Stayed 2 nights

We were able to check into our room early and the front desk staff was polite. That's where the positivity ends. There were MULTIPLE issues with our stay: The bathroom door was broken No shower door/curtain (design) The room furniture was torn and very worn The refrigerator was not on/cold There was no toilet paper or towels The TVs didn't work I brought our concerns to the front desk clerk and she stated someone would bring up toilet paper, towels, and someone from maintenance would be up to check the TVs and the bathroom door. That did not happen our first day. Day two I went to the front desk to share no one brought towels, toilet paper, or looked at the TVs or bathroom door, and asked that our garbage be taken out. The front desk staff said someone would be up. Maintenance came just as we were leaving the hotel and fixed the TVs; no one addressed the door. No one took the garbage. No one brought toilet paper and towels; I got them from the front desk myself later than evening. I complained during check out and was told I would be reimbursed one day's stay. I called two days later to confirm when I should receive the refund and the amount was changed to 75% of one day and the csll was disconnected. I called back and spoke with a Hotels.com representative (very rude) and the refund was reduced to 50% of one day. I have attempted to contact the facility directly twice today and the call has been disconnected at transfer each time. HORRIBLE!

Stayed 2 nights

The only issue was the shower door coming open while I was showering which resulted in a puddle of water on the floor, I then had to use one of the towels provided to clean it up. I came to stay for a concert and didnt get back until a little after 12am, I woke 15 minutes before breakfast was due to end but the staff were very understanding in letting me make a couple waffles in the midst of them cleaning up. When checking out the reception staff were helpful in holding my bags while I ran upstairs to grab some items I had left behind in my room. Overall a great stay and experience, would definitely recommend.

I stayed with a friend for an overnight after a procedure at John’s Hopkins Hospital. The staff was wonderfully understanding with my constant requests for an early check in, which they were able to provide. The valet service was needed in the downtown area, I didn’t feel safe walking from any public parking area alone and was thankful for the valet option. The restaurant on site allowed us to order food to the room and it was delicious! The hotel had all the amenities and service we could ask for during our stay. Thank you!
