Our room was dirty. The sheets were clean but there were stains on the sofa cushions, the side of the bed, and the carpet; it looked like someone vomited and someone just wiped it but did not cleaned it or sanitized it. There were also dried up crusty stain on the wood portions of the sofa bed, looks like dried syrups of some sort. On the up side, the bath/spa facility was nice.

The hot baths are on the rooftop floor which gives a beautiful city view. Bath area and rooms very clean. Hallway to rooms needed a good vacuum but the entry/elevators/checkin/entire experience was top notch. Highly recommend this hotel for rest, relaxation and convenience. Close to everything or at least a short walk to all public’s transportation options

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und es ist alles gut erreichbar. Das Personal war nett. Frühstück bietete nur wenig westliche Auswahl. Im Zimmer war es bei der Ankunft sehr heiß. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer lief dann von früh bis spät durch. Leider ohne viel Erfolg. Zusätzlich ist diese extrem laut gewesen. Im Bad stank es sehr. Am zweiten Tag sind wir darauf gekommen, dass es der Duschvorhang war der so gestunken hat. Es wäre empfehlenswert diesen zu tauschen. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft ganz ok.

I struggled with the stars on this as some parts were nice and other parts were a little disappointing. The rooms are okay (a little small, glad we only had one small suitcase each), fair warning for tall people though, the showers will not be good for people over 6 foot. The location was great and staff were friendly. The registration/front desk was a little confusing to find at first. And the rooms did get cold once we adjusted temperature (we visited during the summer and it is HOT here). We loved how convenient it was to get around and see the sites. I would stay here again if the price was right.

Close to the main street and lots of options for dining all around. Street cars are close by to get around and its about a 20 min walk to Hiroshima station to and from hotel. Its also close enough to walk to the Peace Memorial walk. 2 things were a bit unsettling. One, the windows had condensation in the morning. The sheer curtains were getting wet clinging to the window and mold was developing on the edge of the curtains. Second, the tub which you shower in isn't flushed against the wall leaving a gap for water to seep down the wall.

The room that we’d booked was tiny: the bed was against a wall with about 30cm space the other side. The “bathroom” was incredibly small. So much so that we had to upgrade to a bigger room at an extorntionate cost. However, on the plus side it’s in a great location and clean.

The rooms were tiny. I asked about breakfast and was told they were fully booked for the next 2 days. The next morning my family in another room went for breakfast and were allowed to dine without reserving….albeit a sparse offering for £19 each. We arranged bag forwarding from Tokyo and whilst the air tags showed them on site the staff said come back later. Cleaning of rooms is only done on request. Disappointing hotel

A couple of days in Hiroshima - the hotel was generally fine but annoying to have one side of the bed wedged up against the wall and the view being directly against the windows of the building next door so we had to keep the curtains closed.

The hotel is in the middle of shopping district. There are a lot of major department stores and covered shopping streets. It is only 4 stops aways (bus or tram) to the north end of the Memorial Park. It is about 20 min on tran or 1000 yen on taxis to the JR stations. The hotel is also very nice and new. The lobby and entrance is on the top floor, only the public bath is above the lobby. Both have a very good view of the city. The rooms are below the lobby floor. The bad: the staff would not let us check in until 3, even if we were there after 1 PM. And keep reminding me that we have to check out at 10 AM. It was not the fact about the check-in and check-out time that bothered me. It was the tone. It was like given a military order and you must obey.

The location of the hotel was not great. On the day we were leaving we requested a taxi and were told none were available and that we should try to hail one from the street. They did not have staff to assist with luggage. Finally, one of the receptionists agreed to assist in getting a taxi. We appreciated her assistance but the whole matter was difficult. The hotel is too far from the train station to cart your luggage to the streetcar. The breakfast was average at best with only undercooked scrambled eggs as a choice. Overall, our stay was okay but in the future I would choose a hotel closer to the central train station.

Staff was far and away the most helpful and friendly out of the four hotels my son and I stayed at while visiting Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima. We arrived early at the hotel as we were attending an afternoon Carp baseball game and when we got back later that afternoon, the staff had kindly delivered our luggage to our room. Hotel also has onsen which was great for relaxing in the evening.

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of Hiroshima. It’s close to shops and dining options as well as the street cars - which are a great way of exploring the city. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We would definitely recommend!

Great location - easy to get to Hiroshima Station on the tram. Close to large shopping area. Nice spa on the top floor - but it’s a Japanese onsen, so separate spas for men and women and it’s 100% nude. Breakfast leaned more to Asian tastes but there enough Western options to get by. Room was clean, if a bit on the small side. Overall, a good option for those traveling to Hiroshima who want something safe, clean and welcoming without breaking the bank.

Excellent location, tram stops right outside, you can catch tram to Mayajima for 240 yen, ferry 500 yen return. Great hotel, spotless rooms, great service, super onsen. Everything you need close by, Hiroshima Castle has excellent displays inside, also try Okinomiyaki at small restaurant behind gift shop, not yo be missed. Close to atom bomb dome and peace memorial park too. .

Location is less than 5 mins walk from Hatchobori station. Front desk is located in 13th flr. They offer express check out where you just drop ur room cards at ground flr before you exit the bldg. Breakfast is mostly Japanese and delicious but very few option for western food. We booked a corner room and were surprised how spacious the bed is. There’s also space for your luggages. Bathroom size is typical Japanese standard. We tried the Sky Spa and we had it all to ourselves. Make sure to go after 9am as most guest are out for their tours. Men and women spa are separate. Their spa is equipped with lockers, sauna and water dispenser. Overall, I would say I will book this hotel again because of the location, Sky Spa and will include breakfast as well.

This hotel has an unusual entry, having to go to the 13 th floor. The room was very small and not well organised. The breakfasts were predominantly Japanese with little Western food. The room had tissues which were terribly small and the toilet paper was wafer thin. The bed was comfortable. The shower was in the bathtub which was so deep it was challenging to get into and I have long legs.

The experience was good until breakfast time. The breakfast restaurant was simply not big enough to accommodate all the guests who opted for the breakfast option, and some guests had to wait for a period of time (not a few mins but like 15 mins) before being able to secure seats. Also, the refill of the food was slow, and it took ages before something simple such as orange juice and sausages to get refilled. Other than that, the rest of the stay was good. The spa was pretty nice and the room was decent. Things were tidy, and front desk staff was polite.

A modern hotel with spa. Hotel staff happy to help. Good location walkable from train station and to the peace park. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Only issue, we didn't book with breakfast. On asking if breakfast could be added at check-in was told no as hotel full. If you want breakfast, book in advance.

Hotel bien ubicado, de fácil acceso desde la estación de trenes. Se llega caminando al parque de La Paz, varios negocios cerca para cenar y comprar. Cómodo y buen desayuno (más oriental que occidental) pero hay opciones para todos. Lo que me extrañó es que mucha gente va a desayunar de pijama. El pijama era tan bueno que compré uno para mi esposa en el hotel. Si volviera a Hiroshima repetiría.
