Great staff, wonderful free buffet breakfast with plenty of options, and an evening reception which included 2 free drinks. We were worried about parking in Hawaii, as most hotels charge to park, but there were plenty of free spaces on the street every night. The hot tub was great! The beaches were only 10 minutes by car. Would definitely stay there again!

Our stay at Embassy Kapolei Hawai’i was very good overall. The hotel was clean, and the staff were welcoming and professional. The pool was nice, although smaller in reality than it looks in the photos. Breakfast was excellent and very complete, and the gym, while a bit small, was still useful. Two negative points to mention: • The gym is open 24/7, and some guests train very early in the morning. At 5 a.m., when weights are dropped on the floor, the vibration travels through the whole building – even on the 7th floor we were woken up by it. • The sofa bed in the room was only suitable for one person and far too small. A proper two-person sofa bed would be much better. Overall, it was a good stay, but these two aspects could definitely be improved for greater comfort.

The hotel is nice and the breakfast is good. the evening happy hour is also an additional nicety. The pool is small but very nice with a cool rock wall feature. The rooms are big. We had a one bedroom that had two double beds in it. It’s nice to have a microwave and refrigerator so that you can keep food in your room. The hotel is conveniently located to the H1, which allows you to get around the island very easily.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Overall, it was a nice experience but with some pros and cons. Parking was the biggest downside—$40/day for valet or trying your luck with street parking, which was inconvenient. On the plus side, the hotel gave us two free drinks per night at their restaurant, which was a thoughtful touch. There are also a couple of good restaurants within walking distance, which made dining out easy. The pool area was clean but on the smaller side, so it got a little crowded at times. Breakfast was definitely a highlight, especially the omelet station which was fresh and tasty. All in all, a decent stay with good amenities, though parking could definitely be improved.

The property has quick access to the highway, to groceries and drugstores, local food joints and public transportation. The beds are really soft, I recommend not using pillows if you need additional support for your back, unless it is under your knees. The gym was very clean, simple but functional and on the same floor as the mezzanine quiet area and had a UV purified water dispenser. The breakfast was amazing every morning and the kitchen staff was full of the Aloha spirit, smiles and greetings all authentic, no faking. I love experiencing that when I come home to visit.

The front desk, food service and housekeeping staff were all friendly and competent. Free breakfast was great. The only negative was the very small swimming pool. Why such a tiny pool for a large hotel? My grandkids never got to use it because it was crowded.

Was great deal for what I paid for. Pool was small and shallow but I have small children so it worked for me n my kids. However, jacuzzi seemed unkept and was not working. Real disappointed with that because I wanted to relax in the heated bubbling jacuzzi while my kids swam in the pool. Staff was very friendly and professional. Brekakfast included buffet was good and even had an omelette bar! I loved that, best park was that the room was a good size and bathroom was roomy too. Had two tv’s so I could watch my show while kids watched theirs. Fridge was too small, but there was complimentary snacks and double coffee maker that was truly yummy. Need more channels to watch tv, had to bring my Apple TV to watch something decent. Parking was easy n convenient, love the automatic vehicle license plate camera that would automatically open gate.

This Embassy Suites has a great breakfast and a very nice evening reception in line with other Embassy Suites. A fresh omelette every morning was great. The room was nice and the bathroom was well designed and spacious. The negatives are mostly minor - the hotel hot tub was out of order with no fix date in sight. The pool area was small and had lots of flies. The complimentary shuttle to the beach had been discontinued (they assured me this was noted someplace on their website but I think they were wrong). The Disney complex beach walkway is wonderful but the public parking fills up by 9:00 am so a complimentary shuttle would be helpful. And the nightly parking rate is $30. This seems steep given that a limited amount of free parking seems to available nearby. The hotel met our needs but it would not have taken a lot more effort to exceed our expectations.

Had to change our first room because of super wet red sticky stains on floor along with used q-tip on floor. 2nd room also had stains (not wet and sticky) room and bathroom had various stains and other indicators that the facility was clean nor sterilized. No blanket provided for “pull out” bed.

The hotel is overpriced for what it is. Dirty handprints on the walls and stains on the carpet were the low lights, but the breakfast buffet with omelette bar was wonderful! Staff was mostly pleasant and helpful.

They were able to fit us in last minute, our original flight off the island was canceled and we had been booked on another 2 days later. Within an hour of booking, we were checking in and in our hotel room. Very clean, spacious rooms. We were able to use the parking on site and it was a good location, easy to get to.

Pool was cold but the kids loved it. Staff was nice. Air conditioning in the room was a constant issue. They lock the thermostat to only cool down to 68deg. You have to have maintenance unlock it daily. That was really the only negative. Everything else was good

I wanted to book the location in Waikiki but somehow Expedia booked a location an hour away from the airport. I thought we have a rental car. It’s okay but our pillows core not the cover smelled like sweat and all the pillows were flattened. Our quilt was polyester and hot, I had to ask for cotton sheets. Our bathtub was permanently yellow stained. Sofa bed has springs without any foam on it. Most uncomfortable stay.

Great out of the way location. Staff works hard and services provided were great. Rooms are much smaller than other Embassy Suites 8 have been to but very comfortable. Lighting in the room could be better and would feel safer if there were more security to the floors.

Our stay was great. We liked the options of two different places to eat. Shortly after we got here we received a phone call that someone had hit our rental car. The staff member called us immediately and was incredibly helpful and professional. We are both glad we stayed at this property.

During check-in, the gal was rude but everyone else at the hotel, bar and restaurant were exceptional. Great breakfast, clean room but was freezing. The temperature would not adjust so had to turn off. Parking fees of $40 a day was not expected.

"I didn't like the attitude of the receptionist during the day. Their tone of voice and facial expression could use some improvement. When I arrived earlier than the check-in time, the day staff receptionist told me that there were no available rooms before 3 pm and that they would call me if anything became available. However, I found it odd that a room suddenly became available when I arrived an hour early. Other than that, the housekeeping staff was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, I think the staff could have a bit more positive and helpful attitudes."

Every hotel employee we encountered were all so very nice! Everything is nice, clean, and modern. The complimentary breakfast was great! The pool is on the smaller side but it was still a fun time for the kids. The 2 complimentary drinks for adults is also a great perk! Would definitely stay again!

This property is an upcoming suburb city. Many mainstream food chains and stores are around the property. It only has one small pool. The breakfast buffet is a wonderful addition to the property and the food changes every day and is delicious. We did rent a car so that made exploring the island easier since this isn’t in the “downtown” or beach area. Would stay again

Amazing hotel. If you rent a car and travel the island - there is no better place. Convenient to get anywhere on the island, the rooms are great, the included breakfast is full buffet and is great, the choices of rooms is great, there is parking onsite for 35$, however parking is so easy to find at the street. We never even had to go around the block to find parking - it was always easily found right in front of the hotel. Highly recommend this property and go to Ko Olina lagoons for sunsets)

Embassy is fabulous as always, but this was the first where the 2 drink pp limit was enforced with drink coupons during the welcome reception. Kinda bummer bc we talked friends into this hotel specifically for the welcome reception and the 2 drinks, lays potato chips and broccoli/ranch really were a huge let down.

Amazing! The breakfast was huge with so many great options. It is a great choice for fun in the sun with families or friends!!! This place knows how to treat its guests. I really enjoyed the nightly social hour in the bar, it was a great in between to relax from a busy day then head out to enjoy sights at night. Great food from both on site restauraunts with fabulous & friendly staff and GREAT DRINKS! The best Bees Knees I have had in long time, replaced my mimosas this trip!!

Room fine. Bed okay. Street parking can be a challenge. Weak cocktails and evening 'snacks' were not worth the elevator ride (and mostly gross). Breakfast marginally better with made to order omelet. Providing only a 2 ounce glass for juice/soda seems entirely lame. Will not stay here again.
