Really enjoyable stay - clean throughout and very lovely team on reception. We didn't eat at the hotel at all - went out for breakfast. We did use the hot tub and watched the sun go down around the alps! Two things for the hotel to look at - hair dryer isn't very powerful, and they need a spare key for the ski boot locker room (thye couldn't find it twice!).

This is an old fashion ski lodge at the edge of city center. It's not bad but not great. The facilities are dated. Our room advertised as mountain view looks out to the wall of another building. Breakfast was parsimonious. Good news is that there is parking if you pay.

We booked this room mainly because of the hot tub which they clearly promote as their best asset. Well on the first night they couldnt adjust the PH balance to a level that was safe. We waited for an hour for them to fix but they coudnt do so. Inconvenient but not the end of the world. Then the second night we come back after skiing all day and were very eager to use the tub. Well at that juncture we were informed that you need a reservation to use it. How this wasnt something that they would tell you during checkin is ridiculous. There were only 2 people that had the reservation so we asked if we can use it with them since there was only 2 of us but they wouldnt allow it. So stupid. The hot tub can easily fit 8

Das Auberge du Manoir liegt ganz nahe an der Fussgängerzone mit eigenen Parkplätzen (etwas teuer). Die Zimmer sind sehr charmant renoviert, wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker.

Great boutique hotel. We were upgraded to the Junior Suite which was incredible. The front desk staff were very helpful and gave us great recommendations. Only downside was that the Jacuzzi was closed (shoulder season), but the front desk staff directed us to QC Therme just down the road. Slightly more expensive, but well worth the price. There is some road noise, but overall incredible views and stay.

The stay was excellent. The location was perfect to get to the ski bus to the different Domains in Chamonix. We really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The spa and sauna was amazing after skiing even if we had to pay to book an individual hour. It was worth it. My only complaint is that the door locking system to the rooms is very tricky and was not properly explained at check so the first night we had trouble getting into the room and no one was at the front desk. Otherwise it was an excellent stay.

Cozy and welcoming- and the staff was magnificent! The rooms are nicely appointed and have a quaint chalet feel. I didn’t use any of the amenities as there is an additional charge but did take advantage of the on site parking for an additional fee…but felt it was worth the price due to the location of the hotel. Only criticism is that the radiators in the room generate very little heat and the room barely warms(we were there in winter). However, with the quilt on the bed and the wool blanket provided- I slept very comfortably …but this is what I prefer. If sleeping in a cold room isn’t your cup of tea, just be sure to wear warm pajamas and get the extra blanket!!

Point positif :Hotel bien situé Point négatif : le ménage une catastrophe, premier jour ménage moyen, nous laissons une serviette par terre pour qu elle soit changer, mais à notre retour elle était toujours par terre. Nous avons pourtant suivi les indications. 2 ème jour: à 18h le menage n est toujours pas fait nous sommes sortis quasiment toute la journée et nous avons prévenu la réception à 2 reprises. Sur les 2 jours , l aspirateur n est pas fait. La femme de ménage m indique que elle est seule pour faire tout l hotel!! Il faut peut être embaucher pour que le ménage soit fait à un horaire correct. Au niveau de l indication sur expedia eau minérale annoncée il s agit d'eau du robinet filtré : ce n est donc pas de l eau minérale La douche est à réparer, le tuyau fuit. Enfin chambre n 15 avec aucune luminosité vu la taille des fenêtres .

Sottotetto caldo : aprire la finestra non consente di riposare per traffico sulla strada molto prossima . Comunque vicina al centro quindi posizione non malissimo per questo.

We loved our stay here because we just parked our rental car at the property which is nicely tucked in, and we walked everywhere in the main town. Very close to anything you need really. The actual hotel is charming, amazing views. The room we were in was a bit basic, had a small smell and bit of mold in shower. Location 5* and staff werre super friendly. Nice outdoor area as well.

The location is sensational, and the service is excellent, and they helped me out when I bought the wrong charger, however, it was let down by the bed. I had booked a Mountain View (which I got) but I booked for 2, and rather than have a actual double bed, it was 2 singles together, which would have been fine, but there was no effort made to attach the beds together, thus, it was very uncomfortable and a few times I have to wake up and push the beds together, which was less than ideal. Other than that it was a fantastic stay, the staff were great, and the hotel was very nice, and very cosy.

Fantastic little hotel near train station…our little balcony faced Mont Blanc…we could lay in bed and look up at with an unobstructed view of mountain…it was great!

Great location - easy walking access to stations and to the town center - just 5 minutes walk from great restaurants and bars. Booked two super nice rooms with plenty of space, balconies and a great view of the mountains. Very quiet - not a party hotel in any way. Simple but delicious included breakfast and great coffee. Highlight are the team members there - very helpful and kept the place running well after an unexpected (but delightful) 10 inches of snow dropped overnight.

A cute property with very friendly staff. However, the location is adjacent to the noisy highway. In addition, we happened to stay when the hot water heater was not functioning. Staff did not forewarn us, though they apologized and twice assured us the repairman was on-site. We never experienced a warm shower here. I'm sorry to sound grumpy, but on a warm night, the only ventilation was a single small window. Perhaps the property is ideal during the ski season?

Due to the train schedule, I happened to arrive in Chamonix 3 hours before check-in time. I would have been happy with leaving my luggage, but they offered a room available when asking them. I really appreciated that.

Great central location and comfortable, clean accommodations. The best part was the staff. A very warm welcome, helped take our luggage upstairs, and then did a cleanliness check of the room while they were there. During our stay, they helped with information on ski rentals, bus service and restaurant recommendations. And after my wife hurt her knee skiing, one of the reception desk attendants (long brown hair, sadly we somehow didn’t get her name) looked up endless rental car and other options to help us rearrange our next leg of the trip. She also kindly volunteered to drive us to the train station with all our luggage during her lunch break. Can’t say enough about the kindness and caring of the staff. Will definitely stay again if we return to Chamonix!

本当は⭐︎5つ。 なぜ？ 一名のスタッフの対応… 日本人が嫌いなのか、アジア人が嫌いなのか、私が気に入らないのか… まあ対応が素晴らしい… 今までいろいろな国を訪れ、いろいろなホテルに泊まりましたが、初めて！！ お部屋は可愛くて、他のスタッフさんは楽しくて、朝食は毎日ほぼ同じだけど許せて、ジャグジー&サウナは本当におすすめ。 バルコニーからの眺めもモンブラン側ではないにせよ、いやいや素敵。 バスタブ付きの写真どおりのお部屋で満足です。 あ！冷蔵庫は扉が壊れていて使えませんでした… ただし、バルコニーに置いておけば冷蔵庫以上に冷えたので問題なしとします。 電子レンジが自由に使えるのもポイント高し。

The staff was incredibly helpful during all aspects of the trip. The entire hotel is very clean. Breakfast was excellent, and we were able to have a drink every night from the bar and sit outside to watch the sun fade off of the glacier. My only suggestion to the hotel is to have fans available at the front desk if the guests would need them when the days are warmer, especially for rooms on the third floor. Otherwise, we would absolutely stay again.

This is the perfect place to visit Chamonix from. Just on the edge of town, a five minute walk, very quiet in the evening. Very comfortable, clean and cosy. Helpful staff and a lovely breakfast. What more do you need?

Great location - easy walking access to stations and to the town center - just 5 minutes walk from great restaurants and bars. Booked two super nice rooms with plenty of space, balconies and a great view of the mountains. Very quiet - not a party hotel in any way. Simple but delicious included breakfast and great coffee. Highlight are the team members there - very helpful and kept the place running well after an unexpected (but delightful) 10 inches of snow dropped overnight.

Das Auberge du Manoir liegt ganz nahe an der Fussgängerzone mit eigenen Parkplätzen (etwas teuer). Die Zimmer sind sehr charmant renoviert, wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker.

A cute property with very friendly staff. However, the location is adjacent to the noisy highway. In addition, we happened to stay when the hot water heater was not functioning. Staff did not forewarn us, though they apologized and twice assured us the repairman was on-site. We never experienced a warm shower here. I'm sorry to sound grumpy, but on a warm night, the only ventilation was a single small window. Perhaps the property is ideal during the ski season?

We loved our stay here because we just parked our rental car at the property which is nicely tucked in, and we walked everywhere in the main town. Very close to anything you need really. The actual hotel is charming, amazing views. The room we were in was a bit basic, had a small smell and bit of mold in shower. Location 5* and staff werre super friendly. Nice outdoor area as well.

This is an old fashion ski lodge at the edge of city center. It's not bad but not great. The facilities are dated. Our room advertised as mountain view looks out to the wall of another building. Breakfast was parsimonious. Good news is that there is parking if you pay.

Cute hotel and nice staff. Small rooms, but it had a cozy feeling and a balcony. Great garden and space around the hotel giving it a feeling of privacy despite the central location. The breakfast buffet was not worth the money - it was better and approximately same price to eat at a local café.

The stay was excellent. The location was perfect to get to the ski bus to the different Domains in Chamonix. We really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The spa and sauna was amazing after skiing even if we had to pay to book an individual hour. It was worth it. My only complaint is that the door locking system to the rooms is very tricky and was not properly explained at check so the first night we had trouble getting into the room and no one was at the front desk. Otherwise it was an excellent stay.

This was one of our favorite hotels out of the many we stayed at on our monthlong Alps vacation. The location was perfect for all of our Chamonix activities, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Having the corner room was really nice since it allowed great cross-ventilation during this very hot summer. The daily breakfasts were just right for us as were the afternoon aperitifs in their onsite bar. Our only complaint was the pricing to use the hot tub. It was way too steep for us.
