The staff I didn’t ask the name but one of the bar tenders needs to be fired. I ordered penne pasta, the lady takes the order and gives me a beeper. After that I’m waiting for nearly 30 minutes after she said it was going to take 5 min. After waiting I go up to the bartender guy and say where is the pasta? He replies and laughts to his other friend who is working the bar. They look at me and say it’s we ran out of penne. They proceed to laugh. It was really odd

Lacked certain basic conveniences in the room like no teakettle/coffee maker, no iron and ironing board, not even a bag to keep your dirty laundry. Bed was comfortable but pillows were not. Bathroom was nice. Property location close to the airport but otherwise in the middle of nowhere making you dependent on the food (limited choices) available in the lobby.

This hotel always delivers. Unlike so many in the region, when there's a large event going on, this place offers great value without kiking up their prices. The staff are pleasant and helpful, they have some good beers on at the bar, breakfast is simople but fresh and delicious and the pizzas are pretty good, too. I always choose the Ibis Syles when I visit Palexpo. No need to go anywhwere else.

The hotel was great, rooms was clean and very comfortable. Shower was super good! Parking is at the convention center, so there were plenty of spots. I was able to walk to the airport - 10 min walking in a straight path from hotel to airport lobby with smooth floor, which made easy to roll the luggage. Public transportation is also available in front of hotel.

L'accueil est côté café, pas idéal pour le personnel quand il faut servir les boissons et accueillir les clients. La chambre est correcte, il manquait un support pour accueillir ma valise, la literie n'est pas très confortable. La salle de bains est superbe. J'ai logé côté styles, le restaurant est au rez-de-chaussée, les odeurs de cuisine remontent par l'ascenseur.

Breakfast options amongst the best I have had. There is water outside for your taking. Very clean lobby. Room is the BEST one I have ever stayed in. Only thing, it is hard to not get water from shower area onto floor outside. Such a clean, new, pretty washroom and room is very nice too. The shower setting is the best I have ever experienced. Some staff gave exceptional customer service, some I would rate as being borderline rude/nice.

Right next to bus stop & arena. Free Geneva City Transportation card! Left do not disturb sign out, but staff entered anyway. That was annoying. Locked the coffee up at night which was also annoying. Location for our purposes was great!

The room was perfect for a quick jumping off point for our visit to Switzerland. Access to local transportation and the airport was great via the bus. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was ok too….a little overpriced, but everything is expensive in Switzerland.

Very comfortable bed in a clean and well designed room. Very quiet. The receptionists could have been a bit more friendly, but they were courteous. The only thing that was a struggle was figuring out how to walk there from the airport. Even with Google maps, I couldn’t figure out how to cross the highways. Eventually I found a way but it wasn’t straightforward, which was hard after a long flight (with luggage).

We were there in off-season, no events at the Expo. Place was quiet, clean, and served us well for the 2 nights we stayed. For longer stays we would look for someplace with a mini fridge, coffee maker, and safe. The price was good for being in Switzerland, with easy access to the airport, Geneva, and the highway. We would stay again for short visits there.

I found the receptionist woman to be cold and unfriendly. Also, when she asked me to pay the city tax she did not mention the free transport ticket all visitors to Geneva get when checking into a hotel. This is supposed to be mandatory per city rules to inform guests of this benefit. She was dismissive and rude, hardly looked up at me. Even when I was very friendly and smiling at her.

It's not worth the cost, and it's more of a discount conference hotel than an airport ditto. The walk is longer than expected, and there is no help from the hotel in getting directions when Google recommends a 40+ minute detour. When asked in the reception, "they simply won't pick up the phone when they are full or busy". Kind staff does not compensate for bad policies - especially when adding overrated location, poor wifi, snack-like bar menu, and overall ambience of out-of-season hostel...

Excellent hotel right by the airport. The 5 or 8 bus dropped us off only a few minutes walk away. Bright, clean and fun decor. Plenty of USB ports! Excellent check in service allowed us to check in early. Wish we had stayed here both nights vs the Ibis Centre Gare. Coffee was good but expensive. Our soap dispenser ran out.

Handy location, an easy 10 minute walk from the airport or even easier on the regular buses (bus 5) from right outside the airport to right outside the hotel. All Geneva hotels will email you a free city wide transport pass (worth 10CHF a day) on check in which means you can use the bus from outside the hotel to the city centre/airport for free, or the regular trains from the airport station a few mins walk away too. The staff are really helpful and the rooms are quiet, modern and comfortable with a nice lounge/bar area too. There is a supermarket open late in the airport station a few mins walk away too along with cafes, shops and restaurants. Very handy hotel for a stay before a flight or for the city as it's only 15 mins on the free bus to/from the city! I'll be back no doubt!

It is very difficult to find the property from the Geneva airport. The directions for walking from the airport were very difficult. Finding the No. 5 bus was not easy either, but the bus was fine once we found it. I would not advise having people walk unless there is a safer and more clearly marked and lit path for pedestrians.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits , il est juste a proximité de l aéroport. Dans les chambres on n entend pas les avions. J ai choisi cet hotel car notre avion atterisait tres tard et notre retour etait à 6h du matin. Avec sa proximité nous etions au top. De plus le bus passe juste à côté pour se rendre en centre ville. Nous avons egalement bénéficier de la gratuité des transports en commun pendant la durée de notre sejour. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

그냥 팔렉스포 역에서 내려서 걸어가면 됩니다. 밤에 도착했는데 구글지도가 이상한 길 알려줘서 한참헤맴 ㅠㅠ. 생수 비싼거 빼고 다 만족. 조식도 괜찮고 밤에 파스타나 피자 같은 것도 파는데 나쁘지 않습니다.
