Cancelled our stay because there was no hot water. People said they didn't know when or if it would be on 🙄

This was absolutely horrifying, first we had crack heads walking up to us talking about guns being pointed at them while in the parking lot, then our room was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The door did not close all the way, nor did the deadbolt lock the, the room was FULL of cockroaches embedded in the holes in the wall, the bed frame, crawling on the bed. We paid for a room we didn’t even sleep in. The moment I saw the cockroaches I quickly booked another hotel and we left without one word to the front desk guy as we were afraid the man clearly tweaked out would come back and the “lobby” was a glass window facing outside the window with a little speaker box. Never again honestly wish I knew how to get our money back for that terrible 5 minute experience

There was a lot of people hanging around no pool TV didn't work hot water knob was broke microwave was broke

Yes I felt neglected from the staff. The room had electrical problems, bedbugs, and the TV and air conditioner was broken

The room was decent. There weren’t any non-smoking rooms available so we just settled for a smoking room. It didn’t smell too much like a smoking room but you can tell they do minimal cleaning since there were cigarette butts by the ac. There were holes in the comforter on the bed, if you turn the heat on, it smells like burning hair, the toilet flushed very slowly and didn’t flush all the way, the outlets were also loose. Somebody random knocked on our door, 2 men, I believe both were high. Had no clue who these men were. They knocked a couple of times and we called the front desk. The response we got was “Sorry.” and then dial tone. We were planning on extending our stay for another night, but ended up leaving the next morning. Also, staff is decent in person but on the phone, they yell at you for not being able to hear or understand anything.

The price was very good and the bed linen was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the room and facilities were quite worn and several things were broken (sink, fridge, bathtub running, cracked toilet, damaged floor). It worked for one night, but overall not a place we would choose again.

10/10 would not recommend. Unless you want roaches for breakfast, lunch, supper, dinner and dessert. Straight up biohazard. Don’t know why this still exists or is even an option to book on this site. The place litteraly falls apart. No exaggeration. Roaches. Leak under the washtub, showerfaucet dripping, ceiling falling apart, walls falling apart, holes in the walls are not even repaired but just covered with clear tape. Roaches. Showering is a heck of a challenge because there is no constant water nor watertemperature, either scorching hot or ice cubes coming out. Roaches. Loud and drunk long stayers wich harras other guest by knocking on their doors and windows everytime they pass by or are looking for some smoke. Oh did I forgot roaches? Add some extra roaches. You’ll find a better, cleaner and more peaceful sleep in your car.

They are not doing right maintenance. They need fix toilet. Having leaking under toilet. Shower wall didn’t have soap hold. And shower rod is too short closer wall. And all wall is mess color paint. It’s need good paint. And all trim has minor rust. And tv is not good service. And front door have some gaps where bugs will crawling in. And some outside is ok. Someone left open my ice chest in back my truck and ice is MELTING!!! No security camera in area.

Nobody was in the office when I arrived and I waited around for about 10 minutes until someone showed up. They had the lobby closed due to Covid and had to be outside and talk through a window. The traffic noise was so loud I couldn’t hardly hear anything that the guys was saying. The room was in terrible condition. The toilet was so loose in the floor I thought it was going to fall over. The shower head was broken. The furniture looked like the went dumpster diving for it. There were many shady looking characters running around the place and there were a few police outside the office when I checked out. I was only there for about 5 hours and couldn’t stand it any longer.

Tv controller wouldnt work and they gave me 2 more controllers that wont work either, they still havent fixed the problem. Will not stay here again!!!

Absolutely dirty rooms had a bad odor electric sockets were either burnt or were just missing door lock on the inside all the wires were exposed roaches everywhere dust and dirt everywhere it was an overall terrible experience I honestly wish I could get my money back

Nasty roach ridden holes in the wall cigarette burns and stains on pillows. Hard pass.

I requested a handicapped room and was given a regular room. My husband fell twice in shower because there was no hand rails or mat. Tub was very slippery. When I went to front to ask for more towels I was told that they did have access to the towels and house keeping was gone. There was mold all over the walls and ceiling. The toilet was unsafe. There was roaches crawling everywhere

This property shouldn't be on Hotels.com It is a run down motel for locals who are long term staying and comfortable in that environment where most know each other. I wouldn't advise bringing kids and staying there if you are traveling unless you already know the area. I was needing a place to sleep for the night and looked past the people hanging around, the smell of marijuana, clothes drying on rails and fence. As long as I was safe and room was ok, I would have been fine. Basically looked past things to be accepting of the fact it was the cheapest place and during the day, two roaches aren't THAT bad. What were my options to leave, anyways? It gets dark and the line was crossed. I had turned lights off to get into bed. When I got up to use the bathroom I find the Army of roaches scattering off and exploring my few items around the room/bathroom. My towel on the floor to not slip after bath, the clothes I had taken off to take shower on bathroom counter, the shorts and tennis shoes I took off to get into bed, and I'm freaking out cause my toothbrush is on counter, my bags are kinda open and I'm shaking all the loose items, trying to not hit anything while packing up my bags because it awakes them! Me and my stuff were ambushed!!!! I am not scared of roaches but I don't want them crawling on me or near my food or getting into my belongings and making theirself permanent residents for my bags and I and wherever we were headed. Follow your gut instinct when you get there!

Filthy dirty. Cigarette burns in the sheets, hole in the wall, broken mirrors broken glass on the picture, nasty curtains, toilet wobbled super bad where I was afraid to use it. I was to afraid to walk back past the drug dealers to get a refund and call an uber. The worst place I have ever seen. On a bright note the shower was clean and the water was hot.

Needed a place to stay and this worked out. Was a bit noisy at first but it quieted down.

room was clean but the picture on the wall was broken no bugs could be heard next door, there were no HDMI ports on the TV, and the walls only had one outlet making it hard for two people on C-PaPs

We have free Wi-Fi but signal strength is so low you can't even login. It's pointless unless you want to stand by the office to use it.

Some small bugs but not too many. Lots of comings and goings but for this price that’s normal.

This place was disgusting!! A lamp without a shade, weird stains on the walls, sticky surfaces, a door that I could see daylight through. Not to mention the sex parties going on that I could hear. I was honestly scared and only slept 2hrs

The stafe at the front desk was rude and I had a problem withy tv and only one toilet

I didn't stay there i went tell the receptionists that the conditions of the room and how deplorable the room was and she acted as though she was shocked. I told her could not stay there i am a woman and it was not safe I then left

I had to to check out of my room 10-02-25 to go to the bank. Came back at check in time 1:30pm. They put me back in my same room that I checked out of. It was never cleaned and the sink was still leaking. Also when I paid at the property with cash they forgot to give me my change. So today they came to askif I was staying I told them I just was waiting for my friend to come bring my check. This was at 11:50 pm. Then at 1:00 they demanded I remove all of my things while they stood there and threatened to help me pull all of my things out. This is where I'm at now and have the money for my room but seriously debating to check back in.

I got robbed after being there 3 hours going to get dinner in the parking lot

Fine for a single night on the road, but nothing longer. Definitely a sketchy part of town, drug paraphernalia in the car park and dodgy guys hanging around. Thought about going out for dinner butwas pretty certain I'd come back to a room with everything stolen from. Room poor condition and smoke detector disconnected.

Worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. When I pulled up I thought it was closed or abandoned! Dirty, cigarette holes in bedspread, apparent drug addicts hanging around, smell of urine in halls, I went to kill a roach by the a/C & 6 other roaches came out. Shower water VERY hard to regulate! If my wife was with me I would have kept on going even if it was paid for” I am going to sleep BUT putting things against the door to make a noise if someone tries to come in. I hope my car is there in the morning!!!

the place looked nothing like the photos. it was extremely run down and dirty. people hanging around drinking liquor bottles. was so bad we didn't feel safe and didn't even stay there. we drove up and didn't even get out of the car.

The area was super sketchy and had a bunch of random people walking around that you could tell werent staying at the hotel and as soon as i opened the door i thought to myself “im gonna catch scabies in here, i literally didnt even put my bag on the floor before i left less than 5 minutes after walking through the door.

Hooker motel not safe for kids at all exposed wire and holes in the wall bath room water did not work roaches were all over!

It was awful. There was roaches in the room. People outside all around the parking lot. There was bullet holes in the walls. It did not seem like a safe place to stay. I was scared that I would not have a car when I woke up the next morning. I left there and got another hotel room for the night.
