I really enjoyed my stay here. They had everything I need and parking all for a reasonable price. My apartment was very nice clean and good looking. I would really like to rate this hotel 5 stars, however the swimming pool is an issue. It's outdoors on the roof and it's not heated. But the most important thing is that there isn't adequate lighting so by night it's a potential hazard. However other than that I really loved my stay here.

Great spot for our overnight stay. Refurbished since we last stayed. Parking easy, room well appointed and very clean. Staff friendly and efficient.

Room was not clean - dirty tissue on floor in bedroom, marks on walls and some benches not wiped over. If you pay for a room you should receive 1 free park - this should not be an extra expense. No free street parking is near the complex. Great View from 19 floor however lifts are very slow as it's such a big complex - stairs are quicker than the lift. Cooked breakfast was great however choice of fruit was cut up oranges or a whole apple. Melbourne Markets are not far away and fresh produce from there would have been great to include.

The room was nice and clean, but the main issues I had were the parking. Never have I had to pay to park at a hotel I've already paid for a room in - so be aware you'll need to fork out $20 for parking overnight, and there are no other options for over night parking on the roads nearby. Also, the hotel was advertised as having a heated outdoor pool with a view. It definitely has a view but the water is ice cold, far too cold for a swim at this time of year. So I'm leaving 2 stars, as I won't be staying here again for these reasons.

A really nice place to stay, the room was large and well appointed, the rooftop terrace and pool may be the best in Melbourne, located on the 19th floor the city views from the pool are incredible. A great hotel in a great part of Melbourne, I have left with excitement of returning. Well done.

I booked the property because of location and the parking option and the breakfast option. The location was great but I could not park my Transit van in the carpark due to its size. There is also no breakfast service available Sun-Thursday. Overall however a roomy and comfortable stay.

Comfortable and convenient. Very noisy location both traffic and neighbours. Most of the apartments are privately owned and if they decide to have a 3am party there's nothing can be done about it. Pay extra for parking and your competing for available parking places. Difficult to get in and out. Room has comfortable facilities but basic furnishings and lacks colour.

While we didn’t have breakfast as we ate too much the night before, the menu and price looked amazing. Exceptionally clean room with a great bed and amenities- everything you needed. Very happy with our stay 😀😀

Had a one bedroom apartment. Plenty of room with out of the norm decor which was great . Super clean , big balcony. Only drawback with our sty was that the room was on the first floor so the traffic noise in the morning was a slight issue if you are a light sleeper,but that’s not the hotels fault. Just ask for a room higher up if available. Great location

I’ve stayed here many since new, however the rooms haven’t aged well at all. I had a broken window and no door seals so the room was very noisy from the cars and tram on the busy road. I was kindly moved to a quiet room that wasn’t broken however someone above kept banging and crashing on the floor above all throughout the day and night. The floor above was also a hotel apartments, so not sure what was going on

The room has everything that you want and expect for the price range BUT staying on level 1 the road noise was deafening and constant, resulting in broken sleep. Not sure if it is not noticeable on other floors but we would not be staying again based on that factor alone. Breakfast at Mama Bear helped soften our disappointment of our stay, food was delicious and great coffee!

The staff were all so helpful and went out of their way to make everything run smoothly for us. Due to our schedule change, they offered us a later check out so that we were not at loose ends and waiting for our event for as long. Smooth check in and offered us dining options for Saturday night. Excellent recommendation for dinner by the way. Great location and very comfortable stay.

Great property to stay..we were upgraded both times we checked in and had a 2 bedroom apartment. Very spacious. The staff were very helpful and looked after our bags on checkout. Easy access to tram across the road straight into the city.

Did a late check-in so not long after I checked in the reception closed. By the time I got to my room and found the key didnt open the door, reception had closed. Took me 40min to get another room sorted via the after hours lock box out the front, which as you could imagine after a week away and a full day travelling this was extremely stressful

Staff were super lovely, however, this hotel is not attended by staff or security overnight. We, and many other guests, were kept up until 5am by a roaring party. Even the police attended called by a neighbouring house but couldn’t access the building. We had earphones and headphones but the walls were physically moving in time with the music. I eventually got through to someone from quest off site at 5am who said they would “see what they could do “, like, do you not have a plan for these situations, is it just guests bad luck if they end up stuck next to the makeshift nightclub? The beds were awful, mine was broken on the side so I kept rolling out, but it didn’t really matter because I wasn’t sleeping anyway. They really need to have a system so that someone is contactable when their guests are being awful. I mean, it’s fine that they charge the guests for holding a party but that doesn’t give me my night of sleep and relaxation back. Won’t be returning, which is a shame because the staff are good and hotel was clean.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The pool on level 19 was definitely the highlight. Being on Level 1 there was noise from the road which was annoying. The staff at reception were nice and the location is good for public transport options with a tram stop only 5min walk away.

Visited Melbourne on a F1 weekend so difficult to find accommodation in centres but Flemington great alternative location with tram stop outside and ten minute walk to station. Loved roof top terrace with infinity pool and views over the horse racing track. Only disappointment was lack of breakfast which was cancelled due to lack of staff, although we found a few cafes within 15 minute walk.

The Quest was central to where I needed to go . The reception gentleman and breakfast chef were positive, welcoming, polite, efficient and helpful. As a lone traveller I appreciated the availability of parking and security within the building. The suite I stayed in was pristine with a very workable layout. A very comfortable stay.
