We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel however, the $65 per night for valet parking is ridiculous! Especially when you can’t access valet very easily and there are not enough people running to get your car. I think we can all agree this is not New York City so don’t understand why it was so high.

There was nowhere to park they did have valet parking but they did not have it staffed well so we waited an hour and a half to get our car out of valet parking

The hotel is modern, clean, within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The only thing I’m not happy about is the “valet” service. We were charged $60 PER NIGHT, and our car was NEVER MOVED from the spot we pulled into right outside the hotel! It sat there 3 nights. I feel this is excessive .

It has character. The gym is small though. The room was nice with big windows. Dusty in places and the windows need to be cleaned on the inside. Beds are comfortable. I would stay again.

Property was lovely. It was easy to get to sites from there. If you’re looking for a less expensive parking option nearby try the courthouse. They allow in and out privileges- are less than a 5 min walk away and underground. Was $40 for 2 nights.

We enjoyed our stay! Far enough from the madness on Broadway but still close to make life easy for walking everywhere. Wish they had a pool. And our room didn’t have any coffee. Only decaf so that was rough 😂😂😂

Half of the lobby is under renovation which was really disappointing. Expedia should know and should be vigilant to put these all Important facets on tye Expedia booking app or sute: Hotel however, extended little premiums to make our stay comfortable like room upgrade, late chexkout, free drinks, free water. They should have waived destination fee though. Lesson learned: call hotel and chedk of there are renovations being done before booking.

I thought the hotel was over priced for what you received. Firstly, we found an earring in the bed. They did call the service staff into the room while we were there to visually check the item and then we got another room. There was a musty smell throughout the hotel. Our room did not Get serviced due to lack of staff. We then went downstairs to ask for it to be serviced and they only did a partial job. Next time we go to Nashville, we would not be a repeat visitor, not worth the overall value of what we paid.

Stuff like the body wash bone dry, when you pay over $300 a night you should not have to ask for the body wash container to be filled. The shower also had mold on the door and the grout in the floor tile. No good place to park, the small there is will cost you over $58 a day. The place was clean for the most part, very nice decorations and well maintained. The staff was okay, nice people but lacked customer service skills. When. Checking out they did not even ask me how our stay was. Also when checking in we had to wait for 20 minutes while the front desk was helping people find a place to eat while the people who need to check in just stood and waited.

Great hotel with spacious rooms. Clean, luxurious, just delightful. Elijah was so helpful on arrival. Listened to what we wanted to do & carefully plotted it all out on a map for us. We’ve been travelling from city to city for the last two weeks & our stay at the Fairlane, from the welcome to our check out, has by far been the best. All five travellers in our party agree! We’ll be back.

I love the Fairlane’s art deco style. Checkin was easy and the glass of champagne for being a hotels.com VIP was a plus. The room was comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. I do have a few complaints. The body wash smells terrible. It is like a peppery geranium. One of the ingredients in it was pink pepper which might be why it burned. If I go back, I will bring my own soap and shampoo. I also dislike that the shower is visible through the slats to the rest of the room, so you are exposed while showering. The night we stayed the restaurant and pop up bar were closed to the public which was a big bummer. The next morning my husband went to the coffee shop/restaurant for morning coffee and the server was late arriving to work so people were sitting around not understanding why they were not being served. I go to Nashville a couple of times per month and try to stay at a different hotel each time. This was my second stay at the Fairlane and since I still have several hotels to try, it is likely my last.

Clean rooms, nice decor. The bed was harder and the pillows too thin than we like. Check in/out staff, cleaning staff, and bartender at night were very friendly and helpful. The morning bar staff not so much. One of the ladies working in the morning acted annoyed when my husband asked where he could get some coffee then again when he asked where he could get some creamer for his coffee. Another acted annoyed when we asked for some ice for our drinks. Overall it’s a very nice hotel, close to restaurants and Broadway.

Wonderful experience. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel was clean and attractive looking. Room was spacious with only one complaint - there was a night table on one side of the bed. Person on side with no table had no light to read in bed or place personal items, e.g. watch, cell phone, glass of water for meds, etc. More annoying, there was plenty of room for a table. Maybe a small annoyance for overall a wonderful stay.

Hello, I liked my stay at the Fairlane however two things displeased me: The property was undergoing some main lobby upgrades and made an entire dining area unusable. The cardboard boxes and lift were unsightly. The see through shower was very awkward for me as a woman staying with another traveler. I wish j knew about the shower glass situation. Lease refund me for one of my two nights stay. Thanks.

I stay at hotels all the time but Fairlane has been my absolute favourite! The decor is stunning, no detail was spared. My room my spacious and fully stocked with great snacks and drinks for purchase. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect. I will definitely be staying here next time I’m in Nashville!

Elijah checked us in and was awesome. He even had our choice of champagne or beer ready for us (what hotel does that?...Fairlane!!). Only slight issue we had was with housekeeping not cleaning our room....had to keep asking, as did our friends staying in another room. But, they made it right for both of us by taking off the resort fee and we were also given complimentary breakfast on our last morning (delicious by the way). Everyone was very nice and courteous and they did get the room cleaned when we asked; just did not do so without our asking. Based on the way it was handled would still highly recommend this hotel and it's also in a great location within Nashville.

Called ahead for early check in (2 hours early) was told it would be no problem. When we arrived were told the room would be ready in a few minutes; it was not. Then were told they did not do early check in, even though we were told it would be no problem 4 hours later we finally got in. Found the staff to be rude and unhelpful

The front desk people were rude. I arrived at 2pm to hopefuly try to check on early. Was told room wasnt ready and they would text me. So I left amd came back to be told room was not ready. Official check in according to their website is 3pm. So I sat in lobby then watch the front desk give out keys to two separate guest. When I inquired I was told they had special rooms. The from desk lady was rude in her tone. I would not stay here again and support this hotel.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Nice staff. Very genuine and willing to help with early check ins a surprising family members. Excellent restaurant on premises (Ellingtons) I loved the bagel shop adjacent to the lobby. Beautiful lobby decor with lots of light coming in. Super clean and well appointed rooms. Took care of every and any request immediately and with a smile. Location could not be better. Turn right at the corner of 4th and Downtown Nashville is at your feet. Highly recommended.

The Fairlane was a beautiful hotel, the check in process was great with the complimentary cocktail. Danny at the front desk was friendly, happy & helpful. I loved the decor, modern & chic. The cookie shop, complimentary cocktail at ellingtons beautiful bar & coffee was amazing!

Such a beautiful place to stay. Located very close to broadway and printers alley but also in a quiet part of town. This allows you to escape the craziness from broadway and enjoy a relaxing stay. The bar located at the bottom of the hotel is so nice and peaceful. Definitely would stay here again.

Staff very friendly and the bed was comfy! However the location is really lacking. Off of reviews I expected this to be a nicer area. There was lots of yelling in the streets and not from people having fun just crazy people walking around yelling. Parking is horrible didn’t feel safe parking. We would have used valet but they couldn’t accommodate our truck. So if you do book make sure you have a basic sized vehicle. Not worth the price paid in my opinion.

The hotel was beautiful and located just a quick walk to Broadway. The sweet girl working the front desk was very pleasant and friendly. We used valet and both drop off and pick up was very quick.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. I was disappointed upon arrival when I learned the bar/restaurant was closed. But the front desk staff was wonderful and we received free breakfast in lieu of free drink. Rooms spacious and very stylish and comfortable. Would return there if ever visiting Nashville again.

The rooms were wonderful. Loved the location. The front desk ladies were just amazing. They went above and beyond. I did not enjoy the experience at the hotel restaurant. They were understaffed and the sole waiter they did have just ignored us to visit with others. The food was not good, so that I would not recommend. But the hotel itself is an absolute YES and I would come back in a heartbeat.

Loved within easy walking distance to Broadway but far enough away quiet! Good eating options especially breakfast. Ellington’s, restaurant at Fairlane , outstanding food!! Staff awesome especially Elijha! Rooms small but very comfortable & great bathroom & beds! Not staffed enough. Waits at restaurant & with valet parking.
