足り、遅い時間帯でも常にスタッフが常駐していた。 まるで無料朝食の付かない某ビジネスホテルと言った具合で、快適な6日間を過ごした。

The suite was clean and comfortable but a couple of things would improve it. Somewhere to hang up the towels is needed and would be more eco friendly. It also needed hooks for jackets, hats, purses etc - especially as the closet was far too small with only 3 hangers, completely inadequate for a 9-day stay for a wedding. Finally, the lighting in the suite was brutal - overhead lights only, no bedside lights for reading or mood lighting for living room. So, with jet lag at 2am, trying to read either in darkness or with a blazing overhead light that disturbed the person who was actually asleep… painful. Breakfast good but laid out early so cold by the time we came down on time.

I had a great stay at the Delight hotel. The hotel is more geared towards business travelers than tourists, so not many amenities. However it was clean, the staff were lovely and the location was great. A lot of really good options for dinner!

Be under no illusions if you have already booked to stay here well done, if not, book it. What a great hotel. In Korea space is a premium so there is no spa, no pool but there is loads of character. The bedroom was immaculate, the staff are amazing and the location is fantastic....what else can we say? We would absolutely stay here again.

The bed is very uncomfortable as it is with a plastic cover on the mattress. The plastic cover makes the bed too warm, hard and noisy which you turn. There were few hairs on the blanket cover and on the bed, I requested the hotel staff to change the blanket cover , they committed but did not change😔

Super affordable and a great place to stay for a few days. Jamsil is a cool area for drinks and food, and located only a few subway stops from Gangnam. I made a mistake in my booking and they were super accommodating.

Having to tell them you wanted breakfast by late evening the day before was kinda stupid in my opinion. No continental breakfast provided. Couldn't get any help putting the television on English so was not able to use the television in the evenings when in for the night. Spent a week with this issue. It was nice to be so close to multiple attractions as well as a subway stop within a five minute walk.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff kind, though quite reserved. It was very convenient to have a fridge and kettle in the room. The only negative thing I can really say is that it was quite hard to find on foot, which was how we arrived. I forgot something on departure, and the staff very kindly agreed to mail it to my friend. If I were in the area again, I would definitely stay there.

10月1日ー12日まで連泊しましたが、お部屋の清掃に問題があります。8日ー12日までの掃除担当の方はどなたでしょうか？トイレットペーパーが数日補充されず、困りました。シーツやアメニティの交換はされていたけれど、床掃除はされていなくてほこりがそのまま、髪の毛は多く、そのまま床に残されていました。明らかに掃除機をかけていない。その辺にホコリがあり、明らかに掃除がされていないので不愉快な思いでした。また部屋が暑くて空気の入れ換えで窓を開けたいのですがとても開けにくい窓、そして夜は窓を開けて寝ると繁華街が近いため、とてもうるさくて眠れなかったです。受付の人は皆さん笑顔でとても感じが良いのですが、とにかくお部屋の掃除に問題があります。それと、二人とも起床後、何か？数カ所刺さされてることに気づきました、、ひどいかゆさではないのでトコジラミではないと思いますが、ダニがいるのではないでしょうか？駅からも近いわけでもないので歩ける距離ではありますが毎回重い荷物を持ってホテルへ帰るのは私達には不便でした。バスタブがあったのでこのホテルにしましたが残念な思いです。

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to many restaurants and bars. Within five minutes walk of Seokchon Lake and Lotte Tower and close to Olympic Park and several train stations. Room was small but functional with great bathroom and clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Our only gripe was lack of storage space but we had chosen the most basic room. It was also very mild weather and the room was hot. AC wasn’t working (it’s controlled by management and wasn’t turned on) so we had to leave the window open permanently.

Very small hotel and only 1 lift to serve up to 10th floor. My room was not clean properly as I need to bring diwn the 2 cups to exchange at the reception plus I still saw some hairs on the bed n pillow. Totally dislike the plastic mattress protector as it is so uncomfortable to sleep on it even bedsheet over it. Location walkable to lotte mall and train station about 7mins. Tons of good food around is the only plus point for me. Staffs are friendly and helpful especially Mr Oh which help me to connect my transport service for my last day to airport.

駅からは近くない５〜8分くらい。オリンピック公園でマラソンがあったせいか、周辺のレストランが夜遅くまで賑わっていたのがとても良かった。ラブホテル街なので気になる方は避けた方がいいかも。

今回、KSPO DOME でコンサートがあり、会場から近いホテルを探していて、このホテルに宿泊しました。ホテルから徒歩圏内で、電車の時間を気にしないでコンサートを楽しむことが出来ました。会場からホテルまでは、オリンピック公園を抜けていきますが、帰りが遅くなる場合、人通りはどうかなと心配しましたが、心配は無用でした。

お部屋は快適でした。お湯が時々冷たくなったりして多少困りました。 ウェルカムドリンク嬉しかったです。 スタッフの方も親切でした。 夜間の外の騒ぎ声がありましたので、場合によっては気になるかもしれません。便利な場所なのでまた利用したいと思います。

The suite was clean and comfortable but a couple of things would improve it. Somewhere to hang up the towels is needed and would be more eco friendly. It also needed hooks for jackets, hats, purses etc - especially as the closet was far too small with only 3 hangers, completely inadequate for a 9-day stay for a wedding. Finally, the lighting in the suite was brutal - overhead lights only, no bedside lights for reading or mood lighting for living room. So, with jet lag at 2am, trying to read either in darkness or with a blazing overhead light that disturbed the person who was actually asleep… painful. Breakfast good but laid out early so cold by the time we came down on time.

Having to tell them you wanted breakfast by late evening the day before was kinda stupid in my opinion. No continental breakfast provided. Couldn't get any help putting the television on English so was not able to use the television in the evenings when in for the night. Spent a week with this issue. It was nice to be so close to multiple attractions as well as a subway stop within a five minute walk.

I stayed for 9 days and it was very comfortable and pleasant. my room was quiet and cleaned daily. every staff I met was friendly. the hotel is small boutique like but well maintained. I'd recommend to someone who's looking for a simple but clean hotel room in Jamsil or a convenient location to Kangnam and Sungsu dong area. I'd book again!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the room was clean and spacious, staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a very nice and busy area with lots of options for food, hanging out and some shopping. The park that’s located nearby is gorgeous too. I would recommended it.
