Kamer was oké, diner in restaurant matig. Ontbijtbuffet wel erg goed en uitgebreid. Het vooruit reserveren voor het zwembad en het strenge toezicht zodat kinderen niet zouden springen of roepen (en commentaar dat onze dochter van 8 een zwemshirt droeg) was storend. Ons zoontje kreeg in het zwembad ook een soort stroomstootje, wat een bekend probleem was volgens degene die toezicht hield.

Superbe spa, bel hôtel, très belle localisation : en plein dans la forêt, c'est génial pour les balades ! Un château est à moins de 30 min à pieds. Le petit-déjeuner est génial : un grand buffet continental de qualité et varié. Les chambres sont jolies, le nettoyage des sols n'est pas fait tous les jours cependant : le sol de la salle de bain n'a pas été nettoyé un des matins durant notre séjour. Superbe restaurant et bons plats, je vous recommande le fist and chips ! Possibilité de se rendre dans le centre-ville de Bruxelles en moins d'une heure. Très grand parking gratuit.

Nous venons depuis 10 ans. Le cadre et l hôtel sont toujours fantastiques mais nous constatons une baisse de la qualité de l accueil essentiellement du à des procédures administratives contraignantes. Du fait d une grande affluence l accès à la piscine était limité ce dont nous n étions pas informé.

We had a very nice one night stay. Great peaceful location in the heart of the forest, when you look outside your window you look into the forest. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice accomodation, could use a little tlc in some corners, but that's just regular wear and tear. Rooms are practically designed, a little dark for my taste (but that's personal preference). If I need to give one negative feedback point, you need to make reservations for the pool (time slot of 45min / 30 persons) it can get a little crowded. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Siamo stati molto bene in famiglia. Ci sono 2 campi da tennis, Ping pong, palestra nel verde e palestra interna. Hotel rilassante immerso nel verde, oasi di pace e tranquillità. Arredamento camere e spa da rinnovare. Buon rapporto qualità- prezzo per Bruxelles. Ristorante alla carta buono, alcune sere c’è l’opzione buffet (niente di eccezionale ma comodo). Consigliato come base di appoggio per visitare il Belgio in famiglia.

Not-so-good experience. Breakfast was good, dinner at the restaurant was not. There is a limit of 1 hr per person per day for pool access which is not mentioned anywhere. Some towels in the rooms were dirty. The front staff is very dry.

Privat område där man kör igenom en bom för att komma fram. Säkert område med parkering som erbjuder många alternativ på aktiviteter. Vi kom sent och hann bara med middag innan det var dags att gå till rummet. Frukosten erbjöd många alternativ och bra kvalitet så får högsta betyg. Enda minuset var rummet som var i behov av en uppdatering/renovering då det var heltäckningsmatta, röda gardiner och detaljer på säng och stol.

Prettig verblijf gehad. Ligging van het hotel in mooie rustige omgeving. Kamer (junior suite) zeer ruim en comfortabel. Was wel wat benauwd in de kamer en duurde lang voor de airco zijn werk deed waardoor wij niet heel goed geslapen hadden. Zwembad klein maar fijn maar miste sfeer. Muziek zou het verschil maken. Fitnesruimte was zeer uitgebreid.

Im ersten Zimmer waren mehrere Defekte im Badezimmer und die Klimanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Im zweiten Zimmer war dann alles ok. Frühstück war am 1. Tag super und qualitativ super. Am 2. Tag hat die Qualität leider stark abgenommen. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Bar war top.

Im ersten Zimmer waren mehrere Defekte im Badezimmer und die Klimanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Im zweiten Zimmer war dann alles ok. Frühstück war am 1. Tag super und qualitativ super. Am 2. Het is een prachtige accommodatie wel wat verouderd maar het wordt wel goed bijgehouden. Wij zouden gratis 2 drankjes krijgen deze hebben we helaas nooit gezien. Zelf een fles wijn aan de bar maar gekocht. Jammer dat het erg warm in de kamer bleef want de airco deed niet echt zijn best.

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’hôtel ce n’est pas la première fois mais la 3 et on a bien aimé. Une remarque les portes des douches et des toilettes je ne pense pas que c’est une bonne idée de les mettre en verre et sans fermeture surtout dans les chambres familiales avec des enfants.

Séjour en couple pour 2 nuits. Nous avons l’habitude de séjourner dans cette hôtel. Et quelle déception… Problème de température d’eau, froide ou brûlante mais aussi de robinetterie. Chambre très mal insonorisée…( conversations, cris d’enfants et aboiement durant des heures). Lieu propice à la détente qui ne l’est plus. Le prix augmente, mais l’hôtel vieillit…

I booked the property based on the fact you stated the room would have a refrigerator, which was what we was looking for in a room for our toddlers milk. Especially during the hot temperature to keep other drinks cold for our children, the duvet wasn't big enough for two on the sofa bed, Also we didnt see the hot tub that was also advertised. Apart from these issues the hotel was what we expected. Good location, clean and good choice of breakfast options. Maybe have more staff cooking omelettes during busy times. Waited in line for almost half a hour.

Lors de notre arrivée, nous n’avons rien reçu comme information concernant l’hôtel. Et la réceptionniste n’était pas très accueillante. L ´horaire du spa changeais en fonction des personnes interrogées. La piscine n’était pas chauffée. Il n’y avait pas d’ambiance dans l’hôtel et près du bar. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre . Cependant, le petit déjeuner était excellent .

This should have been amazing but was a terrible stay. There was no hot running water. It was not communicated upon arrival. Response from staff was very unprofessional...stating you been unlucky. I informed them shower head mouldy and broken but no action was taken to replace it. Pool during family time was very cold so much so that after 15mins we had to exit as kids were turning cold with blue lips. Sign stated 30.5 degrees pool temperature. When raised with staff they were not surprised and said something was wrong but they cant do anything but will informa manager. Room service food was terrible. Burger dry over cooked, pizza undercooked, staff couldn't adjust the order to required preference as all pre made. For a resort claiming 5 stars they are far from servicing 5 star. Breakfast was chaos, chef was behind refilling food. There was clear chaos in the restaurant team during peak. Location is amazing with stunning woods and perfect to unwind. There is tons to do bit service being low makes you think if its worth the spend. One night stopover on our roadtrip which could have been amazing turned out to be a very unpleasant stay. Far from a 5 star resort claim...you need to improve. Lastly got charged for the night again at checkout as their system doesnt take the info properly from thirdparty. Make sure to check your bill and not pay twice if you prepaid. Luckily spotted before i left.

Not-so-good experience. Breakfast was good, dinner at the restaurant was not. There is a limit of 1 hr per person per day for pool access which is not mentioned anywhere. Some towels in the rooms were dirty. The front staff is very dry.

Excellent week-end. Juste les 50€ de caution par personne et par nuit qui n'était pas bien expliqué sur le site. Prévoir 200€ en plus de caution pour 2 personnes pour 2 nuits qui seront rembourser le jour de votre départ.

Beautiful location. Quiet comfy room. Amazing breakfast buffet - best we’ve ever had. Only downside was that I was advised the gym was open any time - went down the next morning to find it closed for refurbishment. Very disappointing.

Un endroit incroyable niché au cœur d’une super forêt mais qui a failli ne pas l’être à cause de l’accueil de Shelley et tout au long du séjour qu’on a eu à faire à elle. Dédaigneuse, pas agréable limite hautaine. Ma famille et moi avons été choquée. Heureusement que le reste de l’équipe est bien meilleure notamment Lionel qui a été extra, et qui a remonté le niveau de sa collègue, ainsi que le barmaid, ou bien Mohamed au petit soin si il nous manquait quoique ce soit, ce qui nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour. Très bel hôtel, vaste et luxueux.Les chambres sont confortables mais mériteraient un coup de modernité avec des grandes douches. Le restaurant au top, le petit déjeuner pas mal, dommage qu’il n’y est pas des tarifs dégressifs pour les longs séjours. Toute la partie spa hammam propre et comme il faut, le sauna, la piscine, la multitudes de transats, les serviettes proposées à l’entrée. Les différents équipements tennis, vélos c’est super. Seul bémol les tarifs excessifs des soins et encore une fois dommage qu’il n’y est pas de tarifs préférentiels pour les clients de l’hôtel. Je recommanderais cet hôtel à tout mon entourage et à très bientôt !

Nous venons depuis 10 ans. Le cadre et l hôtel sont toujours fantastiques mais nous constatons une baisse de la qualité de l accueil essentiellement du à des procédures administratives contraignantes. Du fait d une grande affluence l accès à la piscine était limité ce dont nous n étions pas informé.

Arrivée un vendredi soir avec mon fils de cinq. J’avais spécifiquement réservé une chambre avec deux lits et la chambre comprenait un seul lit. Alors que j’informe l’accueil de leur erreur, on me répond que je n’ai pas réservé une chambre à deux lits. Je leur montre ma réservation spécifique car on me prenait pour un menteur. Quelle honte pour un hôtel d’un tel standing. Quand je demande où se trouve la piscine afin de m’y rendre avec mon fils dès le lendemain, on me demande si j’ai réservé un créneau horaire. Ha bon je spécifie ! Où est-ce mentionné qu’il fallait réserver un créneau lors de la réservation de la chambre ? Je comprendrai vite que tous les créneaux du jour (samedi) sont complets. Super !!! Je réserve cet hôtel car il y a une piscine pour y aller avec mon fils et au final il faudra lui dire qu’il ne pourra pas y aller. Quant aux matelas, ils sont très inconfortables. Enfin, en quittant l’hôtel dimanche, on me demande si ça a été (rires). Je réponds que non. Pensez-vous qu’ils ont cherché à savoir ? Séjour de 3 jours et 2 nuits très décevant.

A little gem in the Belgium countryside. I went here for a work conference and was really impressed. Ideal for corporate events, or just a place to stay. Everything was 1st class, from food, accommodation and service. Beautiful area for walks and runs and great leisure facilities. Wondeful setting, very peaceful and green, so left feeling very relaxed.

We had a very nice one night stay. Great peaceful location in the heart of the forest, when you look outside your window you look into the forest. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice accomodation, could use a little tlc in some corners, but that's just regular wear and tear. Rooms are practically designed, a little dark for my taste (but that's personal preference). If I need to give one negative feedback point, you need to make reservations for the pool (time slot of 45min / 30 persons) it can get a little crowded. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Im ersten Zimmer waren mehrere Defekte im Badezimmer und die Klimanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Im zweiten Zimmer war dann alles ok. Frühstück war am 1. Tag super und qualitativ super. Am 2. Tag hat die Qualität leider stark abgenommen. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Bar war top.

Superbe spa, bel hôtel, très belle localisation : en plein dans la forêt, c'est génial pour les balades ! Un château est à moins de 30 min à pieds. Le petit-déjeuner est génial : un grand buffet continental de qualité et varié. Les chambres sont jolies, le nettoyage des sols n'est pas fait tous les jours cependant : le sol de la salle de bain n'a pas été nettoyé un des matins durant notre séjour. Superbe restaurant et bons plats, je vous recommande le fist and chips ! Possibilité de se rendre dans le centre-ville de Bruxelles en moins d'une heure. Très grand parking gratuit.

I booked the property based on the fact you stated the room would have a refrigerator, which was what we was looking for in a room for our toddlers milk. Especially during the hot temperature to keep other drinks cold for our children, the duvet wasn't big enough for two on the sofa bed, Also we didnt see the hot tub that was also advertised. Apart from these issues the hotel was what we expected. Good location, clean and good choice of breakfast options. Maybe have more staff cooking omelettes during busy times. Waited in line for almost half a hour.

Arredamento camere e spa da rinnovare. Buon rapporto qualità- prezzo per Bruxelles. Ristorante alla carta buono, alcune sere c’è l’opzione buffet (niente di eccezionale ma comodo). Consigliato come base di appoggio per visitare il Belgio in famiglia.

You are not allowed to make any noise! Which is impossible swimming with kids, and not very fun either! Kids swimming time ends at 6pm. So adults can book outside this time to avoid the noise. This rule should really be amended. And better, there should be a a family friendly swimming pool seperate to this area. Overall the hotel was great with good facilities. Just needs a bit more family friendly rules.

Second time we visit this place on our way to France. Room was excellent. Corner family room with two twin beds and a bed sofa. We arrived at 20:00 so we did not enjoy the spa or any of the other things available. We ate dinner in the restaurant, food is ok. Breakfast is great, you have a lot of choices. Two negatives: the floor in the room is covered with carpet. Difficult to keep the carpet clean and for it to feel hygienic. The toilet has a glass door so you hear everything and you see the siluet of the person, no privacy. We traveled two adults and two teenage kids. With that sayed we would gladly come again!

This is a challenging hotel for seniors due to its long walks between facilities. But For a younger, energetic group it can be a delight with its fine fitness center and Spa facility. The free breakfast buffet is 4 star. Surprisingly the hotel kitchen is Sub par for such a fine lodging in the middle of a forest. Highly recommended for Weekend getaways
