nice hotel but they tack on a $25 per day fee on top of the room rate you already paid for so its a bit deceiving. Also parking is $65 per day so not having a car is a big plus!

I absolutely love the Noelle and stay there every time I visit Nashville. My only critique is that the elevators are painfully slow, and the windows on each floor could really benefit from soundproofing.

The location is excellent. Everything is walkable distance, very friendly staff; clean rooms, coffee, machines, and sparkle water on every floor, a lot of places where you can quietly or not sit outside of your room. Wonderful rooftop bar. highly recommend this hotel.

We liked that the hotel had a coffee shop in it that was really nice. There was part of the hotel we could not use as it was closed off every day and night for a conference. On each floor there was also a community coffee bar you could use. The gym was small but had some nice options. We had a drink at the rooftop bar. One bartender looked like she was training two girls so the service was really slow. We ran out of body wash in our hotel and it took them 24 hours for us to get the body wash and we only got it once we went down to the front counter and asked for some. That was annoying. We had called three separate times and even left it on the counter to be filled when the room service came in. The location was really great and easy to walk to Broadway. We did not have a car and could get around easily.

We enjoyed our stay but they hosted private holiday parties both nights we were there so we couldn’t use the lobby which makes the other areas very cramped and crowded…So basically you can’t use your hotel for dining. There was too long of a wait to get in. It was also very loud because of it. Had we known we would have chosen another hotel. The entire lobby was blocked off… not ok for the price.

Unlikely to book again. The bed sheets were not clean, I allowed room service to come in and they still weren\'t changed when I came back for the night. Room service definitely came in and tidied up the room, but didn\'t give me fresh sheets. Oddly, they knocked on my door and asked me if room service had been in - you mean you don\'t know which rooms they did, and which they didn\'t? The room wasn\'t as functional as I would have liked. I come to Nashville on business, and the desk in the room was about 20-24 inches wide and oval, not really a suitable workspace... The garbage cans were tiny, even though I don\'t spend a considerable amount of time in the room, the garbage was overflowing. The shower was also an issue. The lever for temperature kept falling down and would not stay in position (so I\'d put it in place where I liked it and it\'d gradually fall downward and scold me). Also, I am sure it must have said on Expedia in the fine print somewhere, but I was blindsided when I showed up to the hotel and they told me they\'re going to pend $200 a day for incidentals, nearly doubling the bill. I haven\'t experienced this at other hotels in the area so I was a little taken aback. The hotel is "pretty" but... probably won\'t be back. There\'s other hotels nearby more suited to my needs.

Rooms and hallways (5th floor) are dirty. Room had visible dirt and dust. I dropped a white towel on the floor that had dirt on it when I picked it up. Leg also fell off small marble table in my room. Had to use if for work, as no desk / chair in rooms. Called 3 times to get my room cleaned. Lobby & Coffee shop are the best parts (cleanest)of the hotel. Location is great. Ate at Lona (hotel Mexican restaurant) the night I arrived. Friendly accommodating staff, but food and drinks are subpar.

Keegan with Valet was AMAZING and very professional! Check in was tough as there were stains on the couches that were obviously body fluids and we got moved to a room that was just as bad. Overall, not impressed with the hotel as it sits and for what we paid but Valet and Front Desk were both phenomenal.

We showed up at 9am on the day of our check in hoping to just use the luggage storage, but they were able to check us into a room immediately which was a nice surprise. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. The room had a sound machine which helps some with the noise from printers alley. There were blackout curtains as well.

First time I stayed here. So convenient to everything lower broadway, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgeton arena, Printer’s Alley, Nissan- everywhere! Nice luxe hotel- good character. Rooms a bit small but really well appointed. Restaurant and speakeasy were great! Great value too!

Upon landing in Nashville, I tee’d up my excitement and expectations to my travel partner w/respect to the 4star rating and nightly $ rate - I truly thought it was gonna be the bomb! As much as I wanted to like and appreciate this property, frankly the Noelle felt tired. Stains on the room furniture, messed up refrigerator, a light fixture falling off the wall (just simple things that someone who manages or cares about the property should notice on a day-to-day basis.) even the beautiful grand room lobby that is featured in many photos on their site could not be utilized the entire time we were there because of private parties, the rooftop bar had an air of indifference and little attempt to make the experience feel comfortable or dare I say special. The hidden bar was the bright spot, as it was decorated in Halloween vibes, and the staff was engaging. Also, the beds were comfy, and the pillows were really great - so there’s that.At the end of the day(s), We had hoped for a slightly more buttoned up experience at $1800 for three nights. (PS - on the seventh floor, the street noise was so prevalent it was as if the windows were open - wore earplugs every night)

Nicely done older hotel in the heart of Nashville. Walking distance to everything is a real plus. We have given it a 5 star rating however, the Wi-Fi is worthless, unusable it is so slow (when it actually is working!). Also, water pressure is a little on the low side so taking a shower takes a bit longer. Don't mean to be picky. Other than those two items we really enjoyed our stay at Noelle!

This was a huge disappointment for the expense of our stay. The room is a postage stamp size and no closet. An armoire that barely housed our clothes. Nashville is an extravagant expense so be aware. $40 for a cocktail with tip at best everywhere. Close to 10% sales tax. Hotels have multiple taxes on top of room charge. Just know what you’re getting into before you go

Great location!! Clean room. Great coffee/water station on every floor . The room was very small... No where to put our suitcases.. no closet to hang anything... Only one side nightstand...took a long time to get anything from staff... An hour for extra pillow and an hour for a blow dryer.. that we never received because we had to leave. The blow dryer in the room was terrible

upon arrival at noon. (knowing checkin was at 4:30.) assumed they could find us a room they said no and would call us. walked around town till 3. no call went back and still no room. said they would call. NO CALL. went back 4:30 and felt like we were begging. they acted like they were surprised we still had no room. extremely upsetting.

The staff at Noelle hotel in Nashville greeted us with the most warm welcome and hospitality. Austin, the valet was at the door everyday making sure we were headed in the right direction. Sarah made sure our requests were fulfilled from the front desk staff. Noelle is in walking distance to all the downtown landmarks and events. We were there for CMA festival so the hotel was busy. The Rare Bird roof top bar was excellent with great cocktails, skyline views, and courteous staff. It quickly became one of our favorite spots to unwind. Our suite was very comfortable and spacious. The beds guaranteed a good nights sleep. The rooms were artfully and exquisitely decorated. All our requests from the housekeeping staff were resolved in a timely manner. We definitely will be back to stay and recommend Noelle for your stay.

On a positive note, the rooms are a nice size and well appointed with contemporary features, like automatic sheers and blinds. Comfortable beds. You could jam a lot of people in this room if you are on a budget. On the negative side, the front desk staff is not accommodating. I asked numerous times for a food and beverage credit since my friend and I doubled booked on hotels.com. They got us on the same floor, but even when I asked a week in advance they didn't manage to get us even adjoining rooms. The rooftop bar is wonderful: great service, great music. The bath products are lovely, but my towel was torn in shreds. The valet was so nice. The overall vibe is very chic and location is great.

Service was average. They didn’t clean the rooms daily, even though you requested. Due to multiple weddings the rooftop bar ran out liquors and beers. I ended up ordering a lemonade and never came out. Not a great experience inside the hotel. However, the hotel location is excellent.

My friend and I stayed in a suite on the 9th floor. I booked a suite so we could have two separate sleeping areas. We had to ask twice for bedding for the sofa sleeper. We had to contact the front desk for help getting the sleeper set up. We had to ask for another sound machine since ours didn’t work. The street/ bar noise is so loud we had to sleep with our sound machines on the highest setting and could still hear cars and music! Not sure if there’s a noise issue in all of the rooms or just corner suites. I booked it for its location but didn’t expect to hear the level of street noise that we did. I’ve stayed in a hotel in Times Square which was much quieter.

It is a beautiful hotel in a great location - near, but not too close to Music Row. We didn't like the $30/night 'surprise' "destination fee" (aka resort fee). Also, while we understood this is a boutique hotel, we were surprised that there was not a closet or area to hang clothes in the standard room. We ended up having to upgrade to a mini-suite just to be able to hang our clothes. Even then, there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, travel kits, etc. While we liked the hotel, we'll find another place when next in Nashville.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was a great location, walkable to broadway, but easy to get around when we needed to drive. The rooms were spacious, and the property overall was clean and very well maintained.

We loved everything about The Noelle, except our experience at the rooftop bar called Rare Bird. The bartenders need more experience. Did not do a good job of keeping the bar tops clear of spills or clutter for the customers. Service was slow and when I asked what would they recommend for a specialty cocktail since this was our first time visiting Nashville, they said they could get me a white wine spritzer. Not a good way to show what your establishment has to offer. Still giving the hotel five stars because the hotel and other establishments inside, like Lona restaurant, were amazing!

Amazing experience, at Noelle they take care of every detail. The rooms are incredible, everything looks carefully chosen. They have Coffee and sparkling water for free in every level. If you like mexican food Lona is a great option (mexican here I can guarantee it tastes mexican). Shoutout to the manager Richard García that made us feel like home and made our stay an amazing experience.

Hotel was beautiful. Rooftop bar service was great. Speakeasy bar horrible. Asked if ok to sit at two barstools at bar said sure by one. After sitting down told by other bartender I hope you don’t mind getting elbowed a lot because this is where I make all my drinks. This is my bar area.
