Clean. Bed was super comfortable. The small blanket onthe bed was just right as duvets are so heavy. Best coffee in the lobby. I know the semis need a place to park but they blocked one entrance.would be nice if the parking looped around the building.

The hotel is located next to a vacant lot which appeared to be used to dump stuff. The hotel was not exactly clean (my daughter nearly gagged after using the bathroom on the main floor while I was checking in. They had all kinds of issues with getting us checked in saying they were having issues with their reservation system, one room was able to be processed in about 10 minutes but it took another 15 to get the second one processed.

I booked the My Place hotel last minute for a Friday night stay in the area. The road to the hotel was a little dark so I was a little reluctant driving there however once in the parking lot it was well lit and clean. The lobby was clean and inviting. The front desk clerk was quick to get me checked in and tell me how to turn the icemaker on if I needed ice for the night. I didn't realize the room would have a kitchenette complete with full size fridge. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on cleanliness is the room smelled a little musty upon first entering but that cleared up once I turned the air to cooler. Otherwise the room/ bathroom/ kitchenette was super clean. The bed/ bedding was very comfortable. I would book here again if the need arose.

The water in the sink and shower didn’t drain properly. There was some sort of oily substance on the side table. The kitchen counter and stove top were dirty. The bed spread was gross obvious it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. I won’t use them again.

Our stay was interesting. First, we’re assigned a still dirty room at around 7pm. There was leftover food and unmade beds left by the previous occupants. Hotel quickly gave us another clean room. This new room smelled moldy and felt humid, but we just left it at that. However, when we tried to shower the next day, the tub did not drain at all. Hotel fixed it pretty quick. Overall, a lot of inconveniences, but they were resolved quickly and the staff was polite. Would probably not stay here again though.

Clean room, smelled of bleach when we entered but fine after that. Like the kitchen so that we can fix breakfast and lunch. This is our third stay at this property and we will be going back so they have to be doing something right :-)

Excellent hotel! We loved the recliner in the room and the kitchen! Altho nothing to cook with. Nobody told us about any dishes available, nor were there any signs present. Otherwise, everything was GREAT!

Nice for a cheap hotel. Bed was comfortable. No room sitting on toilet. It’s squished between the tub and sink and tp extremely hard to reach. Has a kitchen with full size fridge and a stove top but no dishes

The property was a quick walk to Logans Roadhouse. The room was clean and neat. The beds were so low to the ground I had issues getting up from the bed with my bad knees and back, I had a room accommodating for disabilities.

Lots to love about this property. One thing that could be improved upon was housekeeping and their checkout procedure. I got a knock and notice at 10:30 am that checkout was at 11 am. Then, another one at 10:45. C'mon guys, let me enjoy my room. I know check out is at 11am. It didn't really make me feel like a welcomed guest. I stay in hotels about 100 days a year because of my job. First time I've had this kind of experience. Hospitality and feeling comfortable in your room is important to a positive experience.

Check in was less than the best. The host was upset about a phone call she had just received and seemed more focused on that than welcoming me and checking me in. I definitely felt like I was interrupting her. The halls and room smelled somewhat stale and a little musty. The room itself was comfortable and homey. Very good bed!

Not for sure who is at fault but expedia blamed the hotel and the hotel blamed expedia. Check in was a horrible experience. Somehow my reservations werent showing up in the hotels system.

All of the staff were professional and kind. Check in was quick. No bugs in the room or seen anywhere on the property. I only say that because many hotels I’ve stayed in have had roaches. No bugs and room was clean. Lots of food options around within a 2 minute drive. Nashville is only 15-20 minutes down i40.

This was the first time stayed at my place and it was a very pleasant stay. The only thing was no breakfast but really doesn't matter to me. The staff was very considerate and courteous. I would stay there again whenever back in lebanon.

Website indicated a real breakfast bar! Vending machine only! No telling how long the food has bend in there! No de-cafe coffee! Bathroom door, ajar not lockable! Coffee in room was the worst !

A bit counter-productive to market a studio room and then not include plates, silverware, pots, glasses OR pans...can't REALLY use the kitchen portion of the studio!!! BTW...IF you wanted a glass...you could BUY ONE IN THE LOBBY! Silverware??? They'll give you VERY cheap plastic kits...like you might get at Wendy's with a kids meal!!!! Cutting all corners will, ultimately cut customers.
