The Great Rayong Hotel

The hotel is basic but comfortable with all the amenities you need, rooms are large and en suite and have a fridge, kettle, TV and air con. There is a nice pool and breakfast is available. There is a bar in a fridge in reception, the staff are very helpful and friendly and it’s a short walk to the beach, a 7/11 and local bars and restaurants are within easy reach. There is a large car park but no lift, and all rooms are floor 1 and above so not suitable for everyone, but overall this hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

it’s a great location for a great price but you get what you pay for

The room was clean but I had a Chinese smoking in the neighboring room so I had to change room within 30 minutes from arriving. The pool is tempered and ok, but half of thailands insect and bug species was submerged in the water.

The hotel is close to the beach, bars and local restaurants, and a 7/11 store. The facilities are basic but the rooms are en suite, spacious and clean, with a TV, fridge, hairdryer and kettle although you’ll need to provide your own tea or coffee, sugar and milk. The hotel has a lovely outdoor pool, ample parking and a well stocked beer fridge in the reception which acts as the bar. Reception is manned 24/7 and breakfast is available although we had breakfast out. The hotel has 4 floors but no lift, but help is available with your luggage if required. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

Big rooms, clean, quiet, the hotel staff was very kind. 3 min. walking from the beach. Perfect place to rest
