Very friendly staff. Stayed here for a week. We had shops at the door step. House keeping was amazing especially Zarha. She always looked after us. One day she did not come in and we had a different house keeper. Whoever she was she was very bad. The room was very dusty and I’m allergic to dust so was not happy on Zarha day off. Overall loved the experience

Good location for sightseeing and restaurants. Clean rooms, satisfactory breakfast. Despite the fact that it is advertised as "self-parking included", the only real option is on-street parking - if you find a spot.

The room was very cold. Heating system was not working properly. The shower was very cold. I turned it for 15 minutes and was still cold. The water spills out from the shower and all the bathroom becomes wet. All Staff are very friendly and helpful. I felt a bit sorry for the cleaning lady Zahra, who always had to clean the water that spills from the shower every morning. She was very helpful and friendly.
