일단 초고층이어서 사방에서 내려다보이는 뷰가 아주 좋습니다. 그냥 뷰 하나로 다 먹고 들어가는 호텔이에요. 방 크기도 넉넉하고 욕실도 깔끔하고 물살도 세고 좋았어요. 거리는 나고야 역에서 도보 20분 정도 떨어져 있어서 전철을 이용하시거나 택시를 이용하시는 편이 좋습니다. 시내와 좀 떨어져 있어서 조용한 게 장점이라면 장점인데 주변 편의시설이 많이 부족해요. 편의점도 한참 걸어 나가서 zepp공연장 옆에 패밀리마트 하나 있고, 대각선 방향 맨션 1층에 로손이 있습니다. 빌딩 식당가도 8시면 다 닫고요. 운동시설은 러닝머신과 자전거만 있고 운동복은 챙겨가셔야 합니다. 조식은 가짓수가 좀 모자란 편이고, 3500엔이 정가인데 그 돈 주고 먹을 만한 퀄리티는 아니에요. 2000엔 미만으로 같이 예약 가능하다면 그냥 먹어볼 만은 합니다. 히츠마부시와 카레가 맛있습니다.

Easy access to Nagoya station via the Aonami line for schlepping your luggage or on rainy days. 15 minute walk through the crowds when you want to people watch. The VIP bit was access to their lounge area with drinks and hor d’ouvres and that was good at the end of a day. Don’t believe the room photo you see. There are four corner room on each floor. When you send me a note that I’ve been given VIP status and a picture of an upgraded room you tend to believe that will be what my room will look like. Check with hotel if that is something you really want. I did not push for an upgrade because the standard room did everything I needed it to except provide hooks/bars for my robe and towel. Easy access to convenience stores on street level.

We booked two club rooms on the top floor of this immaculately maintained hotel. The views of the city from the room and the Club Lounge were beautiful day and night. It is an easy one stop ride on the Aonami line from Nagoya Station. The Club lounge is beautiful and well stocked. I just wish that it stayed open until 10:00 p.m. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were of adequate size.

Nice hotel, staffs are great, they put my transfer luggage in my room before we even arrived. The room we stayed was very humid, the celling has molds, the blanket feels a little wet from the humidity, we turned on AC and dehumidifier, didn't help much.

建物は新しくきれいだが、部屋の中は備え付けの家具を移動して清掃してるようには思えず、椅子を動かした下は埃やゴミが落ちていた。トイレもドアを奥に押すタイプのためか、便座に座ると埃が溜まっていた。朝食はバイキングで大人4,000円とのことだが、皿を乗せるトレーはない、ポットの中身はない、味噌汁のセルフで入れられる具材もないなど、補充が追いついておらず金額に見合う内容ではなかったように思う。高層階で景色はよく、アクセスもよいが、プリンス系列にしては接客以外のところが残念であった。

とても良い。風景やサービスは非常に満足です。トイレ別なのはいいポイントですが、ユニットバスなので脱衣所が無く、トイレや洗面所で着替えが必要になってしまうので人によっては困ってしまう事もあるかもしれないです、又、窓も大きいので夜になると洗面所が反射して見えてしまうので注意が必要です。

Had a pleasant stay. Staffs were friendly. Only downside was the bathroom as it is open concept, if only there's a heater to warm the shower room before use (floor tiles were too cold even for adults) and when travelling with a young child, their comfort is very important. The view was amazing.

The staff is very kind and patient. They helped us with getting to our next destination and showed us where the clinic was when I fell ill on the trip. Very clean, spacious rooms. Just be aware that the bathroom sink is not separated by a wall so may make it hard to change if you’re in a group.

The hotel and room were incredible - spotlessly clean & very modern. Staff were also friendly and helpful, and the hotel has amazing views over the city, while also being close to the metro station. However, beware of getting a drink at the bar here. We went for a quick nightcap before bed one day, and the service was incredibly slow (especially as there were only 2 other groups in, who already had their drinks). We were also sat at the bar, when other guests were sitting at tables, next to the windows with fantastic views. When we left, I saw a cover charge had been added of 1000 yen per head, which almost doubled the cost of the bill. As we sat at the bar, were hotel guests and had terrible service, this cover charge didn't feel fair, especially as we weren't warned. It really tainted our stay sadly.

Impecable hotel. Atencion del personal inigualable. Nuestra reserva incluia un cambio de habitacion, por error dejamos una cartera con todo el dinero en efectivo en la habitacion. I stayed at Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower for 4 nights on the top floor. The stay overall was pleasant — the breakfast was great, and the club lounge was beautiful. The facilities are excellent, and the views from the top floor are stunning. Location was not that great. However, I was disappointed by the service. While most staff were polite, the handling of a small issue left a bad impression. I accidentally took a cable charger and realized it as soon as I landed in another country. I immediately admitted my mistake and offered to pay for it, which would have been the simplest solution. Instead, the staff member (Nagai) insisted that I ship it back at my own expense. This was very inconvenient, especially since I travel frequently and don’t have time to go to the post office, and the shipping cost would end up being more than the cable charger itself. When I shared my feedback, hoping for some flexibility, the responses felt abrupt and rigid, with no acknowledgment of my concerns. At the end, I was even told “we hope you visit again,” which felt out of touch given the situation. I understand it was my mistake, but I wish the staff had shown more flexibility and customer care. For a hotel of this class, I expected service that adapts to the situation rather than following rules so mechanically. Great facilities and food, but service did not meet the same standard. Would not recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was great and efficient. My room was beautiful with stunning night views of the city. The sky lounge was a lovely spot to relax, and the breakfast offered a rich selection of dishes, including delicious local specialties. ささしまライブに所在するため、車以外での往来には少し不便。コンビニやドラッグストアが隣接している。 31階でチェックインのあと35階の部屋へ、そこは名古屋駅の景色を見下ろす高層階にある快適空間。広さは32㎡あり特段狭くは感じない。設備は普通であるが清潔に保たれており、ベッドは寝心地良好。加えてとても静かである。残念なのは、部屋に置いてあるアメニティ類が少なく、31階のエレベーター前のスペースから持って来なくてはいけないことと、その品揃えも若干物足りない（特に女性用の品々）レストランは31階にあり、街並みを見下ろしながらゆったりできる。全体的には満足できる滞在であり、機会があれば、また利用したい。

I really liked this hotel for comfort during our stay in Nagoya. It's walkable from the station (providing you dont have too many bags), and it's only a 15 minute walk to the bus station for the direct bus to the Ghibli Park which was why we were visiting.

原本以為從名古屋車站走過去要十多分鐘，炎熱的夏天真的不舒服，結果令人驚驗是有一條地鐵和飯店大樓二樓直結，－站就到名古屋車站。飯店住在33樓,晚上無敵夜景伴著入眠，長期在國外旅行，住過不少飯店，這是一間令人心動會再回來的值得再入住的飯店。

The hotel and room were incredible - spotlessly clean & very modern. Staff were also friendly and helpful, and the hotel has amazing views over the city, while also being close to the metro station. However, beware of getting a drink at the bar here. We went for a quick nightcap before bed one day, and the service was incredibly slow (especially as there were only 2 other groups in, who already had their drinks). We were also sat at the bar, when other guests were sitting at tables, next to the windows with fantastic views. When we left, I saw a cover charge had been added of 1000 yen per head, which almost doubled the cost of the bill. As we sat at the bar, were hotel guests and had terrible service, this cover charge didn't feel fair, especially as we weren't warned. It really tainted our stay sadly.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The room spacious , the facilities are new , the staff are friendly. Only one small thing that I am not uncomfortable with is that the breakfast menu never changed during the three days I stayed . Hopefully it can be changed a little bit. Overall I am satisfied with this hotel and strongly recommend.

For the room comfort, condition and cleanliness, I would have ranked this hotel with 4 stars, but this was my only stop in Japan where I encountered a very impersonal and unhelpful service, both during check in and during breakfast. Otherwise, the location of the hotel is conveniently next to a train station that is only a couple of stops from the main Nagoya station. There are several dining options within walking distance. The room was nice with a view of the city, with the only drawback being that the sink is separated from the room only by a roller blind. The breakfast was fine in terms of food quality and selection, but way overpriced and extremely chaotic and unpleasant due to the arrangement of the dining room.
