Lived this hotel, the room and everything in it was brand new. Big bathroom, ample Storage and closet space, hangers for clothes by the door, once inside the room outside sound was cut off. The beds were very comfortable and amenities were appreciated. Loved staying here with 2 kids. - Very well furnished rooms and clean. - used the gym every day of our stay. - Breakfast was limited though. - very well located , walking distance from historic district. Safe neighborhood and available free strest parking options available. - staff was very friendly

Very comfortable room. Valet parking was $35 but you can park across the street for $7. Check in and out was okay but they didn't go out of their way to welcome you or thank you for your business. Lot's of hotels were found closer to the River Walk area.

Location was good - easy to walk to all the main sites. Gym was good for a hotel. Parking at the city garage across the street was affordable (valet is 2-3x the price). Right across from a gas station for snacks. Room was fairly comfortable and clean. Service was mediocre. Decor slightly tacky.

The elevator broke one afternoon. Had to walk to the 6th floor but was fixed like 2 hours later. Don’t like I had to pay $45 a day for valet parking. Should be included in the room price. Like their breakfast which you have to pay for.

Nice and clean, close to everything in historic downtown. Ice machines only located on 2 floors which was a bit inconvenient. Valet parking available but you can also park your own car in the garage across the street. I had to since valet could not drive a manual transmission.

Stayed in a King room. Excellent room and layout. Very spacious for a hotel room. Good corner room with a decent view. There is a lot of windows in the room, which perhaps the room cooler and the heat took a little bit to catch up. Loud cars can be heard rather easily, but it was not too distracting. Overall, I would stay again. Bed was comfy, better pillows would be the one thing I would change. Oh, and park in the parking garage caddy corner to the hotel. Save a lot of money.

Bring slippers! The room Floor was filthy. When I got in the shower there was dirt on the floor from Walking around the room. Gross. I had just come where floors were so clean. I took a hand towel wet it and wiped the floor. Still dirty. Will Never forget my slides again!

Initially the hotel looks new, however, the staff was unpleasant and after the first room was filthy with a very dirty sofa, the front desk person acted as if she was doing us a favor by giving us another room. We were tired from our long drive to get there and when the second room sofa was completely stained we settled until I uncovered the sheets and saw yellow sheet stains. I took a video, packed up and left at 12am to find another hotel. Unacceptable and they need to invest in good customer service people and proper cleaning of their rooms, facilities. Disgusting!!

Wasn’t the best experience. Room doesn’t have blackout blinds and the light from the street is extremely bright not allowing for a comfortable sleep. Room was not cleaned on a daily basis. Hallways were frequently dirty. On a positive note most of the staff was very nice. And offered us an umbrella when it was raining. The valet staff was always very kind. Street parking was difficult as you have to pay at 8 AM and there’s no app. Location is very walkable to many different destinations in the area.

Cambria Hotel is gorgeous and only a two block walk to the Old Town Trolley Hop On Hop off tour buses. The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed with blackout blinds that work better than any I have ever seen...make sure you pull them down UNDER the bedroom blinds. The hotel is situated next to a freeway off-ramp, so ask for the upper floor furthest from the off-ramp and don't forget your earplugs. You also might want to bring eye covers, in case one of you wakes up and showers before the other. The reason for this is the door to the bathroom is opaque glass, so much of that light shines into the room when the bathroom light is on. There is also a very nice bar and dining area with a menu that has tasty looking meals. Even with the two drawbacks I listed, I highly recommend Cambria Hotel.

Valet took over 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us. Check-in was easy and staff was nice. The hotel room was in good condition, had breathing room, and had a balcony. We did find a few small hairs in the bathroom sink and shower, but overall cleanliness was good. The bar in the lobby had finger appetizers and burgers on offer. There was a quick grab area with a few sodas, water, and snacks available for purchase in the lobby as well. Checkout was easy and staff was nice. It is a cashless property so they couldn’t provide us change for valet tipping. Valet took less than 10 minutes upon leaving. Overall stay was good.

Nice spacious room, conveniently located for anyone who wants to explore the historic district, right next to a cheap public parking garage. Nice views. Had some inconveniences checking in and checking out. Left early, and no one was at the desk for a while, so we had to wait for someone to eventually come by.

Modern clean room great location! We asked for assistance adjusting the thermostat, a man came in made an adjustment but it was still stuck on icee cold I tried to fill tub, the spout was broken I had to half way fill tub with the the shower head which took a long time and not hot warm bath

We stayed at the Cambria after a week in Charleston and Hilton Head. We had a corner king room, and it was fabulous. It was a large room with a comfortable bed and lots of room. I loved how the shower head was at the opposite side of where you entered the shower! the hotel was also very affordable! So happy that we chose this hotel in Savannah.

Our flight delayed. Couldn’t get thru at first but then they called me Back to confirm. No issue. Well when we arrived took a good 20-30 minutes to find someone to check us in. Found her sleeping in office. I spoke to front desk person next day who apologized Cam was his name. He was great so was Lashawanda (spelling?). Also valet woman whose name I don’t remember were great on recommending transit and food options. Also bartender whose name I don’t remember was great. She was training a young man. Beds garbage towels fine except on Sunday we were gone from 844 man. Came back at 4 pm no garbage removed no towels replaced etc. found housekeeping doing another room who gave us new towels so we could Shower etc. and would tell the woman assigned to do our room to empty trash etc. she never showed up. Sorry but by 4/5 pm beds should be cleaned and refreshed

Originally from the area, and went to visit family. The hotel is in a convenient location to all things Savannah. Our room was very clean. And it was quiet. Excellent black out curtains. Overall a good stay. Located next to the liberty street garage. Due to us driving around each day, we spent a total of 34 dollars on parking for 4 nights.

The Cambria is a very clean hotel. Our room was spacious and tidy. We parked at the parking garage across the street which had very reasonable rates. The hotel was located close to one of the stops for the Hop On, Hop off bus tour that we did. The neighborhood was quiet in the evening. Only negatives, the a/c was crazy loud. We came back one night and the bar and lobby lights were off, we didn't think anything of it till we got to our room and there was no power. We literally walked past 4 employees at the reception desk and no one said anything. We felt that someone should have said, Hey the power is out.

I would not come back to this property. They would not get my car out of the parking garage for valet and had me do it myself, and they would not give me the ticket so I had to pay for a lost ticket and then also two nights of vaet. There was also nothing to eat at the restaurant; they were either out of everything or couldn’t offer the vegetarian options that they had on their menu. The bartender was the only good thing about this hotel.

The room itself was clean. The hallways, not so much. There were 6-7 customers in the restaurant, but the server seemed to spend more time talking to friends than attending to customers. Three people walked out as they didn’t even get a menu after waiting way too long for service. Our food was only so so, not what one would expect for the price.

The Cambria Hotel in Savannah, GA was clean. The staff was friendly & professional. We paid for valet parking, because it didn’t appear parking was as close as we wanted. The hotel offered a “pay for hot breakfast & dinner”. No complimentary or buffet. We weren’t there for lunch so can’t comment on that. We were surprised the prices were reasonable. The breakfast & dinner menus offered good choices & the food was good.
