Good location to see old town/beach, easy to park at underground pay lot …. But on very noisy square, that stays noisy all night (just be aware), with wobbly bed frame and sagging mattress in bedroom. Apartment we got was not nearly as nice/colorful as the pictures online. Felt almost like a chain hotel. Overall, it was overpriced for not being boutique, and essentially party all night long sound.

I thought this hotel was great. It was right in the heart of old town, next to a really good bakery, tons of little cafe’s/ restaurants and a very short walk to the beach and farmers market. There is also a vintage market that happens every Monday that is right in the square next to the hotel. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The A/C didn’t work in the loft of our room, but the staff did bring us fans and they made our stay very comfortable. I have never felt so safe in another country before. In general, Nice is a very safe area, but being in a hotel where the staff made us feel safe, made the trip that much better. Will definitely stay there again.

The location is amazing, the space was beautiful; the only area of opportunity would be the shower as the water of the shower can go anywhere; other than that everything was amazing

Always returning to this lovely spacious hotel which is a family favorite. Close to the lively old city, the beach and great simple in room breakfast. Only issue was that during the summer heat wave the aircon was not strong enough to fully cool down the room.
