Johan and Riccardo working at the reception when I checked in were very respectful and accommodating and did everything right so this negative review is NOT their fault. The first problem was that during the night the ventilation went off and the room got very warm and sticky and I was unable to sleep. However, I was willing to look past this despite having rights as a paying customer. So it will be easy to understand my disappointment when I was then later being told by the female employeee at the reception who worked there until 11 pm that I was not allowed to wait in the lounge after having gone back to get my bag and missing my train and waiting for a reservation at another Hotel to go through because this Hotel had no more rooms available. After all, I have stayed at this Hotel several nights in the past and was not causing a nuisance to anyone. I was not even helping myself to water or coffee in the lounge at that time because I had bought my own. So telling me that I had to leave for NO reason in front of many other guests in the Lounge was just so unnecessarily rude that I will never stay at this Hotel again unless I receive an apology. It's how we are treated when things are not going perfectly, not how we are treated when we need no help that really matters and shows us if a Hotel is worth choosing in the future.

The room was very peaceful & nice and Fadi at the reception was very helpful and friendly. All the staff members made me feel welcome and this is the only Hotel I have ever stayed in that has a huge Lounge that is very beautiful where free coffee and sweets are offered!

Saving money takes priority over anything else. There is almost zero water pressure, a loud motion detector every time you move in the bed, and a very bare room in general in the name of environmentalism. No comfort, but green boxes ticked.
