hotel rooms was clean and big ,under ground tunnel was great between hotel and casino and Hilton hotel especially in night it was great and easy access to Niagara Falls. Only things that we don’t like about it was parking if you park there on name of hotel it’s $35 per night bout if you park there without hotel name it’s &20 per night. And also we booked hotel from Expedia but hotel charge us extra $35 because of hotel accommodation fees

Was a nice place to relax. Loved the (2) hot tubs. Only bad thing was I pd for a king bed and was given a queen bed. Explained to the front desk the next day and they said there are no queens on the property. (Which is a lie)! Because I know when I reserved it was an option. Bed was 6” shorter( width) I was very pissed

One of the best hotels in Niagara. Make sure you get Fallsview room to have a amazing view of Niagara Falls and the sky-wheel. Room was super clean with Nespresso coffee machine. The hotel is connected to Casino and the other nearby hotels so that you can walk inside and go for food and restaurants. This is the one of the best feature I find specially in winter season. Must visit place.

The room was spacious and clean, and the service was great! Loved the amenities in the building and that there are so many restaurants within the building so you don’t need to go out too far if you don’t want to. The skywalk directly to Fallsview Casino is also convenient! Will definitely be back again on our next trip

We were able to check in well and put our belongings in our room. The staff at the front desk were wonderful! We went to the Casino, then dinner, then back to the Casino. We were at the Casino quite long and late. Afterward, we went back to the room and I wanted to shower before going to bed but I found the bathtub was not clean and it also had a lot of someone’s hair in it 😩 We packed up our belongings and went down to the front desk and they said there wasn’t anything they could do except cancel the tax we were suppose to pay there that wasn’t paid during the booking, As it was booked via Expedia there wasn’t anything else they could do. We left and drove the 2 hrs home while tired at 4:30 in the morning. We didn’t even use the bed and were barely in the room yet we paid 😩

Stag was great! Parking is very expensive because it’s next to the falls. ( there’s close by places cheaper and near the falls). Washroom in my book room was dirty with a couple of stains. The bed was broken and kind of caved in. However the exterior, lobby and etc are clean. For the price I paid I would’ve expected a better quality stay.

Room had a crappy layout. Not very happy staying on the 12th floor and by the freaking elevator. Elevator door was just outside our BED wall and heard hockey (30of which) til 12.30AM! And kids running and playing in the halls and running around all Sat, and jumping on 1408( above our room) at 7 am! Not very please as a Wyndham rewards member!

Booked what we thought was the corner room (two falls view windows) but were told they were already booked so were given another room overlooking a parking lot with partial falls views. During our stay there, website still showed the corner rooms available to book!!!!!! Ridiculous.

The bed was atrocious. I was very disappointed to pay as much as I did for what was easily the worst bed I've laid on in any hotel or motel I've been to in all of my years. I'm not exaggerating. It was really uneven with deep groves from where people have been on it over time. I had very difficult nights because of how little I could sleep and nearly got into an accident on my way back to Toronto due to fatigue. Again, I'm not exaggerating. Unfortunately, this dominates most of my memory of the hotel. The staff, though, were great. Aaliyah was outstanding and made me feel at home right away.

Large room sparsely filled with really cheap furniture. Paid parking varied in price from $35 - $70 per day, depending on how far you parked from the hotel. No wash clothes - had to ask housekeeping for them. Ropes and cables hanging over our windows clicked all night long making it difficult to sleep. No hotel dining room. Instead there were several highly overpriced national restaurants in the hotel in which to dine. We’ve stayed in several other hotels in Niagara Falls over the years that were much better than this. The photo of the hotel is VERY deceptive. The view to the falls has obviously been photo shopped and doesn’t look like that. There are a number of buildings that block out some of the view. We were very disappointed with our stay.

Room had visible hairs in the washroom unclean. The front staff was unfriendly and had a bad attitude. Extremely unhelpful. Nobody called me to tell me my room was ready even though I booked two rooms and had to wait after 4pm for one of them and after 545pm for the second one. Extremely unaccomating.

The front desk staff did not seem very friendly - granted, we were about 25 minutes early for check in, but we asked if we could park our vehicle and come back. Even after the 4:00 pm check in time, we were advised that our King Fallsview Room wasn't yet ready. The room itself was well maintained and clean. The floor was VERY noisy, as there was a large group of 10-12 year old hockey players who were not especially supervised. The sound of doors slamming and kids running in the hall was an issue. We did dine in one of the onsite restaurants and while the service was quick, the food was mediocre. Coffee in the room leaves a lot to be desired.

Do NOT book with this hotel. Terrible management and service. I received a noise warning when my TV volume was set to 15, which you can barely hear from the end of the bed in a single-bed room. We weren’t even talking — it was an exhausting day, and we just wanted to relax and watch some TV. When I spoke with the Manager on Duty, he told me that 30 is the “not acceptable” level, which makes it even more confusing why I was given a warning at 15. They didn’t investigate the situation at all and immediately jumped to the conclusion that we were being loud. It was just me and my partner quietly watching TV around 11 PM. The managers were also no help — they didn’t look into anything and simply blamed the issue on “new staff.” Absolutely disappointing experience.
Do NOT book with this hotel. Terrible management and service. I received a noise warning when my TV volume was set to 15, which you can barely hear from the end of the bed in a single-bed room. We weren’t even talking — it was an exhausting day, and we just wanted to relax and watch some TV. When I spoke with the Manager on Duty, he told me that 30 is the “not acceptable” level, which makes it even more confusing why I was given a warning at 15. They didn’t investigate the situation at all and immediately jumped to the conclusion that we were being loud. It was just me and my partner quietly watching TV around 11 PM. The managers were also no help — they didn’t look into anything and simply blamed the issue on “new staff.” Absolutely disappointing experience.

Amazing! Thank you to Qasem and Giada who were exceptional at the front desk making sure we had an amazing transition from two separate bookings. They were wonderful to our family.

Horrible service had such a bad experience at this hotel. The room was stinking of bleach. They overcharged me and used up $600 worth of credit on my credit card. The refund and the extent that I had to go to file a complaint was absolutely ridiculous. Will never stay here again. Maria Should not be in customer service. She was a supervisor and disconnected my call because she didn’t like the fact that I said my day was absolutely disgusting. No customer service. Horrible room. Horrible experience.

Loved the location with the connected indoor walkway access to restaurtants, shopping and the casino. We spent two nights and didnt leave the property - which was perfect to avoid the cold winter weather. Prices are high but its to be expected for a touristy area. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Parking prices were high, something I didnt see when booking or researching the visit.

The front desk staff did not seem very friendly - granted, we were about 25 minutes early for check in, but we asked if we could park our vehicle and come back. Even after the 4:00 pm check in time, we were advised that our King Fallsview Room wasn't yet ready. The room itself was well maintained and clean. The floor was VERY noisy, as there was a large group of 10-12 year old hockey players who were not especially supervised. The sound of doors slamming and kids running in the hall was an issue. We did dine in one of the onsite restaurants and while the service was quick, the food was mediocre. Coffee in the room leaves a lot to be desired.

The hotel itself is nice and clean, and the staff are helpful and kind. There is an Ihop located inside the hotel, however, it closes by 2 or 3pm daily. The hotel is located on a main tourist strip so it gets very expensive to eat out and all the shops overcharge in the surrounding area if they know you are a tourist. This is not the fault of the hotel. Overall I had a nice stay but be prepared to spend a lot of money. Theres a Wego bus station that stops outside the hotel and circles around the main tourist areas, which was convenient.

First contact was Pamela at the check-in. She was not very friendly and actually gave wrong information regarding parking. She told me there was no on deck parking available, but one of the employees outside noted that there was parking and he actually went to another person to get that fixed for me. I just happened to be standing with the other employee at the front desk when I heard Pamela give someone else after me deck parking. The parking guys were fantastic. They helped us park and were very nice to us. The hotel is very clean and easy to get around in -signage is good. Directions are good. Water pressure is excellent- plenty of towels and the bed linens were immaculate. Attractions outside the hotel are within walking distance if you are able to walk on uneven ground. Another employee at the front desk whose name I unfortunately did not get helped us get to the Falls and provided a map. That was very helpful. Based on the views and the quality of the hotel, I would not hesitate to recommend it. However, I would suggest that Pamela have some training.
