Es muy complicado, no había agua y no se podía uno bañar, solo hay horarios que muchas veces no se respetan y no había agua ni para lo sanitarios, yo tuve que estar trayendo agua del mar para los sanitarios, si es un problema constante deberían de tener eso resuelto cuando menos con el tema de los baños

Es un hotel que está muy bien situado ,aunque no tiene camastros para estar frente al mar ,solo se camina unos pasos para rentar algunos ,. Es limpio y muy bàsico, tiene baño propio aire ac, y la cama còmoda . cerca del centro .y la playa cruzando la calle . hay muchos bares y servicios . El desayuno que incluía estaba muy bien servido y el personal es muy amable .

This is really not a "beachfront" hotel as there are structures between itband the beach. Only a partial ocean view from 2nd floor. No electricity in the morning so we were bot able to shower and no AC or fans. Not good! Even worse, hotel would not make any accommodation for the problems or even provide a partial refund. Horrible customer service.

A very nice place. Simple and basic, but sincere. The staff and gracious, solicitious and seem sincerely dedicated both to their island to their guests. The internal pathways could use some improvement. They can be iffy at night.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. A storm hit the island while i was there, but they did everything they could to make sure i was safe and fed. They all worked well the next morning to clean up the damage to the front and by end of day, the front of the hotel did not look like a storm came. There is also an inner courtyard to relax quietly if the beach is too windy. Also, there is the little stall market right around the corner and it is a perfect location for being cloee to town and the restaurants/bars. I would love to return to the island and La Diosa one day.

La Diosa kali is absolutely amazing. Location is 10/10 Rooms were spotless Noise at night wasn’t bad at all considering location The on-site restaurant was also amazing Oscar at the front desk was, well from choosing our room to being a personal tour guide to recommending restaurants and excursions and getting us taxis, the excellent service just didn’t stop. He came to the restaurant to get us after we had already checked out because he knew what ferry we had to catch for our transfer, and had a taxi waiting for us. No frills rooms, what you see is what you get, but they are very clean. We stayed at 5 star resorts on this same trip and the service here exceeded all.

Excellent location! Most very walkable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable and shower was nice. One problem though, the music at night was very loud and went on until well after 3am. Bring you headband headphones to drown it out.

Es limpio y muy bàsico, tiene baño propio aire ac, y la cama còmoda . cerca del centro .y la playa cruzando la calle . hay muchos bares y servicios . El desayuno que incluía estaba muy bien servido y el personal es muy amable .

La Diosa kali is absolutely amazing. Location is 10/10 Rooms were spotless Noise at night wasn’t bad at all considering location The on-site restaurant was also amazing Oscar at the front desk was, well from choosing our room to being a personal tour guide to recommending restaurants and excursions and getting us taxis, the excellent service just didn’t stop. He came to the restaurant to get us after we had already checked out because he knew what ferry we had to catch for our transfer, and had a taxi waiting for us. No frills rooms, what you see is what you get, but they are very clean. We stayed at 5 star resorts on this same trip and the service here exceeded all.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, sur la plage et à proximité des restaurants. Il est revanche assez vétuste, les chambres et salle de bains sont en état moyen. Attention la nuit, un club est mitoyen, et le son est ahurissant! Personnel est telle t sympathique

Excellent location! Most very walkable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable and shower was nice. One problem though, the music at night was very loud and went on until well after 3am. Bring you headband headphones to drown it out.

Emplacement idéal et problématique à la fois. En front de mer et idéalement situé, mais juste à côté d’un bar/boîte, donc très bruyant la nuit.. De plus chambres très très sommaires pour le prix…270euros pour 2 nuits, c’est clairement abusé. Nous avions pris l’option petit déjeuner compris, mais là encore tous les plats ne sont pas compris.. Nous reviendrons sur holbox mais sûrement pas dans cet hôtel.

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones, , la atención de todo su personal fueron todos muy amables, checking y Chechout muy rápido ylos3 días que desayunamos en el hotel fueron muy buenos. Los recomendaría tortalmente y regresaría en un siguiente viaje a Holbox.

Rooms are listed as "beachside" but like everything along the main Holbox beach, units are back behind the beach and road. Room was small, simple, and not much too it. The TV didn't work (was out and about all day anyway) and not a lot else to say, but for the rate we had on our last night, it was just fine.
