Thank you for your reservation and we are looking forward to welcoming you. Pre-arrival notes: • Please pay balance due on arrival at check in. Any prepayment made is for reservation guarantee only. • ATM is no longer available on Samed Island. Please prepare sufficient cash for other spending to avoid card surcharge or money exchange fee of 5% or more. At our hostel, there is a 5% bank surcharge on card payment and we can accept only physical VISA and MasterCard. • National park entrance fee at THB200 per adult will be collected in cash by the park ranger at Na Dan Port after you disembark the boat. Ticket should be with you at all times for random inspection. • Our on-site staff communicates with limited English. You can add our WhatsApp for English support. • Check-in is from 2pm to 6pm. For outside-hours check-in, please notify us in advance. • Cancellation Policy No refunds on any deposit paid directly to the booking portal. Deposit-only rate: the balance due can be charged for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in. Non-refundable rate: the balance due can be charged at any time. No show or late cancellation: an advanced notice will be emailed before the charge is processed. • Hostel Rules - Key replacement fee of THB500 will be charge in case of failure to return. - Smoking in the designated area only. NO in-room smoking.
