Unfortunately we booked this $300 a night US hotel for our drive to Hilton Head SC. We selected because it was right off the hwy and had a pool for our son. The pool was green, our view was of the lobby roof. Not impressed with the stay for the price that's for sure!

The hotel was advertised as having an EV charger. It does have a Tesla charger and I was able to use my adapter but after a half dozen attempts I could never get it to charge. Fortunately the was both Ford and Kia dealerships next door with ChargePoint chargers that I could use. The staff was slow and not very helpful.

Everything was above board...The staff were polite and friendly. They checked up on us to insure we were sasitfied and asked if there was anything else that they could do (which I found Very Professioal) the Room was clean, the Shower Extremely Hot (My Wife liked that) and the pool was clean and refreashing...We plan on staying there again next year...

The rooms were very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious lots of options and the employee kept it very. lean and plentyfull . Outdoor firepit wasn’t working on the patio which was a bummer . All in all great place to stay close to a lot of restaurants , stores and Super close to WVU

The only reason for the bad rating is due in part to the ladybug infestation and the dead body smell in our room. I borrowed the vacuum cleaner from the cleaning lady to suck up all the bugs. (I have pictures). Also there is clearly a sewage issue in room 516. The room smelled as if a dead body was in there for a week before it was discovered. All we got was a sorry after alerting the front desk.

The hotel property and our room was beautiful. Unfortunately the tub and shower in our room was not cleaned very well, so room clean up services may need some attention. In spite of that, the friendliness of the front desk and staff made for an enjoyable stay.

We .ove this hotel. Convenient for all WVU activities and very easy to get to this location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They have a nice lobby and breakfast area as well as an outdoor seating area with two fire pits. Highly recommend

I loved my experience at Hampton Inn. I have stayed at several hotels over the past few months and I must say that this place was a lot cleaner than some of the other hotels. The beds and pillows were clean. The washroom didn’t look gross. Looks like they might have done some renovations or the hotel is fairly new. Here are some things I liked and I didn’t like. Positive: -Hotel is right off the highway -Shopping/restaurants nearby -Lots of parking space -The indoor pool was clean and heated. My kids loved it. -Breakfast had lots of options -Beds and pillows were comfortable -Washroom was clean! (A big thing for me) -Good quality toiletries were provided -AC/Heater was in good working condition -Carpets were clean and no bad odours in the room Negative: -I wish there was vegetarian omelette. Really wanted to eat the omelette but it had meat in it -Not a lot of storage space to put stuff in -Water flow for shower and sink was not enough Overall, I had a great experience. Will definitely visit again!

The front desk staff (Aaron) was so friendly and accommodating. It was spotless, well kept, and so inviting. The saltwater pool was lovely, and the breakfast spread had everything you could ask for. The hotel is 5.5 hours from my home, and I think I would return to the area just to stay there. As my 10 year old said, “This is the coolest hotel we’ve ever been to in our whole lives”.

My room was very damp carpet was wet like they shampooed it and it wasn’t drying. I was told it was due to weather from the front desk. They didn’t care. Then checking out waiting for receipt she told me to go eat breakfast and come back because they were changing shifts I ask them to email it and I already ate Breakfast. I am a silver member and this was unexceptional.

Not a "fancy hotel" but extremely well thought out. ADA complient, incl open hallways,, elecators and our accessible room was spacious with well planned accessories like lower towel hooks etc. The front desk was staffed by friendly knowledgeable staff. Danny was terrific she made our stay great!! Will again :-)

Welcoming staff at check in. The rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast bar had a variety of options and the breakfast area was kept clean. Shopping and multiple dining options close by. We have stayed in multiple hotels in Morgantown this is one of the best.

Wonderful property! Friendly staff. Just two constructive criticism…1. Bathroom fan did not work (room 609) and, 2. Although the breakfast served was good the egg omelette needs help…obviously frozen discs of egg with 4 mini cubes of game and a touch of cheese…best to do Eggbeaters!! The other options were great!!

Very easy experience. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Enough disability parking available. Rooms were big bright and clean. Staff was extremely accommodating. Early check-in not a problem. Noon check-out means I was well rested for the next leg of our journey. Easy in and out of parking lot with many eating and shopping and adventure opportunities close by. Definitely be recommending this as a great spot to stay when in this area.
