Center Parcs Villages Nature Paris

I was surprised when we arrived to see that where we were staying looked nothing like the photos on the website. It was very difficult getting answers to our questions. They could use more signage and helpful personnel. We booked this hotel primarily because we planned to spend all our time at Disney, so we didn’t have a chance to use any of their many facilities. Be advised that the hotel campus is locked down. It’s a challenge to get in and out. One night we were stuck outside the gate and had no way of getting back in to our rooms!

The park facilities are exactly as expected, handy shop, pizza restaurant is good, pool area is ideal and the bowling place has decent cocktails. I found it strange there are no lights at night around the park, so walking from the bar to the lodge at night was extremely dark. Download the app for local buses and they are really frequent to Disneyland. The lodge we had was not clean. The mattress was stained with what looked like blood, the toilets looked like they hadnt seen bleach in years, the pillows have no protectors and are sweat stained, hairs all over the bed, sheets were marked. When we pulled out the sofa bed it was covered in food, rubbish and broken bits of toys from previous guests. There were 3 fans provided. I had to take them outside and scrub the inches of dust from them to try and make them make any difference to the temperature. There was 2 pots for use and 1 was too small for use on the induction hob so was absolutely useless. The microwave/oven smelled like rotten cheese so we never used it. The outside furniture was also very dirty which we can accept as they stay outside but this was years of build up. The light outside flickered constantly so we couldnt sit outside at night as it is very dark. Luckily we were literally using it as a base to sleep as we were in Disneyland and Paris for full days. We left the lodge is a much better condition than we found it.

We didn’t get the accommodation which we were supposed when booking it. The apartment we got was okay, but since we travelled with a dog we could have been using the “garden” of the cabin.

We stayed at Villages Nature Paris during the June 2026 heatwave, our stay was unfortunately overshadowed by the lack of support during the extreme temperatures. Our accommodation became unbearably hot. The entire second floor was almost impossible to use during the day and remained very warm throughout the night. The windows could only be opened a few centimeters, making it impossible to properly ventilate the house. Before arriving, we found information suggesting that portable air conditioning units could be rented. However, when we arrived we were told that none were available. Given the number of accommodations without air conditioning, this was extremely disappointing during a heatwave with temperatures approaching 40°C. The biggest frustration was the lack of customer service. It was impossible to reach reception by phone, and when we went there in person the queues were very long. As a result, it was practically impossible to get help with any issue during our stay.

Check in was smooth and fast. Clean except for lots of ants, safe was already locked, the barrier to get to the bus never worked on the pushchair/wheelchair door so during unmanned hours this was incredibly difficult and one night people were passing pushchairs over the top and holding doors open. The accommodation had no bed linen but this wasn’t described in the description. Pool was great one day but the following day a lot was closed which was a shame. Shop on day one was clearer empty but restocked throughout the weekend. Buses to DLP were really easy and simple. Made it easy to get there and back. Overall it was ok, was what we needed for a flying visit but should’ve been better.
