• Severe Bathroom Contamination: The shower stall corners and wall tile grouting are covered in thick, dark mold and severe orange slime/mildew buildup, presenting a clear health hazard. • Broken Fixtures & Dangerous Patches: The metal bathroom door handle is entirely broken off its mount. Instead of a proper mechanical repair, it was crudely covered in wet, exposed silicone or caulking material, rendering the door completely unsafe and dysfunctional. • Neglected Cleanliness: The main table surfaces are covered in prominent, dried coffee rings and sticky stains, proving that the room was not wiped down or sanitized prior to my arrival. These conditions directly violate basic hospitality cleanliness standards and pose a health risk. Because the hotel failed to provide a safe, sanitary, and fully functional environment, I requested the full refund but they refused. I had to book the alternative hotel right away because I couldn’t stand any more minutes

I paid for a sweet and they gave me a normal room and when I asked to get the room I paid for they told me know they gave it to someone and wouldn’t refund me the difference and my room was dirty the sheets had stains don’t stay here fine somewhere els to go I would rather pay double for a hotel that’s actually clean and won’t scam me

I was charged the price of a room I did not pay for. The hotel charged me for a premium room when I got a smaller room. I talked to the rude staff and they said all the rooms were sold out. The rooms were VERY dusty and curly hairs everywhere. It was such a terrible experience.

the bus stop was very close so that was good. the room was dusty, smelly, no amenities, no hair drier. but had big TV and AC. the bathroom smelled aweful, the sink won't drain
