One thing I didn’t like was that the airport shuttle did not start operating until 8:00 A.M. we had a flight at 6:00 A.M. We had been gone a month so had quite a bit of luggage so had to walk with it to the terminal. It is good having a hotel right at the airport. The sound proofing must also be good. We did not hear any planes.

Perfect Airport Hotel. Within walking distance. Breakfast buffet from 4am to 10am. Good WiFi. Have used it several times and will stay there again. For those who want to see Budapest center there are public busses.

This is a new hotel situated right outside the airport terminal so is extremely convenient. The checkin process is one of thd best I've experienced. Just download the app and your phone becomes the rroom key. No need to check in at the desk on arrival. The aircon is ice cold whicb is a necessity at this time of year although it's noisy with the fan on high. The free breakfast offers a large range of hot and cold food. I will definitely stay here again if I fly to Budapest in the future.

Beware! Airport shuttle service has limited hours so if you have more than a small carry on for flying you will need to call a taxi. It’s expensive and austere. No kettle or fridge or wardrobe. Everything is expensive since you are not near anything but the airport. The food at the cafe was okay. Usually I stay at another airport hotel a little further but wanted to try this. I’ll go back to staying further away. This hotel is NOT worth the money.

We had a 6 am flight so booked in night before. It is a 5 min walk to airport. Nice rooms. Food was good. Safe. They also have airport shuttle starting at 8 am. Highly recommend this hotel

Stayed for one night before my flight, room was clean, nice breakfast. Shower could have had a door/curtain as the water is getting out of the shower corner easily and splashes on the bathroom door, room was very dark, the only light was from lamps, there was no ceiling light which is a bit weird.

The rooms are a bit small for two people with luggage. The shower is very modern, which means water all over the floor. The breakfast was very good and opens very early for early flights. The walk from the hotel is only about 1.5 blocks. Overall it was fine for a night. We have stayed there in the past and will probably do so again some time.

It’s a nice hotel & room. Clean &nice. The only negative thing I would say is there is “no” A/C. I turned A/C way down because of how hot it was in room but all I heard the fan w no cool air coming out. I couldn’t even open windows to let cool air come in from outside.

Gergo at the front desk greeted us and provided a smooth and efficient check in. The property had a modern, contemporary vibe. The room and the bathroom was spacious, but could have been more lights. Clean hotel, quick check-in, we arrived at 18.00 in the evening. There is a free coffee machine for everyone, don't count on dinner, there is no selection. We asked that we take the breakfast with us to the flight because an early check-out was excellent. Don't rely on the hotel's wake-up services. We asked for a wake-up call at 1:30 am and they forgot to wake us up. Lucky we set a clock!!!!!

I accidentally booked the wrong dates, I understand terms and conditions, I gave them 5 days notice to see if they could change my dates, mainly the property but both entitites were pretty uncooperative in changing my date, just disappointing, surely humans make these errors all the time there should really be some flexibility in date changing, I wasn’t asking for a refund and offered to pay the difference. I had a very early check-in time at the airport and chose this hotel for its convenience. However, with two large suitcases it was quite a difficult walk from my room (carpeting slowing down wheels) to an all-uphill walk in the rain to the airport. It is really NOT convenient.

I’ve stayed here several times and must say the rooms are great ; modern, clean, comfortable and you can’t hear the airplanes. There’s a construction next to the hotel (they are building an extension) which means that the surrounding of the hotel is very messy and I’d say unsafe. It’s probably impossible for disabled people to access the hotel. The entrance is very badly signposted, the parking and taxi stand ditto. I had to walk around the building to finally find the temporary entrance.

This hotel is a 5 minute walk down a paved ramp from BUD terminal. I stayed there after my flight from NY to rest up before embarking on my busy itinerary. Everything was right there, including a restaurant (simple fare), giving me the opportunity for quality rest. The breakfast was very good and included many Hungarian foods. I felt safe and taken care of here.

This was my second stay at Ibis Styles BUD this month. The hotel is still conveniently located within the airport parking lot, about 3 min walk from the terminals. Checkin was fairly fast. The room was clean, smelled good and was adequate in size for one traveller. The restaurant and bar were popular at early evening hours. Breakfast was served starting at 4am which can be helpful for early risers. I found that the area around the hotel part of the airport parking lot has uneven pavement for luggage. Also the ramp leading to the terminals is fairly steep. I have no mobility issues but I expect others may have a hard time dragging their luggage uphill. Also, there are no ramps at sidewalk curbs.

After traveling to several countries during our vacation, our final destination was Budapest, where we stayed for 2 nights in a city center hotel. Due to a 6 am flight out of Budapest, we stayed at ibis Styles BUD the night before our flight. Minimalist hotel room that was very clean, quiet and had everything needed for a one-night stay. Even with construction occurring between ibis and BUD terminal 2, a covered walkway was less than a 5 minute walk. With way too much luggage to hand carry to BUD, luggage trolleys available to use to roll your luggage to the terminal. Had a light dinner, which was great! Bar also open. Staff so attentive and helpful. Included breakfast starts at 4 am, I only had time for a quick cup of coffee. Ibis provided "to go breakfast bags" (granola bar, apple juice, sandwich, apple). Tip: after check-in, I walked from ibis to Terminal 2 to learn of the distance and pathway so to not be surprised at my 4 am departure. Pros: proximity to airport, hotel cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, dining offerings, eco-friendly, comfortable room. Cons: no cons! Delightful stay and would definitely use again for an early morning flight out of Budapest!

This is the best property to stay if you have a morning flight from Budapest. You drop off your rental car in the parking lot and walk in the hotel. The breakfast starts at 4 am with luxurious offerings, like honeycomb, a selection of fresh juices, fresh mozzarella, eggplant cream, fresh pastries, perfect tomatoes... It is super quiet, which is remarkable at an airport.
