Staff at reception where very rude barely looking up from their computers never saying hello or goodbye treated customers as a inconvenience the only time they Spoke to me i got told you broke a glass you must pay i did at no time break a glass it must have been a cleaner but to make such a fuss over a £2 glass is ridiculous The room was good size the kitchen had the bare minimum of utensils the cleaning was always done well and the security team was friendly and helpfull was all just let down by the reception staff

Professional service and friendly staff. The room was spacious and had a comfortable living space. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone staying in Nairobi for a few days/weeks as it has everything you need - at a reasonable price too!

Very good facility, cleaner than any place you ever stay.
