A truely delightful stay. The rooms are comfortable & well appointed.Sitting on the terrace in the afternoon looking out over the fields & trees is very relaxing. We were welcomed very warmly & given all the information we required. And the breakfast is extraordinarily! We weren’t able to do justice to it. We were able to easily walk to the park & the closest restaurant is only a few minutes walk away. Indeed a 5 star experience.

I highly recommend staying at Imperial House while visiting Plitvice National Park. The room was comfortable. They have a spacious, covered back patio with different seating areas for socializing that looks out on a nice garden and a field behind the property. Their breakfast was amazing, beautifully presented, and extensive.

Bellissimo hotel, vicinissimo all'ingresso del parco. Camera nuova e ben arredata. Comodo parcheggio. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli in camera molto prima dell'orario del check in e la proprietaria ci ha dato molte informazioni utili sia per il parco che sui ristoranti della zona! Colazione abbondamente e con prodotti tipici. Consigliatissimo!

This property was a little slice of heaven. I stayed there with my family. Loved how convenient and clean it was. Breakfast was wonderful and prepared with so much care. The owner, an absolute delight. Outdoor patio and garden were exquisite; a perfect place to enjoy an afternoon coffee or drink, read a book and listen to birds chirping, or catch up on conversations. It was very close to the Lake entrance which made it extra convenient.

Excellent stay at Imperial House. Check in was smooth and the owner provided us with a detailed map of the park and showed us the best route to take. She also provided supper recommendations. The rooms were very clean, spacious and updated. Perfect location to get to the park the next morning. Breakfast was delicious and there’s nice terrace to sit outside. Highly recommended this bed and breakfast.

Imperial House was a wonderful place to stay for visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park. It was a 7 minute drive away from the park entrance 1. The room was spacious, airy, and comfortable. There was a lovely breakfast with many options, and they even told us we could make sandwiches for our hike in the park. There is also a large pretty garden with lounge chairs.

The rooms and the entire facility are immaculately maintained, a definite 10/10 rating for cleanliness. The building is on a large, manicured lot and our window overlooked the beautiful back field. The rooms are very quiet with comfortable bed. It was nice to wake up to a delicious hearty breakfast before driving off to our next stop.

The property and host were amazing. Rooms were cute and recently renovated while the sitting area out back was very peaceful with a view overlooking a field of wild flowers. We sat out back with a bottle of wine and just enjoyed the quiet. Breakfast was more than we could have expected. Our host recommended several restaurants - we selected Degenja and were so glad we did. Very nice experience and fantastic food. Definitely deserves the night rating.

After 3 nights in Dubrovnik old town which was a beautiful town but our apartment wasn’t amazing we were apprehensive about this place. We couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and very spacious in comparison to the previous apartment. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was clean and well looked after. The best part though was the owner. She couldn’t do enough for us. She was amazing and just what we needed after a 5 and a half hour drive. She helped us arrange our tickets to Plitvice national park. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of selection, and she even let us take away some food for lunch to avoid paying the expensive prices on site. I couldn’t rate this place high enough, even my fiancé was pleased ;) I would give this place an easy 10/10

É uma pousada que parece ser nova (ou muito bem conservada). Como quase todas as outras opções na região, é um local pequeno com uma meia dúzia de quartos (mais ou menos), gerenciado por uma pessoa. Os quartos são de bom tamanho e embora básicos, são confortáveis. Fica a cerca de 5,5km da Entrada 1, e até menos da Entrada 2. Há um restaurante a distância caminhável. Uma desvantagem é que o chuveiro não tem porta, então acaba molhando um pouco o banheiro. Outra possível desvantagem é que o café da manhã só começa às 7h, o que dificulta se você quiser chegar bem na hora que o parque abre. Poderia ser servido mais cedo. Felizmente no meu caso comprei o ingresso para as 8h.

Friendly host, easy check-in. Information about the park was given and how to obtain tickets. Spacious room, large bed however there are no blackout curtains as advertised. My room was very hot, and the air condition was not working properly and therefore had to sleep with the windows open which meant I was woken up regularly during the night by the road noise. Location is absolutely perfect, 4 min drive from the entrance to the park. Plenty of parking. Property has a great garden with a good seating area. Breakfast is a continental breakfast and is the same each day. Supermarket is a 10 min drive away. Many restaurants within a 10-mile radius. Host gave some good recommendations. Overall a good stay.

Das Imperial House ist ein familiär geführtes Privathaus, sehr gut gelegen wenn man die Plitvizer Seen und Wasserfälle besuchen möchte. Das kleine Hotel liegt nur ganz wenige Autominuten vom Parkplatz des Eingangs 2 entfernt von wo aus die Wanderung beginnen kann. Das kleine Hotel ist ein Garni Hotel aber zum Essen kann man nur zu Fuss über die Strasse laufen wo es ein sehr gutes Restaurant gibt. Reservationen für den Eintritt in den Nationalpark sollte man im Voraus buchen.

The rooms were very clean, spacious and updated. Perfect location to get to the park the next morning. Breakfast was delicious and there’s nice terrace to sit outside. We just spent one night at Imperial House before getting up very early the next morning for our entry at Plitvice Lakes. The staff were so lovely (shared a map and information about the park), and the breakfast in the morning was so wonderful. The room was charming (you definitely feel that you're staying in the country, which was a lovely change of pace for our trip), and the bathroom nice. It was really all about the service and convenient location for us though (5-10 minute drive to either entrance of the park)!

Excellent location, just a few kilometers from the entrance to the Plitvice park. The hostess offered the info about the area. The Imperial House offers very good breakfast, clean accommodation and pleasant surroundings. We are highly recommend this place.

Incredibly well appointed hotel, everything was first rate, the owner was on-site and very friendly. They provided a wonderful breakfast. It is a 5 minute drive to Entrance 2 at Plitvice Lakes NP. There is a restaurant right next day that is quaint and another very nice restaurant within a 10 minute walk. Definitely recommend this choice of stay

Das Imperial House ist ein familiär geführtes Privathaus, sehr gut gelegen wenn man die Plitvizer Seen und Wasserfälle besuchen möchte. Das kleine Hotel liegt nur ganz wenige Autominuten vom Parkplatz des Eingangs 2 entfernt von wo aus die Wanderung beginnen kann. Das kleine Hotel ist ein Garni Hotel aber zum Essen kann man nur zu Fuss über die Strasse laufen wo es ein sehr gutes Restaurant gibt. Reservationen für den Eintritt in den Nationalpark sollte man im Voraus buchen.

A truely delightful stay. The rooms are comfortable & well appointed.Sitting on the terrace in the afternoon looking out over the fields & trees is very relaxing. We were welcomed very warmly & given all the information we required. And the breakfast is extraordinarily! We weren’t able to do justice to it. We were able to easily walk to the park & the closest restaurant is only a few minutes walk away. Indeed a 5 star experience.

Parece aquelas pousadas aconchegantes e calorosas do nordeste brasileiro, com um café da manhã personalizado, onde a proprietária pergunta se você quer ovos mexidos ou estrelados… E não sei a mágica que ela faz, mas saem perfeitos, melhores do que qualquer hotel cinco estrelas porque são feitos na hora e com carinho para você! Assim como a acolhida a viajantes cansados depois de um maravilhoso passeio no parque croata, patrimônio da UNESCO, com cascatas alucinantes, que fica exatamente ao lado do hotel. Quarto extremamente limpo, localizada no campo: um refúgio silencioso e perfeito para esquecer um pouco a pressa do dia a dia. Ao lado, a uma pequena caminhada, restaurantes familiares que servem trutas e pratos típicos croatas. Vamos voltar ainda nesta viagem, antes de embarcarmos em Zagreb.
