The stay was fine. The parking garage was a nightmare. It was poorly laid out and had poor signage. It was so bad we might not stay at this hotel again.

Our room had everything we needed and more. Great beds, stocked kitchen and lots of space. The best part was walking out to the roof deck and pool overlooking downtown. It was a lovely place to sip wine and watch the sunset.

Great rooms with everything I needed for gathering with friends. Hotel staff are friendly. Lobby was wonderful for hanging out. The gym looked nice, but I didn’t use it.

The parking is not on the premises. It's in the parking building next door, and accessing it can be a bit confusing.

Nice maintained hotel! Just found the entry from the parking garage inconvenient since we had to walk completely around the building to access the lobby. Its fine on a nice day, but a bad weatherman day would really be inconvenient. Espically with luggage and children.

The staff is lovely, knowledgable and professional. The breakfast was nice but closed a bit early. The room was ok, but had a strange uriny moldy smell. The front desk sent me a cleaning spray up to the room but I went out next day and bought a room spray. The bed was not nearly as nice (sheets blankets and comfortable mattress) as the other similarly priced hotels in the area. Even the other H2 hotel in town was nicer, and the bed had more luxurious bedding and mattress. I wanted to bring my daughter to visit at the pool but it was not nice enough to invite her. It is small, on the second floor with high traffic noise and the amenities and tables were discolored with chipped fading paint and a full surrounding deck in need of replacement. Do not go to this hotel for the pool. But you would like to stay close to the medical center and have easy access to Munger and the arts district, its OK. I'd give it a 6 on a scale of 1-10.

Clean accommodation, friendly staff, the laundry room during icy weather is a life saver! Good breakfast too!

The hotel is nice. Very clean and well kept. Breakfast variety was more than I have seen at a lot of other hotels. Rooms are small but very nice. I would stay here again to be close to Baylor Scott & White hospital. Parking is only $5 a night which is very reasonable. Getting your luggage to your room is a bit of a hassle. Park in the garage and take an elevator to the ground floor, weave your way to the hotel office.

The rooms were super clean and utensils and dishes were provided. Overall very accommodating and the staff was amazing!

The hotel was very clean. The lobby was well kept very welcoming. My room was clean and spaciuos. We only booked one night wish i could of stayed longer..

Overall it was great. A note for the hotel : the material on the desk chair had some stains in the crotch area which could have been food or bodily fluids. That was kind of gross. I’d stay at this hotel again though

It was a nice property, but the furniture needs updated. The couch in our room was filthy. I would not even sit on it. My husband went down for breakfast at 9:10 and they were closing it up. The internet said breakfast was until 10. There were no signs anywhere with the breakfast hours.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The hotel sits right beside the medical center and shares their parking lot ($19 per day). To find the correct door to the elevator is like being on a merry-go-round. Once on the ground floor you have to walk through a maze to get in the door that has no overhead cover. It was raining when we arrived and no cover from garage to hotel. The exhaust went in the bathroom was full of dust and needed cleaning. The handle for the bathroom pocket door was falling off. The shower floor was slick. It was a supposed textured floor but luckily there was a handle to hold on to. Slickest floor surface of any shower I have been in. This is not the hotel's fault but I lost my airpods on the trek to the garage upon checkout.

Amazing place to stay. Has everything you need. Kitchen area, nice sized fridge, microwave and a dishwasher. Huge walk in shower. Comfortable beds. We will definitely be back!

The air conditioning unit would not work. We burned up all night and the air was very stuffy.

Rooms are very outdated. Bad mattress and horrible flat pillows.

Super friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. I didn’t think the beds are pillows were comfortable at all. Just a personal preference. They were hard.

Room amenities were well equipped especially for our stay like full sized fridge and dishes to use. Room was very spacious. Breakfast had great variety and quality. Parking for one night was convenient and relatively cheap

This was the perfect place to stay because I had a lot of appointments at Baylor and we could walk to every appointment. We had a great view of downtown Dallas, it’s a bit noisy due to sirens and cars racing, but it’s not the hotel’s fault. We’d stay again.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated, including the furniture. It needs an overhaul. But the stay was quiet and pleasant. The area is downtown so in the evenings/weekends is pretty deserted. But there are many restaurants in the area. Some within walking distance; most is a short drive. But parking is a challenge and all lots charge 24/7.

There never seems to be a place to park to check-in and unload your luggage. The parking garage is in another building. They lock the entrance fairly early in the evening. I waited a short time before another patron opened it for me. The room was a small suite. Everything was fine. The AC struggled on a hot day. The TVs in the laundry/exercise room worked this time.

Notified last minute of room change due to plumbing issue. No voicemail or email left and no manager onsite to assist with another accommodation. Terrible experiencia.

The hotel was confortable, but i needed that the housekeeper cleaned the room and i asked the frontdesk, he scheduled but at the end they didn’t come. Also the breakfast area was closed at 9:30 am, lucky me i wake up early, if not i wouldn’t habe eaten.

Arrived to hotel on a pre booked trip only for the to tell me they did not have my room and they were full. Part of our group had to sleep on the couch. The front desk girl was totally rude and just shrugged and said it happens and did nothing to find us another hotel or space. Then the toilet completely stopped working. The only nice thing that happened was on day two when a new front desk person, was extremely understanding and kind and assisted us in cancelling our stay. We then of course had to find and move to a completely different hotel. The first girl indicated giving up rooms and double booking happens all the time. Had a hard time dealing with hotels.com to get out of the room that was not even available as paid for. Horrible start to our trip.

I rented a room at Home2Suites to undergo major surgery at a nearby hospital. There was some sort of room key malfunction upon check in so we were issued a new room altogether. Well, the front desk clerk, Angelina, apparently didn't change our room number in the system because we were barged in on by housekeeping and the front desk staff on the afternoon AND evening of Sunday 5/11. Front desk called us about 10 minutes after the first barge in, wanting our name and information to confirm our reservation. We provided the information requested and still had the front desk barge in on us at 9:36 Sunday night and again while my husband was POOPING the next morning at 9:35! The incident that takes the cake though happened Sunday evening around 7:00pm. I needed to access our room after dinner but my partner accidentally left the key in the room. So I popped by the front desk and got a keycard. Went up to the room but the keycard did not work. I went back to the front desk where I was told I needed to wait until he got done checking in other guests. About 5 to 10 minutes goes by and he grabs a set of master keys and goes up to our room, 412. However, his master didn’t work either. He then explained to me that we have no choice but to wait on his supervisor to call who is dealing with a family emergency at another local hospital. I was visibly upset!! I needed in my room. As he walked away he mumbles “We can at least act civilized” — Excuse me?? I denied the 2nd night stay on my cc,

The staff was phenomenal.

The lady working the front desk that evening was amazing!! I didn’t get her name but she was so helpful beings the parking garage was a bit confusing. She was also professional and empathetic at check in time and when we door dashed! She is definitely a keeper!

It was right across the street from the hospital were my father is being cared for. I was able to walk back and forth from to hotel to the hospital with ease. Did not need a rental car during my stay.

Quiet and comfortable. Good location to walk to Deep Ellum.

Solid stay, especially if you want to be near Baylor Hospital or Deep Ellum.

My only complaint was the street noise. Lots of ambulances going by. But it is not any fault of the hotel. I expected it being so close to the hospital.

The hotel charges you $19 for covered parking. The parking lot is only $5 a day so pay separately. We stayed here to be close to the hospital and it was within walking distance. There’s also a great burger place down the street called Stackhouse Burgers.

Hotel was great . Staff very nice. Room was clean and had a great view of downtown. Good security. Doors stayed locked and you use your room key to get in the building. Parking was in the parking garage next door. Room was big . Plenty of Space. Mini kitchen well stocked . Breakfast was wonderful. Plenty to choose from. Coffee was really good! Price point was great for downtown area on a Saturday night. We used Uber to run to a few different locations. Worked great!

I dont usually eat the breakfast but it was arranged very neat and clean so we did. This location is very tidy! The beds are so comfy!

HOTEL SERVICE AT DESK WAS GREAT. PARKING WAS VERY DANGEROUS. PAYING $5 FOR PARKING IN AN UNSAFE GARAGE. BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME. NOSIY HALLWAY.

This hotel indallas texas is awesome!!! Staff is so friendly & helpful. Complimentary breakfast is very good & plenty to eat. Several drinks to choose from.

Hotel was great and safe. Our only complaint was breakfast was shut down early.

Everything was great, staff was nice, rooms were clean and comfortable, lobby was clean, breakfast was good. The only issue I had was that the heater was not working, but I made due.

I had a very pleasant stay here. Your breakfast bar was less than delightful. It would have been nice to have bagels with the cream cheese you had sitting out. Maybe a breakfast meat to go with the waffles.

The parking situation, lack of singnage, lack of valet service, and distance baggage had to be carried, combined to make this experience very unpleasant. Then the street noise was so bad I could not sleep. The breakfast service was touted as 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. No servers showed until 6:30. Full services not set up until 6:45. Had to leave for a meeting at 7:00 - Thanks for nothing! - Never again!
