The hotel is on a quiet side area with no direct road in front so drop off by the Uber driver was a bit difficult as we did not know where we were going. However, once we found the hotel - it was lovely, very convenient location to all the sites and excellent breakfast included. It is also right next to the tram stop for tram 28. I would definitely recommend!

Stayed one night here while in Lisbon. The room was pretty, clean, and within walkable distance of lots of shopping and dining options. We loved the complimentary desserts and ginja in our room when we arrived back after a night out! Only issue was that the shower water leaked out of the shower and all over the bathroom floor. Parking is available at the hotel next door (for an additional price).

Great location. Immaculately clean. Good offerings for breakfast. Excellent staff who were very personable, professional and helpful, both before and during our stay. Nice convenience for hotel to arrange transfers from airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to the cruise port. The only improvement would be onsite dining at the hotel for lunch/dinner. Would definitely recommend.

Room is fairly small but it was very nice stay. Kind staff and great location to everywhere. Welcome wine was plus. Only down thing was we couldn’t get a parking for a mini van we rented.

This hotel has an excellent location, with easy access to walkable attractions. The front desk gave us excellent advice, they accommodated our bags for early arrival, and the doorman made us feel very welcome. The room was very comfortable. We loved the Juliet balcony for views of the city, and the welcome treats were a nice surprise. We stayed for 2 nights. Would have given perfect score for comfort, but for the street noise (since I am a light sleeper). However the second night I slept more soundly. The breakfast was ample, and back patio welcome for an evening with wine.

La habitación estaba impecable, la Atencion en la Recepcion muy buena, el único inconveniente que tiene el hotel es una calle cerrada como acceso a la puerta del hotel. Muy incómodo porque los taxis se quedan en la esquina, y para salir hay que atravesar la parte de atrás del hotel para llegar a una avenida donde se pueden tomar los taxis

I stayed at the Portugal Boutique Hotel for 4 nights as a solo traveller and had the most wonderful experience! The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean, in the BEST location of Lisbon; central/walkable to everything, main attractions steps away, great bars and restaurants nearby, and the famous Tram 28 is basically at your doorstep (as are all other modes of transportation). I can't say "thank you" enough to the fabulous front desk staff, who all went above and beyond. I am already planning to return and highly recommend the Portugal Boutique Hotel! Obrigado!

The whole staff was amazingly friendly and supportive. The room was as expected and the room service checked the room twice a day. When we had issues with air conditioning they offered another room immediately. The surrounding of the hotel was perfect and the tips at reception helped a lot. The rooftop bar from Hotel Mundial, the Portugal Boutique hotel was cooperating with was near by but pretty expensive and the quality of the cocktails did not align to the expectation set however, the view was absolutely fantastic.

It is a rare occasion when I stay at a hotel that does everything right. I truly enjoyed my recent two night stay at the Portugal Boutique Hotel. The check in process was seamless and quick and the delicious water/fruit infused welcome drink was nice after a long flight. We were then taken to our room and shown around the beautifully spacious area while our luggage was brought up to us from the lobby. The room was much more spacious than I have ever had for a similar catagory in other Lisbon hotels and the washroom was incredilby nice and spotlessly clean. There was either a choice to use the bathtub or enjoy a seperate shower space with a rainfall shower head. It was my birthday and on my second day I arrived back from dinner to find a nice sparkling wine, on ice, and some delicious chocolate truffels. The bedding was very comfortable with great pillows and the bed itself was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with large and varied offerings. The breakfast room attendants were very nice and accommodating and made our expresso coffees to order. Omelettes can be ordered as well. The fruit, yogurts and baked goods were delicious. I would highly recommend Portugal Boutique to anyone who cherishes a perfect stay.

The hotel was amazing and the staff wonderful. Leo checked us in and was friendly, quick and very helpful. Beware the metro runs next to the hotel and we were in a lower level room in the end the first night where we got no sleep. Leo moved us to 407 and although we could still feel it it was not so bad that we were kept awake. We had breakfast as well each morning and it was delicious. I would absolutely stay here again.

Room was fine, the floor was moving under the carpet and tiles were wobbly in a place. I didn’t know but there is a train station right below, heard trains all night but still great location, nice breakfast buffet.

The staff was fantastic- helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Room was really nice except that the bed is in dire need of replacement. It was really lumpy and on one side was drooping. That’s the only negative in an otherwise perfect stay.

For the cost this hotel is fine and the staff did everything to make my stay comfortable. But I think it wise for others looking at Expedia to select a hotel that they know this. The hotel is located over a subway and the first room they gave me was literally over the subway which not only was loud but shook the water glasses in my room. They told me the subway ran only from 6am to 1am...leaving me 5 hrs to sleep? They said they would move me the next day to a quieter room which they did and it was much quieter.
For the cost this hotel is fine and the staff did everything to make my stay comfortable. But I think it wise for others looking at Expedia to select a hotel that they know this. The hotel is located over a subway and the first room they gave me was literally over the subway which not only was loud but shook the water glasses in my room. Great central location, all staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, nothing seemed too much trouble, breakfast was surprisingly good with a lot of choice for an inclusive continental . Bathroom was very clean and a big space with a great shower, only down side was the room was quite small with only a small single wardrobe with 5 hangers so we lived out of our cases, that said for service and location I would definitely stay again

Portugal Boutique Hotel exceeded my expectations! I booked a somewhat last minute 1 night stay here when I needed to arrive in Lisbon a day earlier than friends I was meeting. My Uber driver and I had a little confusion over where to drop me off, but once I located the side street that the hotel is on it was smooth sailing from there. Staff was extremely friendly during check-in, and later on in the evening when I came down needing toothpaste. The lobby area was very clean and well decorated and my hotel room was larger than expected and very well designed. I didn’t have a chance to check out the restaurant or lobby bar, but both appeared nice as well. I loved seeing that the square right at the end of the block had a big market setup, it felt like hotel was right “in the middle of things.” I had such a pleasant night! On a future trip to Lisbon, I would definitely book my entire stay here at the Portugal Boutique Hotel

The staff was accommodating when we asked to check in early. They pointed us in the direction of a good lunch spot and said our room would be ready in about 20 min. They stored our bags and helped us to our room when we returned. Everyone was so friendly and nice.

It is a rare occasion when I stay at a hotel that does everything right. I truly enjoyed my recent two night stay at the Portugal Boutique Hotel. The check in process was seamless and quick and the delicious water/fruit infused welcome drink was nice after a long flight. We were then taken to our room and shown around the beautifully spacious area while our luggage was brought up to us from the lobby. The room was much more spacious than I have ever had for a similar catagory in other Lisbon hotels and the washroom was incredilby nice and spotlessly clean. There was either a choice to use the bathtub or enjoy a seperate shower space with a rainfall shower head. This hotel has an excellent location, with easy access to walkable attractions. The front desk gave us excellent advice, they accommodated our bags for early arrival, and the doorman made us feel very welcome. The room was very comfortable. We loved the Juliet balcony for views of the city, and the welcome treats were a nice surprise. We stayed for 2 nights. Would have given perfect score for comfort, but for the street noise (since I am a light sleeper). However the second night I slept more soundly. The breakfast was ample, and back patio welcome for an evening with wine.

Brilliant breakfast with lots of choice and omelettes to order. Only critique is the hot drinks; teabag brand poor quality and tasteless, as were the various coffees we tried…this was consistently bad throughout our stay. I picked this hotel due to its central location yet tucked away in a quiet pedestrian street. It was a wonderful hotel, room was on the 4th floor and very quiet, no outside noise. We opted for a superior room and it was a great size and so too was the bathroom. Only negative was lack of storage space for clothes, which is being very picky! Across the street from Rossio metro station which takes you straight to the airport (with one change), all for a few euros. The breakfast staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We did not eat at any other time in the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel 👍

The hotel is on a quiet side area with no direct road in front so drop off by the Uber driver was a bit difficult as we did not know where we were going. However, once we found the hotel - it was lovely, very convenient location to all the sites and excellent breakfast included. It is also right next to the tram stop for tram 28. I would definitely recommend!

Hotel was convenient to Christmas markets. It sits atop an underground stop which we only learned after a couple nights. Breakfast was very nice. The delivery of port and chocolate to our room was very special. Neighborhood is kind of sketchy! Abandoned building right across the street. Shopping 3-4 blocks away.

My wife and I have just returned from a 6 night stay at this wonderful hotel. It’s is a beautiful environment and is kept exceptionally clean at all times. All staff we encountered were happy, polite, helpful and professional and just really nice people. Our room was very well equipped, spacious, clean and very well maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast choices were excellent even for my vegan requirements. I cannot praise this hotel highly enough - we had a wonderful first visit to Lisbon and this hotel has made us both want to return again soon.

Great location. Immaculately clean. Good offerings for breakfast. Excellent staff who were very personable, professional and helpful, both before and during our stay. Nice convenience for hotel to arrange transfers from airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to the cruise port. The only improvement would be onsite dining at the hotel for lunch/dinner. Would definitely recommend.

The breakfast was well appointed. The hostess was extremely friendly and thoughtful. The hotel was within walking distance from the metro and shopping. Air conditioning worked really well. Breakfasts had good choices and the hotel staff to a person were very friendly and attentive.
