Stayed 8 nights

Overall, stay was ok. The kitchen was fully equipped and room was quite clean. Room cleaning comes every 5 days (only towels and bed sheets changing and cleaning up the rubbish bins, no touched in the kitchen sink). But Internet was quite unstable during weekends and weekday nights so, I ended up to use personal hotspot from my iphone instead. Laundry was quite troublesome to pay by all coins without coin exchange machines. Reception (office, 3rd floor) only opens between Monday to Friday for limited hours, I do not recommend anyone to check-in on weekends. Also, it was very difficult to find how to enter the apartment (only a card key allows to enter) so, I ended up to call the hotel to open the door. Easy to take train (S Bahn, S7) and bus stops (134, 53) to get the city and Harras station which are 5-10 mins walk distance from the apartment. But inconvenient to go to supermarkets (Lidl, Edeka, dm, etc). Only a few restaurants are available near the apartment.

Stayed 3 nights

Bit disappointed with the stay there. The lady at their Welcome Office seemed to be surprised that we arrived and was looking for some paperwork around. She said shes not sure if the room is ready which is fine as we arrived at 11am. She then checked again and informed us that room is actually ready but if we want to check in early we need to pay extra €20. Ive already paid more than €300 for 3 night stay. If that's their policy about early check-in, that's fine but I found it a bit unwelcoming. We decides to be back later to check-in. The receptionist informed us that they work till 4pm which is bizarre as their check-in time starts at 2pm. 2h window is very narrow. When came back after 2pm to check in she said that the form is in the room. But didnt leave any pen there for me to sign and didnt ask for the form at the check out. Its not nice that the guest has to sort it out for them. The room itself was okay. The heated floor worked well. So did the wifi. The kitchen was fully equipped but there was no exhaust above stove. The wear and tear was visible in the room. The sink in the bathroom was damaged. The leaflet in the room states have to take the rubbish ourselves which I did but found it a bit strange. Not sure then was it actually included in the service of the serviced apartments they advertise? At checkout I was asked for the key only and heard "thats it, thank you". Wasn't even asked about the stay. The whole situation seemed unwelcoming and disorganised.

Stayed 5 nights

Good location to explore Munich. 5 minutes to S-line station. Well stocked supermarket over the road - although not open Sundays (as seems to be the case everywhere in Bavaria/Austria). Comfy bed. Kitchen has enough pots/pans etc to allow you to cook simple meals for yourself.
