It has a lift but it will still require us to walk down and up and stairs and it is not suitable for handicapped renters. At night, there appears to be dog barking sound throughtout the night. Other than that, all is well and staff is friendly and very helpful!

Das Zimmer war wunderbar, schön eingerichtet und ein traumhafter Balkon. Die Lage war ebenfalls super, Metro direkt in der Nähe und vieles anderes fußläufig erreichbar. Mit geschlossener Balkontür waren die Geräusche der Straße fast komplett eingedämmt. Einziger dicker Minuspunkt: das Badezimmer hat nach Abfluss gestunken und der Geruch war nicht wegzukriegen, das Wasser unter der Dusche war maximal lauwarm und auch das hat ewig gedauert und der Föhn war nach 20 Sekunden überhitzt.

The property was in a very safe and secure location. Large outer leads to the apartment buildings, then a smaller door into the actual building. Finally a door into the hotels and then your actual room door. Safe as can be! The staff was very nice and emailed detailed instructions on how to arrive from the train station. It’s about a 10 minute walk. Maybe 15 if you’re fat. There is a nice park right outside with public fountains and plenty of food options nearby. The hotel was clean and roomy as well! All at a good price per day. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means, but 10/10 for the price you pay.

The location of the property is great! It is close to a lot of tourist attractions, good food and drink options and a beautiful park. The room is nice and spacious and the balcony is perfect, overlooking the park. The staff is very friendly. The bathroom smells horrible and the water doesn't ever really get hot. There was a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom while I was there. The host had the cleaning woman come and bleach the toilet and the drains and that helped for a day but the next morning the smell returned. They either need to update the plumbing or do a bleach clean of the bathroom each morning.

Viajei com um casal de amigos e o quarto nos agradou bastante, principalmente pela cama de solteiro ficar num anexo da suíte, dando um pouco de privacidade. Camas boas, chuveiro bom, ar condicionado em ótimo estado localização muito boa, apesar da estação de metrô mais próxima estar interditada. O Andrea foi muito atencioso e solícito, nos ajudando sempre. O único detalhe desagradável foi o botão do elevador que não funcionava direito para subir.

Property advertised as a suite, definitely not. Very stark room plus a second area with twin bed. As i am a single it was okay. Not suitable for a couple. Shower very tiny but with hot water. Limited space for toiletries. Tiniest towel ever. Small fridge set on the floor. Even with an elevator you must haul luggage up some steps. Location not suited to any nearby sites or tours. Uber and taxis Very expensive from here.

No hot water for showers. They came to fix it and it still did not work. I wish I would’ve spent more and been closer to the downtown area. It was very economic. I guess I got what I paid for.

Andrea (the receptionist) was nice though like other reviewers mention, we saw him only when we first arrived— however he was very nice. PLEASE: if you want hot water showers after a long day, this is NOT the hotel for you!!!! We only took 2 showers here because the water was not warm and we could not handle the cold. My partner and I are very low maintenance and read the other reviews stating there wasn’t hot water. We thought it would be no big deal. It was not a fun time. Overall, I would recommend this to people on a tight budget only. Please also be aware there is an elevator but you will still need to go up some steps (half a flight). There also was a strange smell in the lobby like eggs but honestly not as terrible as no warm water.

Hotellet ligger nära termini och perfekt utgångspunkt för att ta sig an Rom. Vi fick hjälp av ägaren med att skriva ut biljetter till en Laziomatch, vilket var väldigt snällt. Rummet däremot var inte i något vidare skick, smutsigt och mögeldoft i badrummet. Toalettstolen var inte ordentligt fastskruvad. Rummet eller hela hotellet (det finns fyra rum) är lyhörda och det gick från sängen höra allt som sas eller gjordes i de olika rummen. Det bästa med rummet var sängen, bra kuddar och täcke. Men i övrigt finns det förbättrintspotiental.

Vi havde booket 4 overnatning. Min mand og jeg og vores datter. Vi havde valgt dette sted grundet privatlivet var i top og der var et åbent men alligevel afsides værelse med seng til vores datter. Vi blev taget vel imod. Da vi blev vist værelse var der fint rent sengetøj og sengen var komfortabel. Ved nærmere eftersyn: væggene var beskidte og maling slidt af op til en meters højde. Der var spindelvæv og døde insekter i vinduerne. På badeværelset var indersiden af kabinen fin ren, men ydersiden var fuldstændig kalket til og der var store sølvfisk på gulvene. Vasken hang nedad fra væggen og havde sluppet i fugen. Alle ting der var hængt på vægge sad løst. Der var noget der lignede skimmel øverst på væggen i badeværelset. Generelt et meget slidt værelse. Elevatoren virkede kun nogle gange.

The staff was great. The area appears a bit unsafe, the shower was very small with limited water pressure. The plant in the room had a huge amount of dust that concerned me as how much cleaning actually occurs by the housekeeper.

Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage ist top.Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Etwas renovierungsbedürftig aber sauber. Das Bad (insbesondere die Dusche) war sehr klein. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt.

I have never compelled to give a place a bad review, but this one deserves it. The girl at the front desk was only available when we checked in and then again 5 days later when we checked out. She did not answer any phone calls because she knew guests were calling to complain. The internet went down the first night, but thankfully came back the next morning. We had no hot water for the whole 5 days. We either had ice cold to cool water. You try showering in that, it's disgraceful. House cleaning was pretty much nonexistent. The sheets were not clean when we arrived and they never changed the bed or even made it throughout or 5 night stay, disgusting. They never washed or even swept the floors, nor was the bathroom cleaned during our stay. The only thing housekeeping did was bring us towels and take away our used towels. Some kind of tiny insect was biting us, when we were in our suite. We were scared to unpack our clothing, so we left them sealed in our luggage. Thankfully as far as we could tell it wasn't bed bugs. Of the 6 places I have stayed in throughout Rome, and other parts of Italy, Dada Suites cost me the most and was the worst place I have stayed in. Expedia should not be promoting this location, Expedia should have some standards, this property does not meet any vacationers standard. Do not stay here!

Cleanliness and the bathroom ruined the entire experience for us. The bathroom smelled really bad, we had to close the door when we slept. The shower was dirty and we had to wait long for hot water if there was some. We spent as little time as possible in that bathroom, it wasn't clean and it didn't smell clean. The room didn't have any items to eat or drink although there was a small item menu in the room. The hosts were great, no complaints there and the hotel is in a great spot. The host arenged for late night check in and checked in a few times about my location. The room had Netflix which was awesome and the balcony in the room had a great view. It really was just the cleanliness of the bathroom that was very bad.

Property was old but it was also dirty. Especially the shower, lots of black mold. Floor felt dirty and walls were full of stain, scratches. Didn’t dare to look under the sheets. Wouldn’t stay here again!

Staff was helpful and accommodated our time of check in. Property was in a nice location as near termini and other amenities. The only down side is that there was dust everywhere, and the finish of the whole room and bathroom was tired. Definitely needs tying up loose ends and slight bit of modernisation Also the TV did not work

The hotel is good the location is fantastic close to everything you need. 15 minutes from the colosseum. It is small hotel more like an apartment with separate rooms. The room is a bit smaller than the pictures, the bathroom in the room is sooo small and it had bad smell coming from it like sewer smell which was a problem during the night because the bathroom is inside the room and sometimes bugs would come from it although it was clean and the room is clean. You need to arrange with them for your arrival as there is no reception available all the time. Andrea was very communicative through WhatsApp and she shared with us some advices about nice restaurants in that area. Also room cleaning is available and they change the towel whenever we requested.

Fantastic for the price! The property communicated priory to my arrival to arrange everything and Andrea the lady who greeted me was superb as were all the other staff I spoke too. The building is very secure and multiple doors to get through. The room was spacious and clean. Thankfully it came with AC with the Italian heat. The bed is honestly one of the softest I’ve slept on and also great pillows! I did struggle to get hot water for a shower at times but in temperatures that hot you’ll be glad for a cool one! The addition of the balcony was worth that little upgrade getting to looking over the Piazza with your morning coffee… Regoli is literally just around the corner for the best maritozzo and coffee Location wise is a little further from the major attractions, but is only 10 minutes from Roma Termini station. The colosseum only around a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. Other attractions are only 30-40 minutes walk (I do walk fast though) Piazza Vittorio Metro station is literally a 1 minute walk away if you don’t fancy the walking. If I find myself back in Rome I’d definitely stay here again!

Property advertised as a suite, definitely not. Very stark room plus a second area with twin bed. As i am a single it was okay. Not suitable for a couple. Shower very tiny but with hot water. Limited space for toiletries. Tiniest towel ever. Small fridge set on the floor. Even with an elevator you must haul luggage up some steps. Location not suited to any nearby sites or tours. Uber and taxis Very expensive from here.

Very central (only 10 min walk to the Coloseum) and well proportioned with a large room and smaller space partitioned off. The terrace was a great addition but just needed less plants to be able to enjoy it. All in all had what we needed.

Rummet var rejält stort. Säng och kuddar väldigt sköna. Kändes omoderna med enportions-påsar med schampo/duschtvål och hårdtvål men kanske bättre än smutsig pumpflaska på väggen.. Personalen var hjälpsam även om något brisfällig engelska. Missen var att det var jättehög musik från något disko i närheten fredag natt mellan 23.00 - 03.00. Tag med öronproppar om det är så att detta är återkommande/vecka.

There was excellent communication all of the time. There was great preparation before arrival and the hosts remained in contact with any questions. Close to the metro which was essential for us.

Excellent value for money location in Rome. Room was clean and spacious. Close to Termini station and tourist sites. Check in easy and Andrea was extremely helpful during check in and with recommendations for food close by which were all excellent!

It’s close to everything all the scenic destinations and metro / bus stations . We enjoyed our accommodations here at dada suites . Our host sent us list of Lots of good restaurants with affordable prices around the area . Bed comfort is very good it’d be better with an extra pillow for additional comfort . Our host Andrea is very helpful and accommodating from the very start till the end .He let us store our luggage’s hours before our check in & out times.👍🙏😇 Antonella and Maria are a gem 110% they go far and beyond expectations. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND DADA SUITES 👍👍👍

Fantastic for the price! The property communicated priory to my arrival to arrange everything and Andrea the lady who greeted me was superb as were all the other staff I spoke too. The building is very secure and multiple doors to get through. The room was spacious and clean. Thankfully it came with AC with the Italian heat. The bed is honestly one of the softest I’ve slept on and also great pillows! I did struggle to get hot water for a shower at times but in temperatures that hot you’ll be glad for a cool one! The addition of the balcony was worth that little upgrade getting to looking over the Piazza with your morning coffee… Regoli is literally just around the corner for the best maritozzo and coffee Location wise is a little further from the major attractions, but is only 10 minutes from Roma Termini station. The colosseum only around a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. Other attractions are only 30-40 minutes walk (I do walk fast though) Piazza Vittorio Metro station is literally a 1 minute walk away if you don’t fancy the walking. If I find myself back in Rome I’d definitely stay here again!

Nice room. Interesting set up for entrance. You have to go through 3 doors before getting to your room since it’s in a multi use building. Staff not there and you had to tell them your arrival for them to show you inside.

The hotel is good the location is fantastic close to everything you need. 15 minutes from the colosseum. It is small hotel more like an apartment with separate rooms. The room is a bit smaller than the pictures, the bathroom in the room is sooo small and it had bad smell coming from it like sewer smell which was a problem during the night because the bathroom is inside the room and sometimes bugs would come from it although it was clean and the room is clean. You need to arrange with them for your arrival as there is no reception available all the time. Andrea was very communicative through WhatsApp and she shared with us some advices about nice restaurants in that area. Also room cleaning is available and they change the towel whenever we requested.

Das Haus ist toll. Ich hatte die Unterkunft hauptsächlich wegen der schönen Bilder im Internet und der Lage direkt bei einer U-Bahnstation und fussläufig nah am Hauptbahnhof gewählt. Man kann ebenfalls prima einfach zum Collosseum, Forum Romanum, Santa Maria Maggiore laufen. Das war wirklich klasse. An der Ecke gibt es auch ein tolles Restaurant zu absolut akzeptablen Preisen, ein kleiner Supermarkt um die andere Ecke. Infrastruktur also klasse und entspannt. Vor allem tagsüber. Später abends oder nachts würde ich die U-Bahnstation nicht mehr benutzen und auch nicht allein als Frau rumlaufen. Ist sicher subjektives Empfinden, muss jede/r natürlich selbst wissen. Zum Zimmer (wir hatten die Suite mit Balkon): entsprach den Bildern und hatte viel Platz! Leider hat wohl seit ein paar Jahren die Feuchtigkeit in Bad und entlang des Fensters zum kleinen Balkon zugeschlagen, so dass es leider entsprechend etwas muffelig roch und hier und da sich Schimmel unter dem Wandanstrich zeigte. Mir tut das sehr leid zu sagen, denn ansonsten waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden. Für ein, zwei Nächte auf jeden Fall super gelegen!

The property was in a very safe and secure location. Large outer leads to the apartment buildings, then a smaller door into the actual building. Finally a door into the hotels and then your actual room door. Safe as can be! The staff was very nice and emailed detailed instructions on how to arrive from the train station. It’s about a 10 minute walk. Maybe 15 if you’re fat. There is a nice park right outside with public fountains and plenty of food options nearby. The hotel was clean and roomy as well! All at a good price per day. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means, but 10/10 for the price you pay.

Bra, trevligt, rymligt boende, med bra läge nära Termini tågstation och Vittorio Emanuel metrostation samt gångavstånd till tex Colosseum. Trevlig och service minded ägare som gav bra tips på caféer och restauranger i närområdet. Kunde varit lite bättre städat på golven.

Our booking includes breakfast but there was no breakfast provided. We do not feel safe in the property as there's no on site staff except when checking in and checking out. Uses old fashioned keys that anyone can duplicate and re-enter the property/room. It's not convenient when you have luggages as even there's an elevator, we still ned to do down and up the stairs. Totally dissatisfied.

Un accueil merveilleux une dame d une grande gentillesse et prête à aider et très prévenante sur notre arrivée, elle surveille si les transports ont du retard, si tout va bien. C très agréable d être si bien pris en charge. Métro à côté de l hôtel qui nous emmène partout. Pour le petit déjeuner il y a le milky bar à proximité et c super bon. Tous les restaurants qu on fait dans le coin et il y a du choix était excellents .

The owner was kind enough to share restaurants recommendations around the area, and they were all pretty good. Overall, it’d be a place I recommend to everyone going to Rome - it’s also in a super convenient location near all the historical sites. Thank you so much for the warm welcome !

Very convenient location. Shops and takeaways on the same road. Bars, cafes , markets all around the corner. Very quiet b&b which i guess is a good thing. Was pretty clean although very dated inside. Which i suppose doesnt matter of your only sleeping there. Staff were great with great communication

Très bien placé à 10 minutes à pied de la gare Termini. Dans vieil immeuble. Appartement avec chambres pas très grandes tout rénové. Accueil minimal mais gentil. Idéal pour une nuit avant de prendre le train. Pas de petit déjeuner.

Andrea who checked us in was excellent. Location is great. They advertised that breakfast was included but there was no breakfast offered. Big negative and false advertising. Sewer smell in bathroom. Shower is warm not hot. For the price and location we enjoyed our stay.
Andrea who checked us in was excellent. Location is great. They advertised that breakfast was included but there was no breakfast offered. Big negative and false advertising. Sewer smell in bathroom. Shower is warm not hot. For the price and location we enjoyed our stay.

We had a little difficulty at first because I forgot to change the number of people on the reservation from 1 to 2 but after that all got squared away, everything was great. Would have liked to stay there another night but they were booked up.
