Hilton Garden Inn Jackson

Kim, Terry, and Troy were the best hosts ever. They accommodated my family above and beyond our expectations. Hotel is clean and nicely furnished and close to shopping and dining. Also worth noting, I’m a Tesla owner, so having the fast charger in the parking lot was SUPER CONVENIENT and such a welcomed amenity.

From the checkin to checkout the staff and accommodations were excellent! The staff are awesome! The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. My nieces loved the pool and sitting outside was very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious but not free. My mistake for not reading and just assuming “breakfast provided” meant free. The only complaint was the pillows were very flat so if you like fluffy and firm bring your own. LOVED it and will stay again when I visit family.

The property is lovely. There are amenities like an on site restaurant and bar. Parking was easy. Upon check-in, I had to make 2 trips to the front desk because my room key did not work. The problem was that the battery in the lock was dead. This was the explanation given by the clerk on shift. The clerk switched me to another room and compensated me with a coupon to the restaurant. The restuarant food was decent but could have been better. The waitress was forgetful but polite. The bartender and cook were pleasant. The staff, for the most part were good. I had an interaction with a nameless front desk representative who was rude, disrespectful, and just down right nasty! The property management may want to invest in some very much needed customer experience training - that is for sure! Outside of that one, extremely unpleasant encounter with the desk clerk, all else was fair. Lastly, there was dirt behind the microwave, I'm talking about built up, nasty dirt! There was hair on the floor of the bathroom and hair in the shower! Between the filthy room and rude desk clerk, I decided to checkout early and head to another hotel. The amenities were good but I would NEVER again stay there or recommend anyone stay there!

We enjoyed the drinks and atmosphere but steak was a bummer… breakfast was good though.

Hot water was out for an entire day. Only one elevator working and it was pitch black because the lights were out.

All in all the hotel met our needs. We enjoyed the pool, but I was a little disappointed in the room itself. There was food left in the microwave from the last people, the back of the remote was missing the cover and the bathroom had a wall hook that was broken and falling out of the wall. Those things didn't ruin our stay, but if I'm fair with my assessment, those things remove a few points in my review. It would have also been nice if the TV had streaming apps like Netflix, etc (for me to log into). Otherwise, it met our needs and we enjoyed our time.

Absolutely FURIOUS. I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Jackson TN for 4 nights between February 13 and 17. My room was not cleaned ONCE. Trash not taken out, bed not made, dirty towels not removed. No cleaning whatsoever during my FOUR day stay. I reported the issue THREE times to the Front Desk with the promise of getting my room ready the next day, nothing happened. I refused to change rooms because I did not want (and I don't think I had to) go to the trouble of packing/unpacking.

Convenient location. Hotel was having some repairs done, not noted during booking. Bathrooms were not well cleaned and towels were dirty.

Hotel and room were clean. Staff were very friendly. Lots of restaurants nearby. I had access to Netflix. I'll stay there again, next time I'm in town.

We had a string of uncomfortable beds in previous hotels. These were just what we needed. Like sleeping at home.

Appreciative of my waitress and her caring. Chef is excellent. Courtney at the front desk super people person! My room was excellent but the semis were loud in 205 over my rain app I sleep with. I struggled sleeping only due to that. There is a hill and the semi engines would kick up right at that exact point.

Stayed for one night traveling from Indiana to Texas. After a long travel day we were given keys that didn’t work. Once we moved to another room and got settled in bed we found the TV was not working. We ended up sleeping anyway and leaving at 4am.

Only downfall was road noise but did not keep us awake. Would stay again.

Our stay was fine. The price was pretty high, in my opinion especially with breakfast not being included. Our room smelled really strong of cigarette smoke when we arrived. We tried to use a fan to move the air around. Overall the stay was fine and the staff were very kind and friendly. My pretty much only complaint would be that you have to pay extra ($15 a piece for adults) for breakfast if you choose to eat there and the cigarette smell in our room. We just went on down the road to a restaurant instead.

The room was mostly what you would expect from Hilton. Clean and comfortable. The doors are a bit heavy causing them to close hard, creating a slam that I’m sure would be heard by those around you. Guest laundry was adequate. Breakfast was “offered” at an additional cost, but not “included.” For the price of a Hilton hotel room, breakfast should be included; continental at least. The room was adequately cleaned and stocked except for the hand-lotion container permanently fixed to the wall. It was empty. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely an oversight by the housekeeping staff. All things considered, we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place to stay. We just had a quick over night visit but the facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was conveniently located with many food options within walking distance or a short drive. I used to prefer Holiday Inn Express but have switched exclusively to Hilton properties. Much better experience for about the same amount of money.

I didn’t like hearing people above my room running back and forth and when I asked for another room the staff member said there was not any available when she literally just offered a customer another room .

Very nice hotel, we were given a quiet room at the end of hall away from elevators as requested. Check in and check out was very easy and staff on duty were very friendly and efficient. The hotel that we usually stay at in Jackson was full (Spring Break) and for the very same price for the room we always receive a wonderful complimentary breakfast buffet. Rather disappointing that the Hilton does not offer that amenity as well.

More expensive than other hotels, but the beds were heavenly, 2 free waters. But breakfast and food and drink prices are astronomical. Uber somewhere. Staff and service was great.
