Lovely room with fluffy pillows, dressing gowns & slippers. Complementary water and a mini bar to keep it cold. Great breakfast & fizz which is always appreciated. Fantastic location only a minutes walk from Rossio Metro.

Great location easily accessible from Lisbon Airport Central location negates the need for a car althoonsite parking is available Staff is professional courteous and very friendly They are quite knowledgeable about the area They make you feel valued as a client

Excellent hotel situated in the heart of downtown within easy walking distance of most tourist attractions. Comfortable well appointed rooms. Extra clean. Will stay again.

The hotel staff were so kind and responsive. They went above and beyond. The hotel is in a very good location. Close to one of the main squares but tucked away so that it was quiet enough. We had a spectacular view of the castle from our window. We enjoyed the breakfast and wish that we had more time to explore the other offerings.
