Again for that price you're not gonna get excellent service, but compared to others in the similar price range, this hotel beat out all its competitors. It's well located, with a good front desk service, the rooms are nice, with a little balcony area, water is clean, wifi works, and hotel has TV, serves breakfast (although not great), with a nice swimming pool that is well-lit at night. I give it an overall 4 stars, and I would stay there again if I ever go to Marrakech again.

Las fotos de internet no corresponden con el estado actual del hotel, los tejidos de las colchas y mobiliario son viejos y la bañera necesita ser cambiada, la limpieza es buena y las personas que limpian, Ryad en recepción es muy profesional y muy amable me hizo sentir muy bien, el desayuno que contraté, el pan y bollería no me gustó, de baja calidad, la sopa si me gustó que ponían de desayuno, el personal en general amable, necesita una inversión en mobiliario y decoración, telas nuevas... la piscina terrible porque no se puede tomar el sol, pocas tumbonas y no da el sol hasta tarde, me fui a la azotea, yo tomo el sol temprano por la mañana, podrían poner duchas en las azoteas y ponerlas bonitas, con tumbonas bonitas para suplir lo de la piscina.

I picked this property solely on parking being include - it was not. There is random parking in an alley but that was “full” with three cars - of course! It’s an alley! There solution was “too bad” good luck finding street parking. I had to find a parking garage during rush hour, which was insane. The property isn’t worth false advertisement and useless staff - pass on this place, with parking or not.

Very pleasant but dated hotel but great value and everything in the room worked perfectly. Breakfast was standard and plentiful and staff super efficient and friendly. Pool and relaxing area a bonus, just a lovely hotel close to restaurants with cuisines to suit any pocket. People have complained about the bars on this road being noisy! I found it perfectly bearable compared to other countries. All in all a gem.

高級感があり、スタッフの仕事レベルが高い。安心して荷物を預けることが出来ました。駅から近く、CAREE EDENも徒歩圏内でとても便利です。朝食はビュッフェスタイルでパンがメインだけど、ほぼ満席。プールもあって、とても良い感じ！唯一残念だったのが、シャワーのヘッドが壊れていて、快適にシャワー出来なかった。客室窓からパティオが見えるが部屋からのアクセスは出来なかった。またパティオに面した窓はどの部屋も丸見えになってしまうので、ほとんどカーテンを閉めている状態でした。全体的には大満足です！ありがとうございました！

En arrivant devant l'entrée de l'hôtel, vous pouvez être tenté de faire demi tour, mais, quelle agréable surprise à l'intérieur, une architecture époustouflante du style Riad. L'endroit est calme , étant donné que Marrakech est une ville bruyante, les voitures klaxon sans arrêt, très appréciable d'être au calme. Un effort est affaire si possible,des fruits au petit déjeuner, mais ça..C'est propre à moi. Félicitations a la femme, efficace et propre merci.

Thought the eating area could be cleaner & improved selection of food. Great orange juice but had to ask for it. Not always clean tables. Rooms small but adequate for our needs. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Nice to have soap! Expensive to get our wash done but convenient.

The hotel is located about 35-40 minutes from Jamaa el-Fnaa walking, you can take a taxi but be prepared to pay different fares there and back. There are two reception areas, one at the rear and one at the front, it is a large property. I found the rear reception was very helpful while the front reception, were less so. The hotel employees are bilingual (which I am not ☹) and the predominant language you will hear or be addressed in is French unless of course you are or speak Arabic. The room pictures on Expedia are not comparable, while there I do believe that the hotel was undergoing some refurbishments, to address the tried look and feel to the hotel rooms. The shower head in my room needed descaling and or replacing, the moulding around the bathtub needs removing and remoulding. The bed was comfortable and the cleaning crew who were onsite daily were helpful.

The room was very cold. Heating system was not working properly. The shower was very cold. I turned it for 15 minutes and was still cold. The water spills out from the shower and all the bathroom becomes wet. All Staff are very friendly and helpful. I felt a bit sorry for the cleaning lady Zahra, who always had to clean the water that spills from the shower every morning. She was very helpful and friendly.

On the check in day I found the staff rude and unhelpful. I was yelled at while trying to sort out my reservation Although the reservation said my room came with a balcony it did not. The staff said the balcony rooms were full. So they basically missold what they didn't have The surrounding was clean but the food was very touristy so I had to eat outside
