O prédio estava em obras. Mas não era uma obra simples. Todas as fachadas estavam em reforma. 7hs da manhã começavam os marteladas e rompedores num barulho infernal. Fomos a Munique por causa da Oktoberfest, e as 7hs da manhã do dia seguinte sermos acordados dessa forma foi horrível. Entendemos que o locatário não foi justo conosco em não avisar sobre a obra, pois assim certamente não teríamos feito a locação.
O prédio estava em obras. Mas não era uma obra simples. Todas as fachadas estavam em reforma. 7hs da manhã começavam os marteladas e rompedores num barulho infernal. This was a great property for my family of four, which included two almost-adult children. Check-in and check-out was easy, and the property is near a couple of different bus/tram stops. You will need to take a tram to the Marienplatz (probably a 10-15 minute trip). But they run often. There is no air-conditioning, but it was comfortable with the fans provided. There is a small grocery store and convenience store right next to the property, and several small restaurants and cafes across the street. Very clean as well. We would stay here again.
