Off peak so very quiet. We had the vila so the pool and privacy was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was a problem to organise whether getting transport or one of the tours. Very enjoyable experience

Seasoned traveler here. Stayed at hotels in every state in America as well as in 25 different countries around the world. I don’t leave reviews bc I appreciate the luxury of having a roof over my head and understand the difficulties of running a business. Today I’m forced to write a review bc this hotel gave me an allergic reaction from the dust and mold. I did not stay the night and booked another room somewhere else. The hotel refused to give me a refund, or even a partial refund, and when I asked the manager at the front desk he said “we can’t please everyone”.
