Good size room and very clean. The hotel wanted $150 to check in to the room early which was disappointing. We were offered a free drink for our wedding anniversary only to find that everyone had been offered a welcome drink at the bar! Overall, a bit disappointing for a 5 star hotel.

Gorgeous modern hotel in Puerto Madero. Rooms were new, bed most comfortable, amenities high end, staff most professional and courteous, instagramable public spaces, walkable, safe, restaurants all over and near center. Uber is very reasonable. Loved the hotel and the experience we had.

What a wonderful hotel. The only negative is a king bed room really isn’t a king bed but two twin beds pushed almost together, there is still a gap between them. The hotel is very fancy and beautiful! I would not hesitate to stay there!

I'd like to give a way better rate but it has been past 10 days since checkout of this hotel and my deposit money hasn't been reimbursed 😕 Keep talking to a worker but nothing is being solved. Disappointing. I shouldn't waste my time to hastle my own money that he to be returned. I haven't taken anything out of the refrigerator, barely got any room service, didn't break anything. Not sure what's the delay! I shouldn't think and worry about this 11 days later. Bad management.

Great location, helpful & friendly staff, clean, large and well appointed room. Would stay here again without hesitation. The only negative, and we experienced it each day we were there was the extremely poor service in the lobby bar. In the 3 days we stayed at the hotel, we sat in the bar 10-15 minutes without once being waited on, despite it not being overly busy. On all 3 occasions, we got up and left without ever placing an order. This very good hotel can and should be able to improve this one defect that we experienced. Perhaps better training and/or another waitstaff member would resolve what is a very solvable problem.

This is a great hotel in a really good part of town. There are a lot of attractions to visit on foot and there’s plenty of transportation to get to other parts of the city. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very luxurious as are the amenities. It’s not a very “green” hotel despite their claim to be conscious about the environment but they aren’t wasteful either (the only green aspect I saw was that they did not change the sheets or towels as I requested). All in all, a great experience and I’ll definitely be back soon!

Noise insulation was poor — we could hear everything from the adjacent room. Hotel excelente. Conserjes muy buen nivel de atencion. Estan hace años y son cracks. Limpieza espextacular. Piscinas super bien atendidas. Mejoraria: No ofrecieron early check in, a pesar de no estar llenos y el status gold. Personal de check in no es muy atento, en general. Me cobraron un huevo frito en el desayuno, eso es ridiculo en esta categoria de hoteles. El hermoso bar de lo hotel no funcionaba a las 23hs (solo pude comprar una cerveza pero no un trago)

Quarto e banheiros impecáveis, só não tinha cafeteira no meu quarto, mas providenciaram. Area de lazer ótima com hidro, sauna e academia ótimas. Hotel novíssimo . A única falha grande está no café da manhã: muito simples para um hotel 5 estrelas, por exemplo tem somente ovo mexido incluído (omelete por exemplo, que tem em qualquer hotel mediano é incluído ), no Alvear precisa pagar por fora, se quiser. Frios só tem 2 (presunto e blanquet) e de porco, que eu não como e reclamei desde o primeiro dia (nada fizeram). Precisam melhorar nesse ponto !
