清潔感があり、スタッフの対応も手早くわかりやすい。部屋には大型冷蔵庫、キッチン、洗濯機が設備され、長期滞在にも使えそうだ。水ボトルも冷蔵庫に用意されていた。気になったのは壁が薄いようで、隣の部屋の物音が伝わりやすい。コーヒーなどは常備されておらず、短期滞在では不便を感じた。また、ホテル名を検索する時は「ルースブリッジ」なのに、実際のホテル名は「ファーストステイホテル」となっていて、紛らわしい。
