Location is great and there are so many restaurants coffee shops just steps away. Subway station is close by. Lobby seems small for the size of the hotel with only two elevators which take a while to get in the elevators. Staffs are friendly and helpful. FYI- this hotel will charged a fee if you loose the room key.

Great hotel with a good location for exploring the city. Overall a good experience with friendly personnel. What drew down the experience was. Really cold in the pool area, lack of equipment in the gym area, no streaming to the tv, lack of variety on the breakfast

Lovely rooms and spacious. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Everything was very clean and complimentary water was always stocked in the fridge. No microwave but it wasn’t a big deal to us since there’s so many places around you that you won’t need it. Theres a pool, gym, and washer/dryer in the hotel. The gym was very small with just a few weights and 2 treadmills so keep that in mind. The metro station and bus stations are down the street making transportation so freaking convenient. In my opinion is located in a perfect spot of being close to everything but so close to where it’s constantly noisy. Overall had a fantastic time in Seoul and ENA was definitely worth the stay. ✅

Booked hotel for Gym (poor small limited & air con over the 1 main multi gym but but not running machine, suitable for 2, 3 max) Heated pool just warm enough for swim). Large rooms are great- but not best kept. Mixed feelings, as we had 2 mosquitoes in our room that kept biting us, and at end of November that is strange how they even get in there? Large pool was great. Gym was lacking.

A lot of wasted space so the large square ft mentioned is not usable. Theres nowhere to put your luggage except in the sofa. So then you have nowhere to sit. Barely a table to do anything. The room was rather dusty. There’s mosquitoes in the lobby and hallways.

The hotel location is great, walking distance to many sightseeings. The staff is superfriendly and very helpful. Beds are nice. We hade a three bed room. It was very strangely designed with a long and narrow corridor for no use. Very little room to have the bags and s tiny wardrobe.

Location was close to a subway. Very large rooms and liked that it had hardwood floors. Front desk staff were all very friendly and smiled at us every time we came in and out. They also had a nice pool that nobody used when we were there so we got it to ourselves. The only negative was the elevators were really slow and with that many floors it would be better to have at least 3.

Good.......but I wouldn't stay here again. * The staff were amazing and very accommodating * Location was on point * The room was big But the following needs to be worked on: * The air con was awful and sooo loud, no matter whether you switched off/on or no mode but it was so frustrating and kept us awake most nights and we got no sleep. * not enough plugs * no where to put stuff or hang our clothes, we had to live out of our suitcase for the 10 days

Good location - 2 mins from metro line 1 exit 9; Overall quite good but two points take it down - both are design issues nothing to do with staff. 1. I visited early Nov, it was hot (20 degrees ish) and the front desk told me the air con is for hot air only. So when I arrived the room it was 27 degrees - would be good for saunas - I switched off the air con opened the windows all night it was still 24-25 degrees. 2. You have to experience it to believe it. - the bathtub sits above the surroundings and there is a natural water channel to lead water to the edge of the bath. I thought I used it wrong, water was going everywhere- then I noticed there is a water sink built right next to the bathtub. Still hard to explain, but I was very carefully not to splash any water when showering … Again, staff are good but those two things made the stay not that comfortable…

The rooms were comfortable and the shower very good. The best part of the hotel was the staff. They were exceptionally welcoming, especially Luna Moon who was very sweet. Upon check-in, the guy who works at night was very thorough and explained everything to us. Very good service. Excellent location, close to the metro. A very nice hotel and very pleased to have stayed here. A really good introduction as this is our first time to South Korea.

Really nice hotel. Room was spotless and cleaned very well every day. Robe, slippers and bottled water every day. Easy access to the subway and walking distance to many local attractions, Namdaemun market, City Hall, etc. Highly recommend this hotel in central Seoul.

Very convenient stay when is autumn and winter as we slept with windows opened and stay perfect with no noise outside because is a very quiet area at night. Also two minutes walk to the line 2 (green line) which is the main line to connect in Seoul. The staff are so kind and speak perfectly English, also nearby lot of eating options and a convenience CU store same block. I would stay there again. The room veas impeccably clean loads of amenities. I would stay there again. Thanks!

The hotel was conveniently located near bus stops and a subway station for Line 2. It was so easy getting around. There are also many restaurants and cafes nearby. The best thing was the convenience store around the corner, we could buy snacks and load our T-money cards. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We will be staying here again when we return to Seoul.
