Check-in was smooth, the staff spoke beautiful English, and was friendly and helpful. The room itself was bare and dismal maybe because we arrived late in the night. In the morning, we were rewarded by a lovely forest view, beyond the balcony and glass doors. Housekeeping seemed half hearted. Not sure if bathroom was clean. For example, the hose had mould. Our bedsheets were not changed throughout our 3-night stay too. Towels were thin, carpets were threadbare. Restaurant-wise, it will be helpful if guests can be advised on operating hours. Overall, it was a disappointing stay; everything hovered at just okay (except for the open forest view) with nothing else to lift up our stay.

firstly, got fooles because we saw this resort is 4.5star rating on google. please dont get fooled like us. very run down place. very dirty and dusty resort. cleaniess for the room and towel are -100 stars. you will find hair and stains everywhere and especially in the "clean" towel. you also have to wheel your heavy luggage from the reception to your resort. No buggies lift was offered. you will also get a few of live spiders and dead bugs and worms in the room for FREE. What a pitty. Very spacious resort but just need lots of love

Every things are good , but I smell the smoke coming from the house when I open the door, then I open the door and let the smoke go out. The hotel front desk staff's English is not good, I used the AI translate to keep communication. They are friendly and nice.

Air conditioning was turned off when we were there but since the weather is rather cooling in April when we were there so it's still okay. Great for families!
