Very cute hotel in a nice location. They gave no assistance pre hand with parking making arrival and check in a nightmare. You have to illegally park and walk to the hotel. I was then given instructions to parking that did not exist. Parking it what hopefully was acceptable but a good 10 minute walk from the hotel. Didn’t seem safe. The room was nice but freezing cold. The heat did not work and I froze all night long. The toilets didn’t flush, the bath tub facet didn’t work so I couldn’t use the bathtub. There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room, the phone to reception didn’t work and I had to wait at reception for 10 minutes in order to get one. The marble floors throughout are beautiful, however they don’t look like they have been cleaned in years. Someone was out vacuuming the hallway outside my room at 2am. They need to shut down and do a deep clean and major hotel repair. Until then they should not be offering 4 star accommodations.

Clean, comfortable room. Very walkable to points of interest, food. Secure luggage storage. Roof top pool and terrace are wonderful. It’s a small pool but was not crowded and I doubt it gets so. There’s plenty of room for sunbathing and there is a huge terrace and restaurant space. Although the restaurant was not open while we were there, there is a bar that opened in the morning serving all drinks and a lovely free cup of fresh fruit to everyone.

Everything was perfect at the Halo Boutique Hotel from check in the check out. Carlos was a big help organizing transportation from the airport, answering many questions upon check in and then organizing transportation back to the airport. The hotel was very comfortable with comfy rooms and beds. Rooftop pool was amazing with a view of the cathedral. I'd stay here again for sure!

Great hotel in a great location, we were able to walk to all key attractions. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The house maid was particularly attentive and the room kept spotless. Struggled with the room lighting and noise from bar deliveries next to the hotel.

Upon our arrival and check-in the reception smelled weird like a bathroom. The air conditioning did not cool our room, I reported it to the lobby and it got better. Also, there were spider webs on the walls in our room, the room TV did not work. When I reported these series of issues to the lobby staff they told me that they do not have a cleaning company for the hotel anymore. I went to eat something at the hotel and received plates that were dirty. On top of that, the next day when I woke up I found my bed sheet stained. I reported this issue to the hotel management. As a result of those issues, I had to cut my stay short and left the hotel the next morning. I informed the lobby staff about my reason for leaving.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, dans le centre historique de Séville, à proximité des principales attractions de la ville. C’est un bel établissement qui aurait néanmoins besoin de plus d’entretien et de propreté pour être à la hauteur des 4 étoiles annoncées. La piscine était sale, il n’y avait que trois transats. Dans la chambre la literie était bonne mais le tapis était taché, traces et odeur d’humidité, poussière. Le personnel est accueillant

My favorite hotel on this trip. Very large room with king bed, comfortable seating area and large bathroom. Also had many seating area’s throughout the hotel. We had private roof deck and there is a very spacious roof top pool with bar and plenty of seating . Also great location for walking to main points of interest. Highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay again

The room was very nice, spacious with a king size bed and nice bathroom. The issue was with the heating system, which did not work overly well. First, it was EXTREMELY LOUD sounding like it was about to fail. Loud like a freight train in the room. I like white noise for sleeping, but it was so lound it was impossible to sleep. Second, even with the heat turned to the maximum (27C), i doubt the room reached more that 20C. Hotel staff gave me a portable heater, but it was not nearly powerful enough to heat the room which had cathedral ceilings.

The hotel could not be in a better location in the middle of Santa Cruz! Staff were super friendly, but the hotel wifi didn\'t reach our room on the 2nd floor. Staff alternated between seeming surprised/saying "we\'ll get it checked out right away" (5 days there and it didn\'t get better) and "meh, what are you gonna do/just come down the lobby to work." If I\'d known we basically wouldn\'t have wifi, we would have stayed elsewhere. We paid extra for room with a terrace, but it was a pretty sad little space and we didn\'t end up using it (it was also up a set of tiny winding stairs).

Staff were exceptional, being very helpful and friendly. Great central location with all city activities within walking distance with excellent tapas bars nearby. Room great size with much needed air conditioning. Breakfast had good selection of hot and cold options. Pool great for cooling off on hot days however only 3 sun beds provided however plenty shaded seating provided. Nice touch was coffee/tea and small cake provided late afternoon. Also appreciated late checkout with luggage storage provided as had late flight. Showers available with towels after checkout. Overall lovely hotel with wonderful staff.

This was a disappointment. Very expensive, no roof top bar as advertised, no swim up bar as advertised. Very poor communication, especially for a hotel that is so difficult to find. Also required full payment in advance outside the Hotels.com website.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, very close to dining options and areas of interests. The communication with the front desk is really nice too, they check in on us every now and then and made sure we are comfortable. Everyone is really nice! The check in/out process was really smooth. El hotel está situado en un lugar bastante tranquilo y cerca de la Giralda pero se hace un poco difícil localizarlo en un principio. Debes estar preparado para caminar un largo trecho desde donde te deja el taxi hasta el hotel y si llevas mucho equipaje se hace sumamente difícil el caminar por sus calles adoquinadas.

Amazing location! Walkable to everything. Just one note… the exterior room views above the Calle can get noisy in the early mornings when the public works are collecting the recycling. With that said, the Calle streets were amazingly clean every day. The street singers can be loud if you are trying to take a siesta. Over a great property! I would stay there again!

Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet und ausreichend groß. Die Lage ist bestens mitten in der Altstadt. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Was nicht so schön war ist die Lautstärke. Mitten in der Nacht werden die Flaschen der umliegenden Restaurants in die Container gekippt und dann später noch abgeholt.

Petit-déjeuner catastrophique. Plateau sommaire avec un flacon de jus d'orange, un yaourt un croissant un morceau de pain et une capsule de café. Impossible d'obtenir aitre chose. IL ETAIT PREVU UN PETIT DÉJEUNER BUFFET dans la réservation. Obligé de prendre le petit-déjeuner hors de l'établissement !
