Very lovely hotel: my room was large and very comfortable. The comfiest bed I had in Korea by far! Everything was clean and the staff were fantastic. Great location minutes from the underground station. Also there's a sauna in the gym area which is lovely & you don't have to use the gym to use the sauna!

The rooms were of a decent size, well lit, and had ample outlets for plugging in various devices. The hotel itself houses a membership gym (hotel guests can also use the gym), and being such a gym, it is larger and better equipped than any hotel fitness centre I’ve used. The sauna was one amenity we didn’t get to try, and the rooftop deck is still not open.

The gym has closed and no longer operated but they still put it on and advertised it! It is not honest! The interiors are old .the front / back entrance is not friendly for taxi pull over. Smoking smell from other floors kept flowing into the bathroom. It is okey to stay for young generations to stay not so much for business.

Room service wasn’t really service. Bed sheets were always stained and not clean. A lot of dust in the room. But overall not a bad stay for the price I paid. Wouldn’t pay more than 100 a night.

I picked this hotel for its competitive pricing and ultimately liked its location and proximity to restaurants and attractions in the area as well as to the subway to attractions beyond. I would have appreciated more thorough room cleaning, however. While the bed was made everyday, I don't think the sheets were ever changed in the week I was there and the bathroom began to smell towards the end of my stay. Had cleanliness not been an issue, I would have given this hotel 4 stars (but still pointedly not 5) and my recommendation to those with budget in mind. I will unfortunately look to stay elsewhere (or budget more money for accommodations) next time I'm in Seoul.

良かった店交通の便が良くご飯屋さんあったりして便利かも！駅から近くて歩いて行ける距離！ホテル内は綺麗でゆっくりできました悪かった点間違えて1日前に予約してしまって 1日分の返金されなくてがっかりでした。もう1日分を取らないと行けなかったので料金もかかって初韓国トラブルでした。来店しなかったら電話して欲しかったホテル内でお風呂髪の毛あり。タオルに髪の毛あり。ボロボロのまであってびっくりしましたその他は過ごしやすくてゆっくりできました髪の毛だけはしっかりしてほしい。掃除してないのかな？て思いました

We stayed more than 2 weeks and overall, we are satisfied! Staffs were kind and was able to help everything we asked, but sometimes we didnt satisfy with cleaning (hairs and dust were still around the bed even after cleaning) so we had to let the front desk know. Besides this and our window was facing right in front of other building so we left curtains closed everyday, it was good. Thank you!

It was in a good location, with easy access to the nearest train station. Our room was very spacious, with great wifi - we had a really comfortable stay overall. We had a lot of trouble finding an ATM that accepted foreign cards so that we could top up our T-money cards - the staff tried to help us but were not really able to; we ended up stumbling upon one on our own, but it was a very stressful few hours. Would recommend, but make sure to get cash out at the airport!

Good pricing value for money. Noise from outside windows can be heard day to night. There is an unpleasant smell when I first entered the room, after opening the windows for few hours, it is better. Hotel staffs are friendly and I like that even with do not disturb sign on, the hotel always provide a new set of towels and mineral water daily at room door.

Pretty good place and excellent value. Only a few minor things like not having cups to hold toothbrushes, grouting that has some stains in the bathroom and an Aircon unit display that is partially damaged. There was only 1 cleaner I saw working on the floor I was on. But the room was large and modern with both walk-in shower and hot tub. Also includes sockets for any mains plug type on the desk

Hotel Newv was perfect in location, super close to one of the major subway stations in Seoul. It was surrounded by cafes and a lot of dining options which made it very convenient. Staffs were kind except for one receptionist who I checked in with. There was no welcoming note nor explanation about the hotel/amenities/services. I wouldn't say they went beyond anything that was expected. One thing that I couldn't understand was how the bathroom door was transparent. I was staying by myself so it wasn't a problem for most of the time but when I had a friend over, it was pretty weird. I can't imagine what it'd be like for a couple or a family staying in the room. Even though I had the heater off, the room got really stuffy and hot yet they didn't have a temperature controller (only had a heater option which was useless at this point). Some of the facilities/amenities that they said they're offering or stipulated in the hotel intro were not available. I think they should either make them available asap or just get rid of them from hotel intro page.

2度目の滞在です。今回もチェックインもチェックアウトもスムーズでよかったです。特にチェックインを担当してくれたスタッフさんが日本語も出来て、丁寧で嬉しかったです。ご飯を食べに行こうとした際に急な土砂降りで遠出は難しく、近場でご飯屋さんを探していたのですが、スタッフさんに聞いたら快く教えてくれました！そのお店もとても美味しかったです！ありがとうございました！また是非利用したいと思います。

グループで5泊しました。チェックアウト時にフロントでタクシーを呼んでもらい、帰国するためソウル駅に向かいました。駅に到着し、スーツケースを持って駅構内に向かっている時に、メンバーの1人がカバンをタクシーに忘れたことに気付いたのですが、既にタクシーは走り出した後。タクシーにどう連絡すれば分からず、あたふたしてしまいましたが、フロントで渡されたタクシーのナンバーが記載されたカードを持っていたので、まずはホテルのフロントに電話し事情を説明しました。その電話を切って数分後にフロントから着信があり、タクシー運転手と連絡が取れたとのこと。タクシーはこちらに戻ってきてくれ、無事にカバンを受け取ることができました。フロントの方の速やかな対応に皆で感動、感謝しています。ミスをしたのは我々ですが、それをフロントやタクシー運転手さんに助けて頂き、心から感謝しています。ホテルでの滞在も、ゆったりと静かに過ごせました。次の滞在でも利用したいです。

Our family had a good experience with this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. We booked two rooms for the week. One of the rooms had a strong odor and they switched us to a different room at our request without any issues. There were lots of eateries within walking distance to the hotel. I come back to this hotel when I go to South Korea. It has a modern aesthetic. It’s walking distance to the subway and is also walking distance to COEX Mall. It was a super convenient location for the Plastic Surgery clinic I was going to. I always recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Gangnam.

2泊滞在しました。江南駅から2駅と交通の便がよく、ソンルン駅を出てすぐの場所にあります。帰りはソンルン駅→仁川空港のリムジンバスを利用しましたが、バス停も近くて分かりやすい場所にあって良かったです。大きくはないですが周りにコンビニも多く、滞在で困ることはありません。お部屋は隅々まで綺麗とは言えない部分もありましたが、概ね問題なく過ごせました。空調もしっかりコントロールできます。バスローブしかないので、パジャマ持参をおすすめします。 10年ぶりの渡韓でしたが、安心して滞在できたのでまた利用したいです。

It is located in front of a quiet apartment complex school, and you can take subway line 2 and Bundang line to anywhere in Seoul within 2 minutes. Also, there are many Korean food places within 2 minutes walk. This place is still the center of Gangnam, where the academic fever in Korea is the highest. However, the disappointing view from the room is that of the building next door, so you have to close the curtains. Reasonable price, friendly staff, and clean rooms. I will use it again next time.

地下鉄2号線ソンルン駅から徒歩5分以内で、アクセスは抜群です。ビジネス街のため、サラリーマン向けの深夜まで営業してるお店やコンビニ、カフェもたくさんあり、便利です。隣のサムソン駅にはCOEXモールもあり、買い物も楽です。唯一、残念だったのは、朝食ビュッフェが日本のビジネスホテルよりコスパが悪かったので、近辺の定食屋さんやカフェでの朝食をお奨めします。

The hotel staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. My only issue was I thought the breakfast when I booked the hotel, but you had to pay for it, so I ended up getting breakfast at a convenience store nearby, since it was a lot cheaper.
