Stayed 3 nights

Bed was in bad condition, the middle of bed was concave in, room condition was also very basic and the hot water runs out after a 10 mins shower, would not recommend for family

Staff helpful. Good location, close to train station and Christmas market. Room was tired and in need of repair. Good value for the money compared to other hotels though.

The hospitality was exceptional, making us feel right at home. It would be perfect if they provided plenty of hair dryers.

Stayed 3 nights

We stayed for 3 nights during the Christmas market season. The hotel and the rooms are very basic (more like a hostel) but does the job. The location is very good, and you can easily walk into the centre as well as to the train station. The area is quiet despite being near the train tracks. The main issue for us was that the internet didn’t work (and I note from other comments that this was not just a one-off incident), so a mobile phone with a sufficient data package is essential. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
