I recently stayed at your hotel Hamed Yayah Checked: Aug 11 2025 and noticed a €27 charge for parking on my final bill. At the time of booking, I was not informed that parking would incur an extra fee. The hotel is a great option if one has a flight to catch as it is situated right next to the train station, 1 stop away from the airport station and priced affordably compared to the closer hotels situated at the airport station. The hotel was clean and spacious and is as advertised. Unfortunately for me, a large family with multiple rooms were playing door tag w/ their young children and the doors were slamming every 2 minutes. I was about to go to bed and had to call the reception. They were kind enough to offer me another room but I had told them I was literally in bed and so I suspect they were able to get in touch with the adults of the parties around me to have them calm down and take control of their children. The slamming of doors stopped until 7am the next morning. Luckily for me, I was already up and was about to leave. I'm very happy with how the hotel was able to handle this particular occurrence. There is a bar and hotel restaurant located at the reception level and a small snack bar with some quick meals that can be reheated. The bed felt soft when I sat on it but I had a great sleep so no complaints there either. Front desk was able to mail off my postcards as well so that was nice too.

Clean,quiet and comfortable room in a hotel close to the airport. Things could be improved: (1) the pump on the soap dispensers don't deliver much liquid soap; (2) there was no moisturiser in the dispenser; (3) housekeeping burst into the room around 9.20am without knocking or checking whether the room was occupied. So glad I was already dressed! For an overnight stay, this place was fine.

Room service had niet zo goed gedaan qua opruimen en schoonmaken, badkamer shampoo was kapot, niet schoon zoals het moet zijn en slaap kussens zijn niet perfect schoon. I know mattress firmness is a personal preference, but this one was so hard it felt like sleeping on the floor. Also, one of the blankets had stains. Luckily, it was inside the duvet cover near the foot area, so we were still able to use it, but it was disappointing.

Hotel is great as a stopping off place before an early morning flight from the airport. The hotel is very close to the airport yet quiet inside and out. It’s located by a local train station which has services to the airport or into the center of Frankfurt so great position for exploring or onward travel. We had two rooms which were good sized, clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helped make the stay enjoyable.

Convenient Location, Great Room – but Sofa Bed Needs Major Improvement We stayed at the Hyatt near the Frankfurt Airport and found the location extremely convenient, especially for travelers looking for quick airport access. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and overall very well maintained. We booked a room with a King Bed and a Sofa Bed. The main room was spacious, elegant, and spotless — clearly up to Hyatt’s usual standards. However, the sofa bed was a major letdown. It felt uneven and unsteady, the mattress was incredibly thin, and the springs were very noticeable, making for a very uncomfortable night’s sleep. It's honestly one of the worst sofa beds I’ve encountered in a hotel. Additionally, we were assigned an inner room facing a wall or internal area, while we noticed that other rooms had a more open view of the surroundings, including the highway. That was a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s a solid hotel in a great location, but if you plan on using the sofa bed, I’d recommend confirming the bedding quality with the hotel in advance or requesting an alternative option.

Beds were comfortable but only one pillow was provided per person and they flattened into nothing when you lay on them. The staff did quickly bring extra blankets. The room was so overpacked with furniture you could barely move and the lack of overhead lighting left most of it so dark we could barely see to pack up. Front desk staff were beyond useless. They were unable to tell us anything about the restaurants around the hotel and instead suggested ordering dominos on UberEats. When leaving I asked them to confirm the pickup pin was in the correct location to call an uber and they gave me directions to the train station. I understand guests may not know about the train, but I’m standing in front of you with the app open and all my luggage.

We arrived to the airport around noon time after a 12 hour flight. First person at the front desk told us that our two rooms will not be ready until 3pm. We waited until 12:30 pm and when I inquired again with a different front desk person she told me that room are available but if we wanted early check in we had to pay 20 Euros. Why was this not mentioned when we first got in and we told them we were very tired? Either lack of training or carelessness.

The property is one thing, but the staff need a shoutout too. When my husband and I arrived, we were a few hours early. We both ended up getting sick on the plane, and just needed to clean up. The staff made it so we could check in as soon as we arrived so we wouldn't have to wait for our room. I greatly appreciate them letting us do this because we were both miserable.

チェックインを担当してくれた人が、説明も丁寧で自分が入り口を間違った時も気にかけて追いかけてきてくれた。また私が日本人だと分かって日本語で挨拶してくれたりと私に合わせた接客をしてくれてユニークで遊び心のあるホテルだと感じた。こんなに従業員が丁寧で余裕のあるホテルを初めて見たので感動した。部屋はもちろん綺麗で、ベッド、シャワーともにとても気持ちよく使えた。疲れていたのですぐ眠ってしまったがとてもよい睡眠が取れたと感じる。もしまたここに来たら利用したいと思った。

Very handy to the train station, friendly staff, modern and clean. This property is in a newly developed area one train stop from the airport. There's an excellent supermarket nearby and a small but growing number of restaurants it seems. Would definitely stay again, although we rather hope to avoid Frankfurt airport in future.

TERRIBLE LOCATION - TRAIN always DELAYED. Hotel was decent, but location was very bad. Don’t get fooled when they said 1 stop to the airport. Train is always delayed and unreliable - outside of business hours. Ticket machine was not working, other machine not accepting credit card. So if you have an early morning flight, you are not saving anything by staying here because the train is not reliable. Same with late night flights. Better to stay in the city, because this location is a Scam.

Staff was nice and helpful. Parking garage onsite was good. Hotel was clean and fairly modern and well kept. The bed and pillow were nice. The extra bed for our two teenage kids was horrible though - very uneven and lumpy with the bars sticking through . I was actually quite worried about my kids back health. This bad of a sofa bed should be against the local health laws. If not for this sofa bed , I would rate this place a 5 but with the sofa bed I rate it a three as it seems dishonest and deceitful to call this a room for 4 . This was the worst sofa bed we have ever seen and used. The cafeteria and food was actually amazing. Highly recommend the restaurant there although we didn’t like the taste nor super small size of the apple struedel dessert- that dessert was a rip off and blah. Tomato soup, hamburger and chicken burger were amazing as were the braised vegetables. Hotel was otherwise clean quiet and comfy.
