First day no pool, second day and on breakfast was not good. Hard boil egg, waffles, spinach egg tasted super processed. Water for tea lukewarm! We paid $1700 and usually you get what you paid for. However, for this place is overpriced!!! I’ve stay in other hotels and had much better food. Also I accidentally left a motion light and called and they said they will let me know. No one called me back to tell me yay or nay. I won’t be staying here again!

It was a great room for a sewing convention. Clean, free breakfast, 24 hour coffee station (excellent coffee!) & enough food in the little store to grab a snack or dinner. Will rebook for next year.

I stayed here for a business trip. The hotel had great amenities and was very clean and quiet The coffee was delicious and was ready before 6:00 a.m. The staff was very friendly and helpful and my bed was very comfy!

First room we were assigned had significant black areas around the interior edges of the shower floor that appeared to be mildew, with a poorly attached piece of trim that appeared to cover some of it.The helpful employee at the front desk had another room for us when returned later that night. The second room shower was better(not great condition, but better), however the floor tile was loose between the shower and toilet, and the wallpaper on one wall appeared to be loosening. Not the level of maintenance we expect in a Fairfield Inn. The bed and sleep areas were acceptable and the public areas looked fine.

This hotel was just ok. The bathroom in the room had water damage that was somewhat fixed. The air conditioner was never really cold, it was cool at best. The first morning we got to breakfast at 7am and the choices were so lacking. Items were being brought out 2-4 pieces at a time. The sending morning breakfast was better but still not great. Lastly the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night the first night. I know this is not the hotels fault but extremely inconvenient to be awaken like that. Nothing was wrong and the staff never instructed us to do anything about it. We stayed in the room waiting to see what was happening. We had a large group staying here and the next morning we all talked about this.

Very clean and outstanding breakfast included. We stopped with 4 kids while driving to Florida. Easy check-in. Friendly front desk. Large rooms… big enough to an accommodate a family of 6. And again, really good breakfast!

Check-in desk greeted my family with a very threatening tone. Told us that if we’d arrived 1-hour later that the reservation would have been canceled. Note - we arrived before midnight… and we are driving cross country. AND the room was non-refundable… meaning that they’d received full payment for the room already. Why would you threaten to cancel my fully paid reservation? Additionally, the pet fee was double what I have paid at other Marriott properties. They told us it would have been cheaper if we had booked on the Marriott app. That is total B.S. You pay pet fees upon check-in. We let it go because we are not one to argue. Additionally, we booked on Expedia because it was my family traveling - and my adult aged kids don’t have the Marriott account to check in. So - the hotel staff just felt the need to point out that they are not Marriott members and thus didn’t deserve to have their prepaid room held for them and that they needed to pay double pet fees? Sorry that the hotel staff was just having a bad day? Not sure why we warranted such an aggressive reception. Avoid.

Had a king room reserved. Room we were give had 1 queen. I called the front desk after check in. I was told they were all booked up and I could speak with someone in the morning to get a reduced charge. Person I spoke with the next morning said there was nothing they could do.

The entire staff at this hotel are very friendly and service oriented. From the From the Desk Mgr (Gwendolyn) to the service staff (Food & Rooms). Tremeka was also helpful on cleaning and replacing towels ! Thank you.

The staff at this location is what made it so wonderful especially the Tuesday morning staff. I almost missed breakfast coming down about 10 minutes to 9 and she made sure I didn’t feel rushed. The woman at the front desk was so pleasant to chat with and the tip on the strawberry cream cheese made my day. You have great staff, do whatever you need to retain them. I will be back next time as we come to this area 3x a year.

Great stay. Paid the pet fee and all as i checked in. Someone called me the next day , the manager according to the lerson, and said i had an unpaid balance of a pet fee. She sounded accusatory and very defensive. I said thats fine and asked if i could pay immediately over the phone which she agreed to. I then simply wanted her to note that I pro actively went to pay my pet charge last night and that this call should not have taken place. The manager meanwhile cut me off continuously and become even more so defensive. I said excuse me lady , i either need to talk to a manger or just let me finish giving you my complaint. She informed me again she was the manager and that her employee did everything correct. I stay at hotels at least 3 times a month every monthe for years and have NEVER missed the pet fee. If the employee had done everything right then i would not have received an accusatory phone call declaring me delinquent. The place was great, the managment was awful.

We planned a trip to visit Nashville but didn't want to stay right in the city so this area was far enough away to feel safe and quiet but close enough to drive into Nashville each day we were there. The hotel is right off the interstate so super convenient. About a mile away, there are several places to eat and shop. I highly recommend trying their local restaurant, Demo's. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only disappointment was the breakfast bar was missing my favorite "hotel oatmeal" but they had other hot food options each morning that were delicious.

I travel all the time and this is the first time after Covid that someone tells me that because Covid they do not clean the room every day. This hotel and its administration did not able to handle a bug group of people, since the first time there was no enough breakfast even early in the morning… really??? 7:00am and we had to ask for coffee… really. We stayed for 4 days and every single day the service was not on time. I always prefer to pay a little more for the hotel because to feel comfortable and have a good breakfast. We book many rooms and none of us including other guests were very upset for the poor service. I believe whoever is the manager there has lack of organization. I really didn’t enjoy much I just have to stay because the important event that we attended which I was waiting for and I would not let nobody mess my plans. Not recommended at all.

The room and property were very nice and clean! The staff was very nice, but there was no one at the desk to check us in for quite some time. The worst thing about the property was the breakfast. We got to the breakfast at 8:30, a full hour before they closed, and they had no milk for cereal, there was no oatmeal and hardly any food to eat. As nice as the facility is, we were very disappointed in the food/breakfast!

Hotel was OK. Not the exceptional 9.2 star rating that it was given but acceptable for cleanliness standpoint. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because they offered free breakfast and since my wife and I were leaving early in the morning that meant that we wouldn’t have to make an extra stop along the way to get something to eat. However, they weren’t offering the breakfast that they originally said would be available on their website. Instead, it was a continental breakfast that consisted of bagels, some cereal and some muffins. When I asked the hotel check-in staff if they were going to offer a discount, she said she would have to check with her boss in the morning and she had just started there . Since I booked the hotel using my points, I knew a refund was impossible and quite frankly didn’t think I would get one anyway, but when people book a hotel that offers free breakfast, that’s what you expect and if I hadn’t asked what time it service in the morning she would’ve never even mentioned that it was only gonna be the continental cold breakfast .
