We were very impressed with how professional and helpful the front desk staff were. They helped us with arranging taxi arrival, insider information on great places to eat, as well as how to maneuver around the marathon, which was occurring in Rome the weekend we were there! We were not able to utilize the rooftop or breakfast as our tour times did not allow for this. The only recommendation I would make is to add more hangers in the room and bathroom for hanging up towels, clothing, etc. I would highly recommend for the comfort and accessibility easy to to all the local spots. There’s a supermarket right around the corner to grab things you forgot or for water or snacks for a day out touring around!

The stay was ok but certainly not wha I expect for 4 stars and for the money. The bathroom was basic, had a room for 4 people and only one towel hook, no toilet roll holder, no place to hand hand towels, everything was stacked under the sink, very odd. Also they chose a weird almost triangle style type which meant that there was a lot of orange mildew on the grout. Our biggest issue though was on night one when we tried to turn on the a/c as advertised and were told that it would not be possible because it was “too early in the season”. So we had to open the windows which we did but the bar rooftop had loud music going until last 11pm and because we were on the 4th floor it was loud and there was second hand smoke that found its way into the room. Needless to say night one was not pleasant at all and really affected our stay since we had an early day the next morning. The roof top bar is great, Good drinks and decent breakfast but definitely not worth the $20 Euro price tag, go for the drinks and ditch the breakfast. We like the location, very good location. The furniture choices were odd. Somewhat modern lamps that were bulky and took up needless room paired with older velvet chairs that definitely need to be cleaned. Our room 401 had tons of windows and natural light which was nice. I just think this hotel has a way to go to become a legit 4 star. The should install nespresso machines and ditch the kettle, update the bathrooms they are more functional, and clean up.

Hotel was fine.. not great. Bed and pillows were not overly comfortable. Housekeeping could use some improvement. I spilled something on my sheets, and they weren’t changed, they just cleaned the spot. But not well enough, as I could clearly see that they weren’t fresh sheets. They collected my used towel, but then didn’t replace it. Leaving me with just one. The rooftop bar was nice, but the view was nowhere near as spectacular as it looked in the photos.
