I had stayed at this property back in 2018 when I was in Singapore and knew I wanted to stay here again. The staff and quality of service has stood the test of time and it was a wonderful experience again. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful right from the beginning. Singapore was the bookends of my trip which also included going to Thailand. They held some of my bags (for no additional charge) until I returned so I would not have to travel with everything. The breakfast that is offered is wonderful. You can walk from room to room and get a taste of many different food options. The staff who work the breakfast were always on top of their game. I would recommend including it in your stay. The subway station is in the basement of the hotel which makes things extremely convenient to travel around Singapore and get to the different sites. My only negative critique of this property would be the gym. It is on the smaller side as far as hotel gyms go. So, when there were just a few people in there it felt very crowded.

We had a fantastic stay at Andaz Singapore. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering plenty of comfort. Literally my favorite hotel to stay at in Singapore. Not only they offer cleaning services twice a day, the mini bar is free and refill daily. Don’t even get me started with their hilarious sandal slogan. Very easy to get to bugis and food

The hotel is really good. Great location, my room was well designed and spacious with a great view and big bathroom. I did feel it was a bit worn and needed some touch ups (table and internal doors mainly). The service was great and the staff seemed motivated and professional throughout. Great team! Pool was also a pleasure to swim in - maybe ensure people don’t smoke there. Otherwise really great hotel I will come back to.

The hotel had everything we needed. Staff were always friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and quiet. MRT station under the hotel was very convenient. Highly recommend Mr Stork for sunset drinks on the top floor.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. I forgot an item there and they got in touch with me promptly to return the item. The hallway had a musty smell unfortunately. Having said that I will stay there again in a heartbeat.

まだ新しいホテルですので綺麗でした。小学生の子供がいたのでベッドの大きさがあり、ハリウッドツインスタイルにできる部屋をセレクト。十分な広さがありました。 MRTと繋がっているので便利ですが、よく使うLINEまでは５分程は歩きます。地下直結はドアは分かりにくいです（私は下調べしていたのですぐ分かりました） １日清掃が17時まで入っておらず、部屋に戻ったタイミングと被ってしまい、ゆっくりしたかったのでタオル交換だけお願いしました。リネン交換できず残念でした。

Happy to be back at Andaz Singapore, its been 5 years since my last stay and not much has changed, the conditions of the rooms are still excellent. Good size room, comfortable beds, large bright windows, electronic curtains and complimentary mini bar (although the mini bar selections has reduced). This time we resquested Interconnecting rooms which was convenient for our family of five. Only one concern was hair found on the shower wall. Housekeeping standards needs to be checked.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel provide two bottle of 5ml hand sanitizer upon my arrival. I have requested 2 times to Guest Sevices to refill it but no response. I guess this small bottle will f hand sanitizer must be very expensive. Also, there wa la a very big cockroach inside my room on the 3rd night which was terrible.

Nice room with good view and nice spacious bathroom but the airconditioning was noisy (it had to be kept on during the night otherwise the room would get too hot). The main thing for me was to get a good, quiet nights sleep but the aircon resulted in disrupted sleep, very annoyed.

Luxurious, clean and connected to public transportation too quickly get everywhere in Singapore. Also across the street from Arab Street where there are many food options. We booked the corner room which had a great view. The rooftop is beautiful with stunning views. 🌞 Singapore itself is very, very expensive though. Store prices are astronomical and mostly everything outside of hawker centers are very expensive to eat too. Do be aware that Singapore is very, very expensive

Overall I liked the hotel and would stay again. Pros The location was great. The hotel is connected to Bugis MRT and Bugis Junction so it's easy to get around the city and there's a ton of food and shops nearby. It's a short walk from Haji Ln and the Sultan Mosque. The immediate area in general felt pretty safe. The entrance to the hotel is hard to find at first if you take the train and some of the entrances are key card only. This is good for safety reasons but can be confusing when you first come to check in and find the key card only entrance first. The room was nice. I loved the view of the city. I liked the in room amenities and how automated a lot of the features are. I like that there was a doorbell and a do not disturb feature. The doorbell could be a little bit louder. The room was nice and quiet. You might hear the people above you but it's too loud. Occasionally I would hear the people staying in the room across from me but that was more because of how loud they were then because of the hotel. Once, they left it was pretty quiet. The amenities were nice in my opinion. I didn't get a chance to use the pool because of the weather but the other amenities were nice touches. Cons The bed was a bit hard. I prefer softer beds. It wasn't hard to the point of being uncomfortable but not too comfy. The toilet kept making weird gurgling noises every time I took a shower. Over time the noise got progressively louder to the point where I would hear it over the shower.

Exceeded expectations. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Location was great. Metro below building. You could walk to a mall through the tunnels below. It was about half hour walk to marina bay. Service is impeccable. They let us check in early. Mini bar items were complimentary as well as infused water, expresso machines in the lobby. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was an excellent choice of a hotel! From the moment we entered, the staff were extremely welcoming and attended to us straight away. The hotel is located from Level 25 onwards on top of private residences, so it is very quiet and peaceful. The room that we booked was extremely spacious and incredibly clean, and the rooms come with a free mini bar that can be refilled as many times as you want. The hotel has great facilities, with a gym, pool and a communal lounge that provides fruit, snacks, tea, coffee and water for all guests. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Singapore! We thoroughly enjoyed every second of our stay here, and will certainly be going back!

When we arrived the hotel at 5pm, our room was still not available and we were asked to wait for 20 minutes. The room had a terrible and disgusting smell. When we asked to have our room changed, they replied saying that they did not have a single room available. Later on, the duty manager called saying that they have an available room on the higher floor, however we went and inspected the room and still found the same disgusting smell. The duty manager told me there was no more room available inside the 2nd room, but then after we walked out he said he might have another room available in 30 minutes for us to see. Then, he said he had to check with higher management for approval to see if the room could be released. I asked for a refund instead as they were obviously wasting at least 2 hours of my time with this disaster. The duty manager came back telling me he has another room available for me to check. Even though I ask for a refund, he keeps postponing my request and says he needs to ask higher management. Absolutely horrendous hotel service and staff attitude. Will not come back ever again!

Luxurious, clean and connected to public transportation too quickly get everywhere in Singapore. Also across the street from Arab Street where there are many food options. We booked the corner room which had a great view. The rooftop is beautiful with stunning views. 🌞 Singapore itself is very, very expensive though. Store prices are astronomical and mostly everything outside of hawker centers are very expensive to eat too. Do be aware that Singapore is very, very expensive

So glad we chose to stay at Andaz. It was tucked in a quiet part of a very central location. Walking distance to historic and shopping districts, as well as the main attractions. Staff were friendly and the room was spacious and had great inclusions. Would happily stay again.

Overall I liked the hotel and would stay again. Pros The location was great. The hotel is connected to Bugis MRT and Bugis Junction so it's easy to get around the city and there's a ton of food and shops nearby. It's a short walk from Haji Ln and the Sultan Mosque. The immediate area in general felt pretty safe. The entrance to the hotel is hard to find at first if you take the train and some of the entrances are key card only. This is good for safety reasons but can be confusing when you first come to check in and find the key card only entrance first. The room was nice. I loved the view of the city. I liked the in room amenities and how automated a lot of the features are. I like that there was a doorbell and a do not disturb feature. The doorbell could be a little bit louder. The room was nice and quiet. You might hear the people above you but it's too loud. Occasionally I would hear the people staying in the room across from me but that was more because of how loud they were then because of the hotel. Once, they left it was pretty quiet. The amenities were nice in my opinion. I didn't get a chance to use the pool because of the weather but the other amenities were nice touches. Cons The bed was a bit hard. I prefer softer beds. It wasn't hard to the point of being uncomfortable but not too comfy. The toilet kept making weird gurgling noises every time I took a shower. Over time the noise got progressively louder to the point where I would hear it over the shower.

Excellent property and a great location. Convenient to Hanji Lane and the MRT station. Trains takes credit cards so no need to grab a MRT card. Minutes away from Bayfront and Downtown. Andaz photos don’t do this property justice. Way more impressive in person.

For høj musik i morgenmadsrestauranten var eneste minus. Flot værelse med fin komfort og udsigt. De vil gerne værne om miljøet men man får alligevel nye håndklæder hver dag! Der er ingen ordentlige steder at hænge dem til tørre så det er faktisk nødvendigt. Complimentary minibar - ja men kun én cola, én øl, én iste, én mineralvand (og lækker chokolade!) så rart, men ikke super. Drikkevandshane på badeværelset. Meget stille. God service med bagageopbevaring og mulighed for at låne changing room og få et bad inden afgang til lufthavnen. Indgangen skal man lige lære at finde, metrostation med 2 linjer i kælderen på niveau B3 og god beliggenhed til flere ting.

Su alberca y restaurantes en el piso 25 tienen vistas maravillosas, al igual que su rooftop bar en el piso 39. Cuartos silenciosos, cómodos y espaciosos. The room was amazing as was the pool. Great location and close to MRT. Excellent pool, great reception and door staff. Hotel is a bit of a maze to get in and out of.confusing layout. Drinks are overpriced and a bit of hotel price gauging. Bar staff efficient but not warm.
