The view from the house is amazing! We even saw a bald eagle. The hosts were extremely friendly and responsive. The house is very spacious and well supplied. The only draw back is that it is hard to locate, especially in the dark. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Such a beautiful home that accommodated our large family gathering perfectly. Everything was as described and the hosts communicated well.

We loved staying here. Yes, it is an older home and the layout is sprawling and initially confusing, but honestly quite nice as some bedrooms are further away from the main living area so quiet for sleeping babies or kids! For fellow foodies that actually cook....very well stocked kitchen(s) including a bunch more things than are mentioned in the vrbo description: Blender, hand mixer, Cuisinart food processor, 2 crock pots/slow cookers, three coffee makers, plenty of cutlery, plates, regular beverage glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, oven trays, casserole dishes w lids and lots of pots n pans (be sure to check both kitchen pantries as things get moved around). There are also some stable dry spices, vinegar and oil. BYO food, special oils, butter and any refrigerator items. There are no disposable things except paper towels (such as foil, zips, plastic wrap, parchment paper etc) which are always awesome gifts to a vrbo. The entire property is on ground level. One bedroom can be closed off with an ensuite bathroom, and the other bedrooms are 2 off to one side and 2 off to the other side that each share a full bathroom. They have complimentary usual toiletries for bathrooms (shampoo, rinse, soap, lotion) and kitchen (dish soap, DW pods, new sponge). For families, there is a staircase that goes downstairs (to an unaccessible separate unit) but a huge hazard for a toddler and you will need a stair gate and bring cable ties to help secure it. Beautiful!

Hard to find, would not have found it without very good directions from owner.Beautiful home, needs better bedroom furniture and some electric work. Several switches go to nothing and one light could not be turned off without unplugging it.

Interesting house. Layout is dated and confusing. Power frequently blew lighting, and heaters. It was freezing in the house. furnishings, especially seating was minimal. House needs major work, but it is in a great area. That's why we choose it
