B&B HOTEL LYON Centre Perrache

L’avantage c’est le parking souterrain en plein centre ville.

O quarto é bom, espaço suficiente para um casal. Como pontos negativos, gostaria de ressaltar que fiz a reserva por conta da facilidade de ter um estacionamento, porém ao chegar para realizar o check in, o hotel informa que não havia mais vagas no estacionamento e que o carro deveria ficar estacionado na rua. Não havia toalha de rosto no quarto e o box não havia porta, resultando no piso do banheiro molhado em cada banho.

Todo correcto, no es céntrico pero a pie en 15 minutos estás en el centro de la ciudad. Cerca del río, agraable. Personal correcto, parking muy aconsejable porque está cerrado y accesible por 15€ la noche. Lo aconsejamos por su calidad /precio ☺️

Arrived late as flight was delayed. Coffee machine not working and no facilities for anything to eat or drink.

War OK. Unser Zimmer war richtig groß und wir hatten viel Platz um unsere Sachen unterzubringen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Parken in der sicheren und geräumigen Tiefgarage kostet 18€ pro Nacht. In der Mittagszeit durften wir dort eine Stunde länger parken.. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Badezimmer in unser Zimmer war echt schmutzig. Überall waren Reifenspuren(wahrscheinlich vom Rollstuhl) zu sehen. Echt enttäuschend.

Great location, up to date property, supports parking but not for larger vehicles, 24 hour desk claim proved to be a bit off as I had to bang on doors to awake someone to let me out of the garage at 5AM to make our flight.

I noticed 2 bugs on the bedsheets and near the bed, and after checking I’m nearly certain they were bedbugs. I ended my stay early and discarded some clothing. It’s a shame because the location is very accessible and the staff were overall okay, but I wouldn’t return.

Dans l'ensemble le séjours c'est bien passée juste a signalé la propreté laisse a désiré, beaucoup de poussière table de nuit mobilier surtout le mur tête de lit remplis de poussière, on a même passé un mouchoir en papier pour essuyer les moutons qui apparaissaient, on a récupéré le mouchoir noir et remplis de poussière.

Yeri güzel. Oda temizliğine biraz daha dikkat edilmesi gerek. Oda terliği, mini buzdolabı yok. 2 kişilik oda için tek havlu vardı. 1 - 2 geceden fazla kalmaya uygun değil, odalar çok küçük.

Muy limpia, cuidada y nueva. La ducha hay que cuidar que no salpique y el lavabo un poco atascado, el resto, todo perfecto

The air conditioning was near impossible to get to work. The dial just rotated and the temperature would do what it wanted. The bed side light did not work and the hand wash was not restocked. There was a loose socket in the corridor with visible wires. I found dirty cutlery and plates in the racks at breakfast and cereal was not restocked. It’s the second time I have been bitten by a spider at a hotel b&b. Location was great and it would not put me off visiting another hotel b&b.

The location is really convenient for the bus/train station and walkable into town. There are also plenty of places to eat nearby. The room was small, potentially inconveniently small if travelling as a couple, but absolutely fine for one person. The shower was great! Breakfast was good - plenty of different options.

The price was too high for this level of service. There was no fridge, no safe, no hair dryer etc.

Superfint ophold med et godt værelse og en rigtig god seng. Dog var vinduerne ikke lydisolerede, som der ellers stod på hjemmesiden. Man kunne derfor høre meget larm fra trafikken.

The room was great, but I couldn’t change the air conditioning and I didn’t have access to YouTube (like they claimed). But the property and the breakfast is great.

Convenient location, friendly staff. Building in slight disrepair and the beds were very hard. The bed also made a loud noise every time you moved, so it woke us up a fre times thought the night if we rolled over.

Globalement l'hotel est confort et bien situé. Le gros probleme est la chaleur . Le chauffage est a fond surtout dans le hall mais aussi dans les chambres

Leider ist das WLAN sehr umständlich. Man muss sich jedesmal, wenn man das Hotel verlassen hat, wieder vollständig neu einloggen mit vielen Angaben. Alles andere ist ok.

Oda iki kişi için gerçekten çok küçüktü. İçeride aynı anda iki kişi hareket edemiyorduk desek yeridir. Bunun dışında temiz ve hizmet kalitesi fena değildi.

Habitacion muy pequeña, sin sitio para dejar la ropa, wifi desastroso se desconecta continuamente, hacen la limpieza muy tarde llegando a media tarde y las camas por hacer. No aconsejo este hotel

We were unable to check in at check in time because they did not have our room ready for us. We had to wait half an hour, ended up getting into our room around 3 and were late for our evening activity. Other people behind us in line got rooms before we did. I would also like to add that we stopped by in the early morning to drop off our bags and were told that the room would be ready at 2. When we went to check out, no one was there. We waited a few minutes but still no one came.

Value for money! Basic travel needs are met and comfort needs especially are met. Highly recommend this hotel. Easy access to attractions in Lyon. Breakfast and reception staff are courteous and friendly

Lovlely place very good receptionist helped us find our way

Elegimos este hotel específicamente porque se anuncia con estacionamiento y en buena ubicación. Pero fue un desastre absoluto. Al hacer el check-in, preguntamos dónde podíamos estacionarnos. El recepcionista nos indicó que estaba bien hacerlo en la calle, enfrente del hotel. Al ver que el edificio contaba con cámaras de videovigilancia y confiando en su criterio como empleado del hotel, que nos aseguró que era una zona "segura" aceptamos su indicación. Después entendimos la verdadera razón: el estacionamiento del hotel estaba lleno. En lugar de ser honestos o buscar una solución para un servicio que promocionan, optaron por desviarnos a la calle. Después de cenar, encontramos el cristal de la ventana roto y todas nuestras maletas con todas nuestras pertenencias robadas. Devastados, pedimos ayuda en recepción. El empleado se NEGÓ a llamar a la policía, argumentando que debíamos hacerlo nosotros mismos. Al ser turistas extranjeros sin línea local, le suplicamos que nos permitiera usar el teléfono con cargo para llamar a la policía y a nuestra agencia de alquiler. También se NEGÓ rotundamente, sugiriendo que fuéramos a una estación de policía que estuviera abierta un domingo por la noche. Cuando preguntamos por las cámaras de videovigilancia, nos informaron que no tenían forma de ayudarnos, dejando en evidencia que la seguridad que creímos tener era inexistente. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL A NADIE!

Relativ zentral, für eine Städtetour gut geeignet. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung.

Hôtel situé à moins de 10 min à pieds de la gare Lyon Perrache. Calme et propre. Personnel accueillant et professionnel

Excellent property. I recommend. The area- not that good. Homeless people sleeping around the corner. Smell of urine prevalent. Might get robbed in the small hours of the night

Hotel is in a good location close to transit and very quiet. We found it all functional and clean.

Nice hotel and friendly staff within easy reach of Lyon Centre. Didn’t book breakfast as they couldn’t accommodate vegan diet, not even with plant milk if any kind.
