Very convenient location. Room was spacious and very clean. Would've liked a small fridge to cool drink. Unfortunately the rooftop restaurant and bar wasn't open during my stay even though it was advertised to be- this was very disappointing. Useful baggage store.

The bedroom is small but well appointed. I loved the form mattress and got a good night’s sleep. The ambiance is tranquil and the reception smelled great. Best of all was Kareem whose welcome and help made the stay so pleasant. When we found that our room was just beneath the rooftop bar and subject to late night noise, Kareem immediately changed our room with no fuss. We never made it to the rooftop bar and the many bad reviews it gets made it no big deal. I bet the hotel would get way better ratings if it could remedy the poor service reported.

The hotel staff were really clear and friendly. Our room had no window which was as expected for the “cinema” room. The location was great. The free water and small but mighty gym were surprising delighters. If you plan to be spending the majority of your day out, this hotel and specific room type may be the perfect fit for you too.

Great location in Lyon. Nice sleeping accommodations with strangely set up bathroom. Lovely roof top bar restaurant with exceptional views. Inconvenient lobby entry for travel luggage and ease of entry and egress. All services readily available nearby. Restaurant staff were outstanding!

This hotel is a bit strange but has great staff. Our room had no windows looking outside. There was one large window looking over the 3rd floor salon which was super weird but fortunately it had a thick curtain. I felt a bit claustrophobic. The air conditioning was set at 20 (not cold enough in this tiny inside room with no outside ventilation) and couldn’t be changed by us…we had to ask the staff person to change it. The bed was relatively comfortable and the location was convenient. There was no area to stop to drop our bags off but there was parking a few blocks away. The downstairs staff was great. They were the best thing about this hotel.

Our third stay at this property. We’ve never been disappointed. Clean, convenient and very friendly staff. The only issue we’ve ever had is the spotty WiFi. Every morning and every time we would leave the hotel for any length of time we would have to log back in even though we had our devices set for auto join.

Quite simply said - do not book this property. The rooms are ridiculously small and expensive. We booked the signature room which is the biggest and still it was like a shoebox. For one person is fine, but definitely not 2 people. Terrible service. I asked for an extra duvet a week before check in, but there was nothing there. Asked the reception 3 times, it never got there. The cleaning staff left a used cleaning towel next to the sink.. Not sure if they actually cleaned the room. Terrible terrible hotel.

Hotel was good, close to public transport and plenty of bars and restaurants. Unfortunately we were in the ‘Cinema Room’, which had no external windows. We couldn’t get fresh air into the room and the aircon wasn’t enough to get rid of the humid air after showers. Also, there was no fridge in the room - you had to leave any food items with the concierge on the ground floor

The hotel is well located. The room is.small with standard facilities. it has a coffee machine but not a refrigerator. The bathroom is bigger than the usual one with heather device for towels. We got late check out until 2pm that is good on Sunday. Airco works very well. We may come back.

From the moment we arrived I felt like I was at home. The staff member who greeted us was reasonably knowledgeable about the area even though he had only lived in the area a short time. The hotel is perfectly clean, well maintained, and is very well positioned near Hôtel de Ville metro station. For new visitors to Lyon, it’s easy to get to on the metro, but takes two short metro lines. Once here the position is perfect for accessing the city and old town, many bars and restaurants, and sightseeing. Will definitely stay here on a future visit.

Super séjour ! Nous connaissions bien l'établissement puisque nous y mangeons régulièrement. Mais première fois que nous y dormions ! Malgré un enregistrement passable avec une personne à l'accueil qui voulait nous refaire payer la nuit.. finalement le responsable a confirmé que nous avions déjà bien tout payé en ligne. Chambre agréable et bien décorée, salle de bain très propre et agréablement pensée. Le petit dej sur le toit est incroyable et permet de démarrer la journée sur le bon pied ! Je recommande.

This was a great hotel to stay in for our quick trip to Lyon. It is a great location that is walkable to lots of sitesa and shopping. It is in an area with a lot of one way streets and pedestrian only roads so it was very difficult for the Uber to get to the hotel. If possible easy drop of point was only 2 blocks away. Front desk staff were very friendly

The hotel is very centrally situated, we had a 2 minutes walk to the Opera. The hotel is design oriented, but everything feels a little cold and technical solutions are sometimes quite odd, f.ex. it took us 2 minutes to find out where to put the room card to turn on the lights, or also the handling of the towel heater in the bath is very complicated. The room was small, the bed comfortable, but the bathroom floor was freezing cold. The rooftop breakfast area is quite nice, breakfast is good but heating was very low also here.

Serait ce parce que mes (nos) remarques sur la qualité du petit déjeuner continental assez cher ont été prises en compte ?-) Parce qu'enfin oui le petit dej est top : salé, sucré, viennoiseries pour ceux qui veulent, laitage et fromage blanc, muesli et fruits...
