I enjoy the 25hours brand. The Munich location is right by the train station. I love the interior design of the hotel and the spa. The restaurant and bar are also good. It was my second time staying at this property and I plan on coming back if in Munich.

Superbe hôtel très récent, avec une déco originale. Il est à moins de cent mètres de la gare, et à moins de cinq minutes du centre ville à pied. Plusieurs parkings sont aux alentours (prévoir 40€ les 24h). Le tram, le métro et le RER (S-Bahn) sont à quelques pas. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est complet et copieux. Et le soir, le restaurant offre une carte variée, plutôt orientée cuisine méditerranéenne, avec des plats vegans. Il y a un bar agréable aménagé, sans avoir été testé. La carte semble très large. Et pour compléter, il y a une petite salle de sport, ainsi qu’un sauna. Ce fut un séjour très sympa de trois jours / deux nuits

Very modern and quirky hotel, with great bar and restaurant. Rooms very interesting, and bed super comfy. Be even better if a good coffee machine was added ! Only 10 mins to Marienplatz ! Would recommend !

25hours was a great base for our night in Munich. The vibe is eclectic, playful and fun. They were very accommodating giving us an early check-in and staff were warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and everything in the mini bar is free (!). Such a refreshing treat. The buffet breakfast is delicious and sitting in the sun lit restaurant there is a lively atmosphere. Two points to note: (1) there is no parking at the hotel which is not the end of the world but makes baggage drop off and car loading a bit of a pain, and (2) the location of the hotel is near the train station which makes any street facing room quite noisy. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Quirky place fairly close to Munich Train Station (walking distance) which was the reason for my booking. Didn’t eat there but saw a lively bar on the ground floor. Nice spa facilities. Room was comfortable but compact.

The bed and the breakfast were both brilliant. The mat on the floor of the room was filthy and the floor had not been cleaned. The lighting system was complicated for very tired travellers. I don't know why the Wifi password cannot be placed in the room as other hotels do.

I have stayed in quite a few 25 Hours Hotels so I was excited to stay in the Munich hotel for the first time but I would not stay in this hotel again or recommend this location due to lack of cleanliness & poor service. Firstly, our room was super dusty. I would not usually look or care too much but there was really a lot of dust on the surfaces and especially behind the tv. Again, I would not usually look behind the tv but the way the room is set up, you need to pull out the TV bracket from the wall to be able to watch the TV from the bed... right after I checked in, I emailed this feedback & photos to the email address mentioned in the handbook but have received no reply. Yes of course, I could have gone to the reception but we survived our stay but wanted to give feedback so that they can fix it for other future guests but looks like some other guests have also reported cleanliness issues and honestly, I am not surprised they have not replied considering how their "service" is at this hotel. Secondly, when we opened the safe door, there was an empty chips/crisps bag & empty kinder chocolate wrapper (from the minibar) in the safe which was not a nice thing to find and it should have been noticed by the cleaners when cleaning up after the previous guest, as a pretty simple check by cleaning staff. Service from the staff is not very good, should be better for a hotel of this class. You had the vibe that they hated their jobs. You can read my full review on google.

Hotel is next to the railway station constructin and in the middle of larger area refurbishment. It is very difficult to reach the hotel by car and theer is no on site parking as advertised. Only public parking available 2 blocks away that does not provide in and out parking option. Room cleaning is not ideal, amount of dust seen next to fridge, bathroom floor not claned, towels wodul deserve replacement.

Hotel is difficult to find even though close to train station. Building sign is same color as building. No clear signage at entry. If it not for the restaurant hostess, would not have known we found the place. The rooms are not user friendly. No Chair, No desk, No place to put luggage. Got to be 7 foot tall to use hangers. Only 1 cup provided. Pillows are flat. All light switches are black on black wall. Can not find when entering room.

The hotel was in a good central lovation for transportatio and was clean and quiet. The only complaint that we had was that they claimed to have climate controlled rooms however, when trying to use the termostat, the AC never came on and neither did the fan. We could open the window, but that defeated the purpose of a soundproof room.

Wir hatten ein large Zimmer gebucht, erhalten haben wir eine Besenkammer. Man konnte seinen Koffer nicht ablegen ohne die Tür zum Bad oder die Zimmertür (Fluchtweg) zu versperren. Solch ein winziges Zimmer gab es noch in keinem Hotel. Nach intensivem Reklamieren haben wir am nächsten Tag ein größeres Zimmer bekommen. Der Frühstücksraum , der ja auch gleichzeitig das Restaurant war ist unverhältnismäßig laut gewesen meine Smartwatch hat sogar zeitweise auf die enorme Geräuschkulisse hingewiesen.

. Located across the street from a major construction site for the hauptbahnhof, the 25Hours Royal Bavarian turned out to be a tad twee even for our trend-tolerant taste. Behind the registration desk hung a bicycle and portraits of Bavarian nobles looking like both they and the painter were coming down from acid trips. Our room was furnished simply, with a pine ledge serving as a desk and three-legged milking stools as bedside tables. The sink and vanity were in the room itself. The shower and toilet shared a tiled cubicle. To avoid flooding, we had to be sparing with the shower wand. Although we had asked for a coffee setup in our room, there was none when we arrived. “Saturday is always very busy,” explained one of the receptionists, who varied during our stay from competent and helpful to seemingly newly arrived from countries where neither English nor German was the dominant language. After some prompting, we received a kettle and carafe the next day.

This hotel felt very dated. Our room was a decent size but had giant drapes that hung over the bed. The drapes were dusty and when pulled closed that dust fell on the person under the curtains. The staff was helpful but not very friendly. The location was great but our room opened up onto the street (and major train station) so it was extremely noisy.

The good: Next to main terminal so great to jump onto any train you might need The bad: Rough area, lots of homeless loitering on the property steps drinking, it’s across from construction, busses and the rooms are very small with poor lighting The shower is pretty crazy, it’s in the same location as the toilet which I have never seen anywhere and it’s just disturbing The hotel staff does the job but isn’t very friendly or helpful and they do not seem to have any kind of urgency when helping guests I expected a lot more from a hotel with this name. Happy lesson learned. I will never stay at another 25 hours property again now that I know it’s a over priced motel 6 with an odd shower/toilet combo and small rooms with poor lighting not to much feeling like you might get assaulted going walking up the steps to the hotel by transients

A well located, design-forward hotel. The breakfast staff were lovely and the breakfast itself was very high quality - loved the choice of loose leaf tea in particular! The lighting in our room was very dark which made getting ready, unpacking etc., quite difficult. The air conditioning is also centrally controlled and we found our room unpleasantly warm. Would stay again but maybe not in the summer due to the room temperature.

Everything was okay until an employee came into our room unannounced around midnight. We were frightened. He said it was a mistake but then it happened again at 7am. We immediately checked out and left. We were told that we would be refunded our entire stay but that has not happened.

We had a bumpy start at the hotel as we arrived and due to a technical issue the room wasn’t available for night 1 but the hotel sorted us another room nearby, were heat with compensation and then we we switched into the hotel it was amazing. Highly recommend. Will be back

The reception is really not on top of things. I asked for a charger 6 times in two days, and in the end the give me a broken one. I also ask for a wake up call because my phone was dead and they forgot. I woke up late for work and I was late to my meeting

My colleague and I stayed at this hotel. While my colleague was given an explanation about the room cleaning schedule and towel replacement, I did not receive any such information. I expected the room to be cleaned daily or every other day during my five-day stay, but it was not cleaned at all. There was also no towel replacement, so I requested new towels on the third day. However, they were not replaced after my first request; it took asking twice before they were finally changed. The location itself is good, but I feel the service is not very satisfactory. If you plan to stay here, I recommend confirming these details at check-in.

Hotel was very unique and loved the ambiance. The breakfast also didn’t disappoint; you get an option to order one hot meal prepared by the kitchen and the omelette was so good. Definitely would recommend.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Restaurant Neni ist top. Frühstücksbuffet und Bedienung super. Leider hatten wir diesmal Pech mit der Lage unserer Zimmers, Fenster über Tramstation und deshalb etwas lärmig. Bei Ankunft erwartete uns eine sehr unmotivierte Receptionistin. Ein freundliches Hallo würde ja nichts kosten. Sonst alles gut.

1) We tried to walk into the restaurant for dinner and very rude employees stood in the doorway telling us there was a private party, which I understand, but they could have been nicer about it and not so rude. 2) There was a drunk woman lying on the floor of the bar the second night we were there and she was being detained by the police and screaming. The whole hotel and area gave me a weird vibe.

L’emplacement de cet hôtel est parfait et que dire du restaurant qu’il héberge… le Neni, wow! Ce qui est le plus complexe (et le plus dispendieux) c’est le stationnement. Je n’irais plus avec un véhicule 😅
