The Omni PGA is a great place. The only downside during our stay was that all the self parking was blocked off for. 1000 person party on Saturday night, forcing my daughter to have to pay for parking during the day and I put it in valet one night. Some allowances should be made for hotel guests. Otherwise the resort is magnificent.

Beautiful property with some activities on the weekend. Resort fee of $45/night was high for what was included. Had to pay $35/night for self parking. So after we paid for the room, we still owed $300 for fees, etc. The pool was just an average pool with very slow service. Trash was not picked up around the pool even though there were several employees in the area. We did enjoy the evening walks and the putting green located within walking distance from the hotel. Most employees were friendly and helpful, with the exception at the pool.

Incredible facilities. Booked last minute as my work plans had changed and some other colleagues were already staying here. Definitely coming back for a golf trip. Never had to leave the property. Trick Rider was top notch steakhouse experience for client dinner. Can’t wait to come back.

Great place, comfy rooms, pools and spa top notch. The grounds are just wonderful many places to relax with family etc. Great bar area and coffee shop. Trick Rider restaurant that’s in the hotel is amazing all around wonderful Place.

The pool opens late and closes early and could be expanded when the hotel expands - lazy river and zero entry. Otherwise loved the hotel. There is alot of area around the hotel that could be landscaped and expanded.

From check in to check out everything was wonderful. Did a one night stay girls night and it was perfect. We each enjoyed the spa with 80 minute massages. Spa was beautiful with great amenities. Each of us loved our service provider. Enjoyed the adults only pool on the 6th floor with great drinks, especially the blood orange spritz. Dinner at Ryder Cup Grill was to die for! Brussel sprouts, pork chop, chicken, any artichoke dip were our favorite but everything was just so tasty. Our service was wonderful there too. Before leaving the next day we enjoyed lunch at the Ice House. At checkout the front desk agent quickly called concierge for our car and bags and gave us water to go. High recommend staying here, it’s great for a stay-cation for couples, girls nights, weddings, parties. Will return again soon!

The pillows and sheets smell like mildew and the towels were not all clean. The staff was friendly and nice but the gave us sheets and pillows to replace the dirty ones but we were not told there was no staff to change the sheets.

Staff should be better informed about hotel activities. Staff shouldn’t promise services they can’t deliver on (like rollaways). It took 6 hours and three phone calls to get extra towels and a robe. Our room looked clean at check-in, but we found items from the previous guest on the bed frame and in the drawers.

This is a beautiful, clean resort. Nicely decorated and friendly staff. The beds and linens are so comfortable. The hotel is quiet and the building is made solid, cant hear yourself walking across the room. Had the balcony with a beautiful sunset view. Everything 5 star about this hotel. We went for my husband's birthday and he had the greatest time. Become a member so you can earn rewards for your stay!

Our stay was amazing! Jordan at the front desk was so friendly and helpful with a speedy check in. He even upgraded our room at no charge and gave my husband a ball marker. The room had a beautiful view and was decorated nicely. The bed and bedding were so comfortable and cozy.

I guess we were in the Expedia section. Beautiful balcony room for 500$ overlooking the construction site on the road. With a pond of gross water. Booked 6 months ago yet this is what we got. Yayyyyu

The property was lovely and exceptionally clean. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was noise from downstairs. There was a bar or restaurant on a level below us and the music was bothersome when we were in the room during day and evening hours. We did not contact anyone about this issue. I feel that it would have been taken care of if we had reported the problem. If I were to stay there again, and I will if in the area, I would make sure to not be in the same area/floor of the resort.

Valet , checkin , luggage service to our room was an experience, we felt was going to be a pleasant stay . Room was well supplied with toiletries , the walk-in shower was oversized , which some are a bit tight . The bed n pillows were very comfortable ! . Plenty of gathering areas in and out of the property ! Which we enjoyed a glass of wine at the bottom of the Apron … Spent time on the adult pool in the morning , then moved to the Family pool by the Apron Restaurant . Food was excellent at both the adult and family pools ! Will consider another stay !

I don’t know it was pretty bizarre service. We had a very large group to stay there multiple cabanas pool service was at times atrocious very hit or miss fire alarms went off in the Casita. Things weren’t set up. It was just an odd experience and service was not equal to the facility or the price..

The staff at the Omni made my birthday stay so personable and special, from the upgraded room to the birthday cupcake and card left in my room. Each employee was generous enough to stop and talk, offering whatever assistance they could. The drone night display was impressive to watch. Sitting out on the balcony was amazing, taking in the view and relax. I plan to come back and have recommended it to five of my friends. Three of which have booked a stay. Thank you for everything, Omni. Ten Star stay hands down.

Top notch! We didn't like our original room because it was too small and not a great view Joe the manager upgraded our room for free. Liston the bellman was super accommodating and arranged champagne and treats for me to celebrate my husbands birthday ..

I stayed there for my wedding night and the staff offered to decorate our room while we were at the wedding unprompted! Mel went above and beyond decorating and laying out a romantic gift assortment of champagne and chocolate strawberries for us to find after our wedding. And the chauffeur crews driving people to and from the parking lot were always friendly and available.

This Omni location is located roughly 10min from all the action in Frisco. It is a truly beautiful resort property in all aspects. Plenty of options and activity on property with restaurants and great shopping. Will stay here again and recommend it to others without hesitation.

This is a unique facility and a golf lovers dream. There is some shopping on the site and a large shopping area about 10 minutes. If you want to het off property for dining options there several options within 15 minutes drive time. The staff was very welcoming, attentive and cordial.

We were very disappointed with our stay. We got a basement room, which was dark, overlooking a service road. Wait time for breakfast was one hour and 45 minutes. Went to golf course grill instead where there was no wait, but food took more than 30 minutes to arrive. At checkout, we notified staff of this and they did comp our breakfast and offered a discount for a future stay.

Such friendliness displayed from Every staff employee! Very comfortable and quiet room with view of swimming pool and golf course. Our meals there were tasty and reasonable for the high quality. Inviting outdoor seating around fire pits for night gatherings. Loved the ability to walk the PGA trail while my husband golfed. Definitely will return!

Incredible service at nearly every interaction. Cooper in the golf clubhouse is serving up a masterclass in guest experience, truly made our round and trip better. Food and dining options are very solid at all of the restaurants and bars on the property.

Plan to walk for a while from the elevator. The hotel should have been smaller or taller. Hallways are too long. Also the restaurant inside the hotel reminds me of a cheep buffet type setting like Golden Coral. If you play golf, maybe golf compensates for the hotel experience, if you do not plan to golf, stay somewhere else. The hotel and the hotel restaurants are poor quality for the price you are charged.
