Das Hotel ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Preis Leistung super. Leider war in der Zeit unseres Aufenthalts der Aufzug defekt und wir hatten ein Zimmer im 4, Stock. Das Hotel hat keine Klimaanlage und es wird im Sommer sehr stickig in den Zimmern, die Fenster kann man nur begrenzt öffnen, da die Umgebung sehr laut ist. Es gab auch nur eine Steckdose im ganzen Zimmer.

Short walk to the city centre, comfortable and clean accommodation at a reasonable rate. Parking secure undercover was €13 per day. Continental breakfast was good value as was service. Staff recommended some great restaurants nearby. Would stay there again.

This was a good basic hotel, but in need of maintenance. Excellent room size for 3 people, with a good kitchenette. Carrefour supermarket close by which is handy. Parking was off site - but an easy 10 minute walk. Hotel was about 15 minute walk to the centre of town, and close to the large shopping centre.

Un buon albergo, silenzioso. Non fanno servizio di pulizie giornaliero ma per brevi soggiorni va bene così. Unico appunto che posso fare è che non c'è l'asciugacapelli nelle camere, va richiesto alla reception e a quanto pare ne hanno uno solo quindi bisogna andare più volte e sperare di trovarlo prima o poi disponibile. In estate se ne può anche fare a meno ma con il freddo (e la pioggia) di questi giorni diventa davvero un problema. Colazione non provata

The staff at City Residence Strasbourg was very welcoming and helpful during my stay. Room was clean and spacious and glad that it had a kitchenette. Location was within a 10-minute walk to the train station and five minutes to Place des Halles for all my grocery needs. Thank you again.

Terrible wouldn’t stay here. If you want to feel safe and clean don’t stay here because our key card worked for our door and our neighbours and even when locking the door on the inside staff can still enter. The water came out brown and clearly a problem for a while because the tiles and sink where the water hit was stained a darker colour. Condition of the cupboards and shelf’s broken hanging off and chip board exposed, windows cobwebs in and out, curtains so stained. Pretty awful stay, hotel were told about the issues but change of key and a spray down the plug holes which done nothing was the solution they don’t care once they got your money what can you do. Internet awful.

La résidence et les chambres sont très propres, le ménage est fait à fond et bien. Ce qui n'implique pas le service de ménage mais est désagréable, ce sont les traces de moisissures sur les rails de la douche. La cuisine est minimaliste et aucun matériel pour égoutter la vaisselle si bien que le meuble se fissure! sinon les personnes de l'accueil sont agréables et cherchent toujours le moyen de répondre à vos demandes. Bravo

It is a very dirty and dusty room. I stayed 6 days no clean bedding and the room wasn’t clean. I have to book an extra day make 7 before my room was clean. Poor service and the atmosphere is gross.

We stayed for 3 nights during the Christmas market season. The hotel and the rooms are very basic (more like a hostel) but does the job. The location is very good, and you can easily walk into the centre as well as to the train station. The area is quiet despite being near the train tracks. The main issue for us was that the internet didn’t work (and I note from other comments that this was not just a one-off incident), so a mobile phone with a sufficient data package is essential. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is a budget property and good value for the money but needs some maintenance. The doors of the elevator were badly scratched, a cost if paint would do much to improve their appearance. The shower stall should be replaced, it is looking dodgy. The location is a bit far from the markets, you might consider using the trams instead of walking. Very few restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Easy flat walk to the station but a little farther than I thought it would be. Location was quiet, didn’t hear any street noise or hall noise. Room had dishes, sink, stove top and microwave which is handy for take out outlet basic cooking. No hairdryer, you need to borrow from the receptionist and hope one is available. Only one pillow which is a deal breaker for me since the bed is the only comfortable place to sit. I asked for another at the reception but they didn’t have any. Ok for a budget hotel but I think I would stay else where if I came back to the city.

On the positive side, the bathroom was clean, though it could use some modernization. The overall furniture is functional but quite outdated. Proche de la gare et du centre-ville. Mais soir de match, un supporter éméché ayant perdu sa carte d’accès a refait faire sa carte avec notre numéro de chambre et est entré en pleine nuit. Horreur ! Le réceptionniste n’a pas vérifié ni son nom ni son numéro de chambre !

Bom atendimento e deram a cortesia de antecipar um pouco o horário de check in, bem como tem o serviço de guardar bagagem após o check out, o que nos ajudou muito. Localização boa, próxima a estação central, uns 8 minutos de caminhada, mas tem um ônibus que pode ser utilizado também.

Es un hotel bastante económico y muy bien posicionado. Está muy cerca de la estación del tren y en 15 minutos andando estás en plaza kleber y en la catedral. Pero he echado de menos estancias comunes donde poder estar. Y nuestra habitación estaba en el primer piso q tenía bastante ruido de la gente q pasaba. La atención de la gente, en general, muy buena.
Es un hotel bastante económico y muy bien posicionado. Está muy cerca de la estación del tren y en 15 minutos andando estás en plaza kleber y en la catedral. This was a good basic hotel, but in need of maintenance. Excellent room size for 3 people, with a good kitchenette. Carrefour supermarket close by which is handy. Parking was off site - but an easy 10 minute walk. Hotel was about 15 minute walk to the centre of town, and close to the large shopping centre.

Despite the closeness of the train, the hotel is quite good located…just ten minutes walking from the centre of the city. My room was quite basic, however large and clean…breakfast also was enough considering the price, only missing a fruit. The staff are always there to answer questions, helping with whatever is needed, and greeting you at any time.

El hotel necesita urgentemente mantenimiento. La habitación no olía bien. La limpieza era insuficiente, especialmente el baño. Für ein kleines Budget stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Minimales Frühstück für kleines Geld, leckerer Kaffee und frischer Saft wie in einem guten Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal Trotz der Nähe zu den Gleisen, ist es relativ ruhig. Dusche und Toilette sehr sauber, auch das Küchenzubehör ist sauber. Wer beruflich hier ist, oder zu einem Wochenende wie wir, für den ist das genau richtig... Luxus darf nicht erwartet werden. Mit dem Auto gut anfahrbar. Parkplatz am Haus gegen Gebühr. Wir waren zufrieden.

We stayed for 3 nights during the Christmas market season. The hotel and the rooms are very basic (more like a hostel) but does the job. The location is very good, and you can easily walk into the centre as well as to the train station. The area is quiet despite being near the train tracks. The main issue for us was that the internet didn’t work (and I note from other comments that this was not just a one-off incident), so a mobile phone with a sufficient data package is essential. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
